Check-in was a breeze and delightful. The line went pretty fast and the cashier was nice. I tried the mini old skool bun which was delicious & the brownie sample. I ended up purchasing the banana bread which was very moist & also delicious. The only thing I would change is how customers taste test the samples. Instead of putting icing out for everyone to dig in to top their mini buns, I would just prepare them beforehand and that way it will keep the risk of contamination down. Outside of that it was a nice experience.

Finally got to try this new place today and it was fantastic! They have an endless amount of options which is nice. You don’t have to pick one of their premade rolls. You can create your own and put whatever and however many toppings you want on it, including choosing from a ton of different icing flavors. The staff were so friendly and nice and I ended up talking to them for a while. There are only three tables inside so if it is busy, you may not get a seat, but it was not when I was there. I have no complaints about this shop and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try.

I tried this franchise in Chicago and was pleasantly surprised to see one open up in Tampa. They were out of banana bread, so I resorted to the cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, pieces of cookies, bananas, and almonds. Delicious! I also tried a cinnamon roll with cinnadoodle dough, marshmallows, and sprinkles, which were also delicious. I look forward to trying the banana bread. The staff was very friendly.

Cinnamon roll was good, it had a crisp which I like but still soft. Not a strong cinnamon flavor. A lot of sauce, too much for me but it can always be moved to the side. One big issue I had…. The girl making the customized cinnamon rolls (I got old school so no extras) had gloves on, put her hair in a pony tail. With these same gloves on proceeded to put her fingers in the containers for toppings, again pushing her bangs behind her ears, the again dipping her her fingers in another toping container, grabbed graham crackers etc. ick. Pls stop touching your hair and serving food.

The treats were such a delight! My wife and I went in with the intent to try two different ones but ended up getting another two to take home. #YumYumInMyTumTum

I love cinnamon rolls. So I was happy to try a new store dedicated to cinnamon rolls. As a test, I ordered just a basic roll with icing. Like all rolls, the outside was a bit dry but the inside was gooey and amazing. Overall a good roll. I also ordered a 6 pack, 1 each of their signature rolls to take home. I will be sure to go back when I am in this part of town.

These cinnamon rolls are top shelf! Great creations and plethora of options. The rolls are the perfect size, i.e. they are not too big so they sit in your stomach like a brick. The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. Swing by and get you a sixer of cinnamon goodness. You deserve it!

We heard about this place drove 25 miles to check it out. I gave the food 5 stars as the cinemon rolls were awesome but for being brand new the atmosphere was a bit chilly. Not even a "Hello welcome in" The service was ok not much interaction at all. We visited today 12-2-23 around 3pm.

Inviting and pretty decor. Got the caramel apple pie cinnamon roll for ~$9. Pricey for a single cinnamon roll. Cinnamon roll itself was deliciously warm and soft, however, the icing is ridiculously sweet. I tend to like sweeter things, but it's like sugar overload.

Best vegan cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted. It's definitely worth the drive and money to come check out. Lots of different flavors and variations. Staff were nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Wish they had more locations in Tampa, but hopefully soon .

The cinnamon rolls are so delicious! And their coffee is amazing! Much better than the coffee across the street (just saying!). It’s a vegan shop so keep that in mind as you will need to have oat or almond milk in your coffee. The iced vanilla oat milk latte is so good. The owners are also so lovely!

The cinnamon rolls are mediocre compared to others I've had at independent restaurants. There's not enough cinnamon flavor, and there's entirely too much frosting for my liking, which is way too sweet and runny. I likely won't be back.
