Tried to call and explain that I could not come up to court and was treated very rudely because they could not hear me say yes to that I need to pay my ticket and was given attitude. Ask to talk to someone above and just got more attitude. Was hung up on multiple times while trying to pay my ticket. Very disrespectful for a county clerk to treat someone trying to pay their tickets and threatened to suspend my license. This place needs new people with more respect. Also obviously if someone's calling and they can't come up to court they're calling to pay their ticket.
So I'm dumb and got arrested coming through this town with pot... Don't be dumb and take illegal things where they don't belong... But if you do screw up and end up here be ready for the BEST stay in any jail ever.. I've been arrested many times in Texas and this time in this county was very pleasant ... As far as jail stays go haha.. Treat these people with respect and you will receive it.. Haha again don't be dumb and if here be calm its not so bad.. But do not again DO NOT break the law
Am disabled and was denied access to land office upstairs. Clerk named Zoy met me in tag agent officein basement. She took my documents and money to have said documents recorded. Needless to say, documents were not recorded in land records, and she pocketed the cash. Not good, disabled person being denied access to be sorecord documents, along with money being stolen must be them good ole Boise City moral's..
Be prepared to deal with a combative attitude and talk down to them being treated like you’re beneath them . I was hung up on, cut off unable to explain myself and all because whoever I spoke with knew that I still owed money in which I didn’t understand what for but to keep it short I’m from Texas and we don’t treat people this way.
I have been dealing with them on getting copies of Probates and other documents. They are willing to find the documents i need and tell me how much it will cost over the phone to obtain the copies. Everything I have received so far has been correct and received in an expeditious fashon.
This sucks
