Don't let the outside or area fool ya, this place is a gem! We stayed for a night on our road trip across country. I got so much grief from travel partners cuz of the outside & neighborhood. But he admitted "it was not as bad as I thought it would be" .. Personally I was very happy with everything .. Check-in was smooth & she was super nice .. Check-out same thing smooth .. Breakfast was your basic continental one .. The room was very nice - extremely clean .. No bugs, no stench that would knock ya over .. AC worked great it was a bit noisy at first when turning on but it was not noticeable rest of the night .. Bed was so comfy!!!!!! Lots of towels, soap, & lotion but no shampoo .. Only thing is we ordered this AMAZING pizza but had to meet driver at the door cuz ya need a card to get in .. Nice safety feature not door dash friendly Definitely recommend!!!! Thanks for a great start to family road trip!!

Muy limpio el lugar.. Pero tuve una mala experiencia, se le olvido el celular Iphone a mi pareja en el cuarto, regresamos en 40 min a buscarlo y ya habian entrado a quitar las cobijas y el cel ya lo habian apagado. Pedimos que revisaran las camaras del pasillo y saber quien habia entrado a limpiar para preguntarle y se negaron. Entonces pedimos entrar a buscar el cel al cuarto y lo trizte es que una latina que trabaja en el lugar en el area de limpieza le quisiseron echarle la culpa y lo bueno es que ella traia su papel de los cuartos que le tocaba limpiar y el que ocupamos no estaba en su lista y despues ella dijo que habian entrado las morenas encargadas de quitar las sabanas y como las encargadas en reseccion son morenas pos se pusieron perritas y nos daban excusas sin sentido. Y como teniamos que viajar y se nos hacia tarde. Ya no hicimos nada..

Muy mala experiencia las camas no las limpian, debajo del colchon estaba muy sucio y habia comida y algo de liquido tirado en la noche la cama se lleno de hormigas y no pudimos dormir, la salida es a las 11am y eran las 11:05 y estaba cambiando a mi bebe y terminando de sacar mis cosas y la de limpieza no respeto entro sin tocar y empezo a sacar basura y estaba parada adentro del cuarto esperando que me saliera pero eso es incomodo porque por 5 minutos no es mucho tiempo como para incomodar a los guespedes la verdad esta muy mal este hotel en servicio, y la de la ventana siempre esta enojada y ni buenos dias ni gracias dicen, pesimo ahi, es mejor buscar otro lugar.

Last night my husband and I stayed overnight at this hotel. When we pulled into the parking lot .we said to each other I don't know, but then he got out and went inside. He came to the car and said it's 150$ a night, my ok let's try it if we don't like it we can leave. First thing the staff was awesome I have a broken ankle. She gave us a room close to the door And she came from behind her desk held the door for me while hopped on crutches. Great room clean and very comfortable bed. Thanks ladies. We have told a few about this hotel already & will continue to referr it to others. .

What a NIGHTMARE! The rooms are extremely overpriced, with $140 for only a basic room and then once you check in you have to give ANOTHER $100 that you may or may not get back the next day! The location is inconvenient and the area is very sketchy, and the front desk attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful. She called security on me cuz when I didn't have the the extra $100 I had to call someone to come pick me up, but she told security I was trying to sleep in the lobby! If I was homeless I wouldn't have had the $140 for my room to begin with! I would NEVER recommend this hotel and will never try to stay there again.

It was ok. Would have been great if only my room hadn’t had smelled like cologne. The sheets smelled like a man was just barely laying in them and hadn’t been cleaned. Hallways are Smoke free so that’s great but The hallways are also full of very strong toxic fragrances. Not ideal for someone like me with a fragrance sensitivity. Bring your own towels because the ones there had prior guests hairs on them… the bathroom also smelled like pee. But other than that decent room I guess…. You get what you pay for.

It was a very great experience my bed was extremely comfortable rooms look very nicely designed would highly recommend to everyone. staff was very helpful and friendly. Its newly renovated and the other building is still under construction but cant wait to come back soon and see how the other building turns out.! but love the whole design of the New Hotel!! Very Nice.

If. I could give this place less than 1 star. I would. This lady at the check-in got this funky attitude when she's approached with issues. I was I'm town dead tired. I reserved a room. When not only I was there for the room that was not ready another party also The desk and management both where madder than. I was to even complain I recommend to not expecting a room on time after a long trip and patience with the desk lady with the attitude.

The rooms have recently been redone. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The hotel was very quiet and you can't beat the proximity to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the water pressure is horrible.

I'd love to be able to recommend this to people visiting, since the rooms have been renovated quite nicely, but they're still under construction, the reception staff are not very professional, they don't offer laundry/breakfast. Currently presents itself as a by the hour place.

For the night we spent here, we where impressed by the cleanness and fancy setup around the lobby and inside room, we enjoyed the spacious and well distribution of the room. I recommend it, and for future reference we will stay here again!

In my opinion it is way better then it use 2 be when it was sportmans, the rooms are beautiful the one we were in I give them there 5 s juzt for the excellent remodeling they did... The design is really really nice …

It was nice but the the first room they gave us the television didn't work so they moved us to another room but other than that it was nice it's a new hotel haven't had its flaws yet if you know what I mean very clean

Got there an hour earlier than check in and was allowed to check in early which was nice of them. Room was clean and cleaned every day. The staff was excellent - welcoming, warm, friendly and accommodating.

The party room was really nice went there for a baby shower. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. The front desk employees were very welcomeing.

The new Hotel is amazing. Rooms are perfect and beautiful. New management , it is open during remodeling. Just no vending machines or ice machines yet.

The remote to the TV did not work. The renovations were great, and the shower was huge.
