I can’t recommend this chemist enough. If you want exceptional customer service and super friendly staff, then look no further. The pharmacists are all highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and actually take the time to get to know you, so you will generally get a welcome by your name when they see you. They stock a great range giftware and perfumes and prices are very reasonable. My husband and I have been coming here for over 5 years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. With most chemists these days you are only seen as a $$ and there is no personalisation, something I had experienced from some close competitors. Thank you Cincotta Penrith!! Going to your chemist reminds me how it used to be years ago, when people actually mattered.

I visited this chemist today on the recommendation from my vascular surgeon. I was unsure about what I needed, exactly, but I was met by a lovely store assistant by the name of Margaret. She gave me so much valuable information and was so caring and understanding. What a great experience it is to receive such great care and customer service. Margaret had a thorough knowledge of what I would need and explained everything as well as giving me some great tips. I’m so glad I went to this chemist.

This chemist is amazing with really good customer service with awesome pharmacists and very professional and pharmacy assistants knowledgeable and friendly service this chemist dose Webster packs for free service and this chemist has a great loyalty program giving discounts and they offer delivery to your home which is great I enjoy getting my medication and other things here like fabulous make up and perfume and jewellery

Totally blown away by the total dis respect from 2 staff members. On closing time they had the door half down when an elderly lady was leaving the shop. No one lifted the door for her and she hit her head. .both the young girl from the shop and a gentleman from the shop only looked at her. She was walking away holding her head crying. Absolutely terrible care from staff. Wouldn't shop there on principle now.

I love this place! The staff are so friendly and helpful and they often have good specials on various chemist stuff. They also have a free app where I can track how much of my meds I have left, how many repeats I have and I can order directly from the app and pick up in store. For a person who takes multiple medications this app and the excellent service has been a God send!

great chemist, the app they have for ordering script is fantastic. order in the morning and you can usually pick up by lunch great for people who hate waiting. still annoyed that they are now charging for PLASTIC bags they should have gone down the paper bag route. I don't mind paying for a bag as long as it isn't plastic.

Definitely the Best Chemist in Penrith, great range of products at the Best prices everyday , very helpful and knowledgable staff , Script waiting times are quick and the Pharmacist actually remembers your name , shop has very wide customer friendly isles. Great shopping experience

I like coming to this place, but they dont stock some brands of medication i take, so i go elsewhere. But friendly and nice and not a bad place overall. Goid for christmas stocking stuffers! Also cheapest preen vanish powder!
