I had a rather disappointing experience at Cinemaplus, and I'd like to share my feedback with the hope that they can improve their services. I purchased tickets online from the Cinemaplus website, and while I received confirmation with the theater hall number, the movie shown was different from what I had bought tickets for. There was no staff present to check tickets upon entering the hall, which led to the confusion. Upon realizing the mistake, I approached a staff member who admitted the error in ticketing. Unfortunately, there was no proactive communication from their side to inform customers about the mix-up via SMS or email. Moving to the correct hall, I found the experience further dampened by the presence of a group of young kids in a movie with a PG-13 rating. This situation was not the fault of the movie theater but rather a lack of proper parental judgment. The kids were disruptive throughout the movie, talking loudly and using their phones. In such instances, the theater staff should have intervened to ensure an enjoyable experience for all moviegoers by either providing a warning or escorting disruptive patrons outside. I must add that this scenario seems to be a recurring issue whenever I watch a movie in Baku. Parents often bring their children to films unsuitable for their age, leading to disruptions and a lack of consideration for others in the audience. Furthermore, the movie "Barbie" itself was a letdown. Despite the hype, it lacked a coherent storyline and failed to engage me. Even the talented Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling couldn't salvage the overall experience. I hope that Cinemaplus takes these concerns into account and implements measures to ensure a better movie-going experience for their customers.

Good point, I didn’t found it crowded. Visited several times in couple of days. Prices are very good, in compare to Europe it vay too cheap. 5 manat for day ticket. There is an amazing 4DX hall. I loved it. Ticket cost 15 manat. Unfortunately didn’t get good film to watch with kids. Cinema shop is kind a poor little bit. Just couple of water options, popcorn and only one plate chips option. Pop corns both, sweet and salty are good. But chips are terrible. All workers are kind.

В целом картинка и звук нормального качества, но сам экран поставлен слишком высоко, из-за чего сидеть на первых 6 рядах невозможно. Впервые вижу, чтобы так сильно задирали экран, но не делали лежачие сиденья. В итоге приходилось весь фильм задирать глаза кверху. Это про второй зал - возможно, что в других ситуация лучше. Ещё их минусов - три раза пробегал сотрудник туда-сюда под экраном, что отвлекает.

A very excellent and comfortable cinema. I would recommend it to everyone. And most importantly, everyone should try 4dx technology, it is very nice and worth the money you pay. I just noticed that the water system is not working in some seats, I think they should take care of this. I always come here
