At 7:25 this morning (23/07/2015) I bought €26.00 worth of petrol from this petrol station. When I went to pay, Abdul the cashier remarked to me that he had thought "I was going to drive away without paying'. I was taken aback at his comments. When I asked him why he would think so he told me that as I was a motorcyclist he didn't trust me to pay for my petrol. I am a 46 year old Company Director, a responsible motorcyclist for over 20 years and NOT a habitual law breaker. I pointed out to Abdul that if I wanted to be intolerant to someone because of how they ‘appeared’ I could make a comment as to his ethnicity. He was shocked as to my suggestion – but unable to grasp my comparison. However when I prompted Abdul to apologise for his original comments to me, he just smiled and shrugged because that is how he views all motorcyclists. Some staff training is urgently required at the Esso Station on the Finglas Road!
I went there for the first time on July 31,2016 I could not get my pump to dispense diesel. I queued to report my issue and observed Isaac the attendant arguing with the customer behind me, more or less intonating that he would not pay. My turn came and despite telling him that the pump was not dispensing he would not listen. I moved pump and he charged me with the sum on the faulty pump despite it not dispensing. It was like talking to the wall when I questioned him. I paid, left and swore never again would I go there. These guys do not understand the locals and are very sharp . His boss was there but didn't intervene. I run a business there courtesy, manners and putting the customer first always pays in the long term.
Absolute disgrace.. The manager Agabar abused me and my 9 year old because they had sweets priced wrong and would not change the price to what was advertised. He the threw the tip jar at me and said to take all their money. If these are the type of people employed by Circle K then they need to reevaluate the staff. I would not buy anything in there and he didn't even care about how he abused us and laughed when I said about complaining and said it would cost ten cent? Circle K need to do something about this staff member as other customers were appalled at his behaviour and aggression.
Air machine was broken and no one bothered to put a sign on it. Ended up with four incredibly deflated tyres because I assumed air was being put in, not being taken out, and I couldn’t see the reading. After I did all four tyres the car didn’t look right so I thought something was wrong. When I went to ask about it the guy was nonchalant and said he just didn’t put a sign up yet, even though “it already happened twice today”. Didn’t bother asking for the €1 refund but was incredibly annoyed.
A petrol station that doesn't want to dispense petrol and has very poor customer service. Stopped here this morning, fuel pump wouldn't start even though staff could see me waiting. I went into the shop and asked if he would please turn on the pump and he looked at me and said "yes". Pump still didn't turn on, went back in again and told me to go to a different pump. Rude and dismissive. Happily drove to another Circle K and had polar opposite experience. If I could give zero stars I would.
Had a voucher for a free car wash, went to redeem after work and was told the car wash was closed. I said it was clearly open, as there was a car in it right now. She told me that was the last one and it had to close now or the neighbours would complain about the noise. I would understand if it was late but it wasn't even 7pm yet. Absolutely ridiculous, especially as my voucher was due to expire the next day.
31 December. Went to replace butane gas cylinder, was told that out of stock, came back 1h later for petrol, and discovered that there are at least 3 full butane gas cylinders. Have to ask the question what the f..., lazy staff? The lads, even didnt go out to check....? Idea for owner, change the staff, they dont think about your business. All this hapened around 17:20 on 31 of December.
Walked in and had a problem filling up the ol car with diesel. Fortunately there was an exceptional and kind young lady, Noor, who helped me. I am a manager of a firm and never in my 40 years of work have I seen such fantastic customer service. She is a credit to circle K's worldwide!! Bravo I will be back soon. Her na
Absolutely filthy toilets. Staff are not friendly. I ask for a ham and cheese Croissant. The lady gave it to me cold when I ask for it to be heated, she looked at me like I had two heads. When we sat down to eat. It was cold inside. Won’t be back here again.
plenty customer waiting, long queue, only one cashier opened, and young guy just stood like decoration on 2nd cashier. He did absolutely nothing. Water hose and broken and water pouring constantly out, vacuum didn't work... Very very poor managed.
Once I was being viewed as a thief - being a motorcyclist. Then the last time the fuel was dodgy, it felt like there was water in it. Motorbike was cutting out. Fixed by draining tank and re-filling at other station. Avoid !
The toilets for the general public was disgusting! Over flowing with toilet paper from the toilet bowl, plus the previous person's dedication! To be avoided! The "handicapped" toilets faired much better!
I filled around €200 diesel a week in Topaz around the Dublin Area and Topaz on Finglas Road the Staff at the till is So Rude' even didn't know how to say Hi or Bye! Smile can make a big difference
The state of the place! No deli. No food to eat. But worst of all the dirt of the toilets! And. The strong smell of urine in same. Circle K clean your act up. Not acceptable at any level.
Manager has more interest in cleaning the ice cream machine than serve customers. Always 10-15 people in the queue to pay for fuel.
Extortionate prices ... 7.5 for two cornettos and a can of diet coke ?! Wont be ever pulling in here again .
There was once a woman mornings working she should learn to smile bit more. Vwry unfriendly staff there.
The "no mask" capital of the world. It's my local petrol station but infuriates me every time I go here.
well, filling up there only when running low with petrol as prices are always higher than other garages
The staff last night at about 10:30, he was very bad, rolling his eyes at me and throwing back my card
To expensive for example it's even expensive for small bottle of coke which is so wrong
2 pm , hot food counter with nice food , 4/5 staff Present but no one to serve you
Filthy. Toilets are a disgrace, no soap. Duty manager didn’t seem bothered
Not a bad garage, service is great, items in store are a bit over priced.
Great Staff! Really helpful and a great experience overall!!
Charging point for ev! Good location!
Nice place, cheaper than others
Has an ev charger
