Cinepolis DLF Avenue ( Formerly DT Cinemas, DLF Palace) has few perks and cons, which can certainly affect your movie watching experience. This review might help you while making your decisions. I will go through the perks first and cons later. Five reasons you should watch a movie here. 1. If you live in South Delhi, it caters to your needs if you are on a budget. Prices here are comparatively lower than the PVR, Select CityWalk. 2. It features an Onyx Screen (LED Screen powered by Samsung) which makes the watching experience brighter, color rich and better black contrasts. 3. It has multiple food options which are again pocket friendly in comparison to nearby PVR. 4. It features good pleasant ambience which is a must in the cinema theatre. The staffs are supporting and ready to help you in any need. Now coming back to the bad side. 1. If you leave the Onyx & 4DX here, other screen formats are quite dull and small in comparison to the other therates which can certainly ruin your movie watching experience. 2. The seats are generally not recliner at all, also they have hard seats which is not suitable for long movies. 3. The cleaning of theater should be prioritized. I know it's hard to clean all the mess in just a small time but again that's all about management team. 4. The drinking water tastes bad and unavailability of cups makes it more worse. 5. The 4DX screen is quite small and it really lacks the feel of 4DX features as the tech has got older now and they need to repair it again. I do have watched many movies here since 2012-13 and had mixed experiences with the theatre. Hope it helps.

Had a great time watching one - not so great - but nevertheless entertaining movie (Pathaan!) Should say that Cinépolis DLF Avenue added a lot of value to the moviegoing experience. We had pre-booked the tickets through BookMyShow and notwithstanding it being a week day, the ticket prices were a bit on the higher side. We had also pre-booked the popcorn and coke combo (Two large tubs mixed popcorn plus one large coke was around Rs 1000/-) The theatre is reasonably spacious as in, it doesn't look like a small hall for private viewing. Loved the acoustics and seating. Had carefully chosen a seat right in the middle with the top one-third screen at our eye level. So basically a perfect position for watching a movie. We were about 10 rows from the screen and it felt great. Seats were plush and comfortable. Smoothly reclining. Two tub popcorn were an overkill for the three of us. One large 810 mm coke was included in the combo that was enough since we are a bit conscious on the carbonated drinks part. Google got us a bit confused though so be mindful of the location, especially the mall parking. Just ask when you near the theatre. The Mall itself is nice and plush so overall it was a good outing in every sense. When we left, the just Rs 100/- parking charges for 4 odd hours also got us satisfied. Would be back again for sure.

Cinepolis at DLF Avenue is an awesome movie theater! I recently visited this place, and it was a great experience. The theater is super cool and modern. The seats are comfy, and they even have a special section for couples, which I thought was pretty neat. Yesterday i visited Cinépolis DLF Avenue and entry was smooth. I was visited to watch Dragon Ball Super Movie which is a Anime movie and i salute those movie theatre who are supporting anime movies and showing on their screens. So i watched this movie in 4DX. Hygiene maintained and offers was there to buy something to eat. Seats were perfect as you can see in the picture above. 4DX comes with a lot of great experience of Splashes, Wind, Vibration, Many Types of movement of chair and Scent. All things were working perfectly and i enjoyed a lot. Definitely recommend if you're thinking about to experience a 4DX movie. Cinepolis is on First Floor of DLF mall and you can come from Malviya nagar or Saket Metro Station although i know you all have cars. Enjoy your movie Have Fun.

Went to watch nun II last night, the audio system/quality was not upto expectations. And there was an unpleasant smell in the theatre as well, cleanliness was not maintained. Besides that, after the show on my way back home, I realised I forgot my bag and went back to get it. The security staffs and the housekeeping staffs were kind enough to keep the bag for me and told me it was safe. And the staffs approach and told me to give feedback, so I said yes. The next morning, they called me again and kept asking me to mention their names and to give 10 ratings, while I told them that I have given the feedback already. But they told me to send the link on their number so they can give the feedback from their side. One of the name was Aditya.

I wish I clicked photos of the seats and space to give you some clarity. Don't go for watching movie to this theatre if you have back or neck issues. The seating is really uncomfortable it's like college auditorium where you need to put the seat with springs down and then hold it and sit on it .. it keeps moving also it is movable from the back support plus the seat so I felt pretty uncomfortable watching a 2 hour long movie. Will not prefer going here. Rest the staff is good and popcorn is nice but the theatre sucks, even it's speaker seems a bit faulty ! Seats - 1/10 ( Atleast it lets you sit ) Staff - 10/10 Ease of booking - 10/10 Screen - 7/10 Audio - 6/10 Washroom - 7/10

Movie hall is fine. But the way movies are presented are horrible. I don't know if it's the projectionists or just bad quality technology, but viewing a movie here comes with risks such as 1. Delays in starting the film 2. Dirty screen. You can clearly see blemishes on the screen. 3. Sometimes the wrong movie starts and continues for a long time 4. Intermissions are way too long 5. Even the movie quality in some cases is terrible with stopping and static. Needs a lot to improve this service.

The audio quality of the screen was really bad. Had to watch the entire first half in such poor quality. Despite paying a premium to watch movies, this is what is provided to the audience. At halftime I went and ordered a cheese popcorn. The guy at the station just blatantly mixed regular popcorn with cheese popcorn. I had asked for a cheese popcorn and what I got was a mixed one. Why would I pay the price of cheese popcorn if I am getting is half regular

Went here to watch Broker (Korean). Located on the first floor, next to the Croma store. The movie hall is actually a separate building connecting through a walkway to the DLF Avenue Mall. The top class of seats, the plush ones at the very back are extremely luxurious. Makes sense to take these given how expensive movie watching has become in general, as it is. There are buttons to adjust : I. The headrest II. The footrest III. The tilt of the chair

Nice hall. Staff helpful but management not proper, the lift wasn't working, it was very difficult to move a wheelchair person via escalator and stairs. Hope they maintain everything in working condition. Also Audi 6 the ceiling was leaking . The movie suddenly stopped in between as there were some technical issues in the projector room. Expecting them to overcome these problems. The movie was nice. Niyat movie is worth a visit.

Sound is just about average, but the big flaw is, their walls have this irritating reflective strips all over on both sides. Distracting, specially with 3D films. Screen size is also below average. Overall experience was okay, and advantage is that its Active 3D where your glasses flicker in microseconds. Its considered to be a better technology than just polarized 3D glasses. But I just wish it wasn't this small.

Dlf avenue Mall is big with varieties of brands. Cinepolis is a good movie hall but it is small if we compare to ambience’ movie hall. Seats were comfy and sound was also good. Public was good and you don’t have to worry about when you are here at night but stay aware when you are out of the mall as safety is in your hand only. But you don’t have to worry about it much as road stays active and people are there.

Good place ! Due to renovation work in the DLF mall , the place is totally messed up . Parking is not working . Entry point has changed , but surely it’s for good only ! I am sure after few days it will be one of the best . As per the theatre is concerned it’s amazing ! Seats are super comfort . Sound system is international level ! So no matter the mall is under renovation they try their best to the viewers !

Never ever visit this . We found are seats uncleaned .we purchased recliners seats & found them dirty with spilled coke on seats n its tables . Popcorn’s were spilled on seat n we hv to throw it with our hand on ground . We asked someone from housekeeping to clean but no responce . Thats why i m forced to put pics . Start valuing your reputation who so ever is the manager here . Pathetic & so unhygienic.

Awesome 4DX experience Me and my brother just love the reasonable price and the quality of sound given by the Cinepolis Just watch John wick 3, Spider-Man far from home and Hobbs and show. They also provide foods stuff on your seats Five star for the cinema experience and 4 star for food. Not but the least washrooms are also very clean

One of the best movie experience ever taken....watched 4dx movie in this theatre that also "Avengers End Game" as similar as the movie the theatre is also Dope you can feel different kind senses like moving or shaking of chairs....sparkling of water....wind waves etc which enhances the quality and experience of watching a movie. The price is approximately 600INR per person.

Watching a movie in Nation Cinema day is a must. Scope of improvement for Cinepolis DLF Avenue Saket. Needs a lot of improvement in service, food and beverage quality is okay. Recliners need servicing, the recliner button was missing in my seat at Audi 3. Video quality was okay. Not a very pleasant movie viewing experience compared to other counterparts available in Saket.

Nice and comfortable. According to me the sound quality is good but the volume is kept a little on the higher side as probably people prefer that. In addition you gave a lovely mall to indulge in nice food and shopping. Quite a popular place even though it's access from the Airobind road becomes crowded due to traffic and the metro location is a quite a walk but possible.

Cinepolis movie hall is in dlf avenue saket on first floor. Nice interior, lighting is awesome, clean and hygne ,staff is active and helpful. Sitting capacity high, multiplex. Many movie in same time you can choose your screen according to your movie. Inner hall not allowed outside drink and food. You can purchase food and drinks from his counter. Overall nice.

This is nothing but the old DT Saket. Place has a completely new look and is still being set up to be more awesome. Halls are bigger, better. Sound is cool but I didn't find any trace of Dolby Atmos. the old DT had nice amazing seats but I didn't quite like these ones. The recliners though looked big and good from one seat below them

This is conveniently located inside Dlf Avenue mall, near malviya nagar metro station. It has six screens, of which one is ONYX LED and one is 4DX. The manager Akshay is friendly and willingly interacted with me. The washroom is clean and the audio, video quality is good. Tickets are reasonably priced. Rating 3/5.

It's a very good cinema hall. a good cinema experience because it even has 4DX screen in it's cinema premises. the price is bit high because it located in South Delhi. the 4DX ticket price for the late night show is around 600 rupees which is almost 25% extra as compare to Logix Mall 4DX in Noida

screen 1 in cinapolis i think very small and the seats are also very less as compared to other screens. And food or snacks are super expensive in cinapolis it blows my mind 2 larg Coca-Cola and 1 popcorn costs me 900₹ oh man i can't eat for a month out now .And now I'm broke for a month …

The place is very well maintained, tickets are easy on the pocket unlike nearby PVR. Clean and tidy, seats are comfy, food is awesome. You get to enjoy every bit of the experience. The Mall may lack options in comparison to Select City but, DT cinemas does the job and attracts trendy crowd.

I went to try 4DX here and it was above average. I found that the fragrance and water splashes were missing from the screen which plays an important role in 4DX, i'm not sure why they haven't activated it. Apart from that, the ambiance was great and the place meets all hygiene standards.

It was a normal experience for me. Not feeling like value for money, staff was very casual and not attentive towards guests and also very rude giving back answers, so as it's a hospitality industry they should give their staff a proper training about guest handling and service.

Great experience, overall. The seats are comfortable and the leg-room is pretty good, definitely better than your average PVR for sure! I was there to catch the preview show of The Batman and found the overall ambience, the screen and audio quality and the seating to be good.

Watched satyaprem ki Katha on the screen here. Service is really nice. Seats in the back are more comfortable than the front ones. Sound quality, screen quality, ambience and temperature settings are perfect. For food- try their cheese poppers !

Saturday evening show,23/09/23, movie jawan, 6.45pm, screen 5 Bought tickets for 4dx, but they played only 2d, no 4dx experience at all. Feeling cheated. Couldn't complain at that time, because we never experienced it. But later realized it.

This place is very congested, to small to sit inside the theatre, you can not properly move or sit, if someone is moving in the row there is no space to move, your legs will not be comfortable, this is the worst theatre I have seen so far

It was 4 DX. We were here to watch DOCTOR STRANGE IN MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS. We had middle row seats E 6-8. It was a very nice experience. This was my first time in 4 DX. We enjoyed it very much. It felt like a bit of adventure as well.

A nice and premium cinema viewing experience. Ample space and comfort both in the concourse and inside the hall. The seats were comfortable. Display and projection quality was good. The sound was very well tuned and balanced as well.

Watched Batman 2022 in 4dx and the experience was amazing. The seat was moving with each camera movement especially in action scenes and the water was also sprinkled on us in rain scenes, in short it was totally immersive experience.

This has been my favourite place for years specially for 4DX movies. But I am disappointed that they don’t have glasses to drink near drinking water station and it is really congested one is occupied u can’t use other one. Thanks

Beautiful mall, very organized parking, green, red lights for each parking space. Lots of outlets, washrooms were sparkling clean. Unusual eateries options ( different from other malls), theatre was quite spacious, clean.

Its VIP class is so cool,you will feel like VIP, food beverages, is good,bit costly. One large popcorn is about 400. VIP movie tickets is 400,normal class is 200.sound quality is good, baggage facility is also available.

I went to watch Mission impossible 7 in 4DX...It was a great experience with the motion sensor chairs and water sprinklers. The car chase scene was a crazy experience in the 4DX. All in all a great experience.

Kinda hard to find the theatre (It is beside Croma on 1st floor) No visible boards showing directions towards it. Cinema screen was also flickering during the show. Didn’t feel like worth the money spent.

Seats are very uncomfortable for kids. If they put up shows for kids, and charge just as much as for any other movie, they better have seats suitable for kids. My child had to sit on my lap throughout.

I visited this cinema on 25th September to watch The Nun-2, the lobby of this cinema was eye catching, theater seats and the screen were above average. Overall it was a good experience.
