A truck driver went into this place to get something to eat, he also had some questions for the employee that was helping him. I was trying to understand how store employees were starting to get an attitude with this driver because he was asking about the food they serve. One thing lead to another and the store employees just gave this man very unprofessional rude service over some food in his bag! He asked the girl if his food container was open inside the bag and she shouted "no it isn't" when he got the bag he looked inside and said, "see, the container was open and the food would've spilled all over the inside of my bag." Anyways, I was standing there in line watching these rude employees jumping into the conversation and getting really nasty with this truck driver. I started to leave when I seen how rude these employees were acting. They had no management on site to complain about their rude behavior when the driver asked to speak to the manager and they just kept on cackling like hens in a hen house with no filter. One of the employees went outside the store and had the audacity to write down his information and call to complain about this poor truck driver when they were the one's being rude, unprofessional, without any filters on their mouth and their very disrespectful attitudes towards a driver which is also their main source customer base. I do not recommend this place at all, it's also a dump just like those cackling hens rude unprofessional manners.

I was told by the older white male and another female who works there I could only use a Florida drivers license or Florida state ID card to purchase tobacco products. However I’ve worked at gas stations before and That is not an accurate statement. I felt like they were trying to give me a hard time there. They already looked like they did not want to be there. I will not be returning to that gas station no more, especially if u have to lie about what forms of identification u can and cannot accept. Just don’t go to work if I can’t use a state medical marijuana card with a state seal, my DOB, and my photo. I haven’t had a problem using it as identification anywhere else, because it is considered A STATE ID.

This place is pathetically FILTHY. Sad part is, they serve food. (I'm scared to drink coffee from here). The bathroom smells of piss BEFORE you ever even open the door. Bathroom (mens) is gross and disgusting. I'm a local driver and have to stop here for fuel from time to time. Finally go my company to find another fuel stop. After our transportation supervisor went to see why all the drivers were complaining, they found a different location. Only help for this place would be a complete teardown. Can't believe the health department hasn't shut it down. Most of the clientele are truckers so who really gives a rats ass right? We call it the corner septic tank. That's how bad it is.

THE BREAKFAST IS OFF THE HOOK!!! COUNTRY BOY COOKING RIGHT HERE. FRESH HOT BISCUITS AND GRAVY, FRIED EGGS, BIG FRESH SAUSAGE PATTIES. VERY NICE YOUNG LADIES GIVING SERVICE WITH A SMILE. Now the parking lot is another story all together, it could use some deep cleaning but if the lazy truckers would literally walk over to the trash dumpster and throw their trash away it wouldn't be like it is. The store could stand to be swept but there are 4 ladies running around waiting on customers that was pouring in. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 because of the generosity of the pretty ladies and the quality of food they are serving. I'll be back.

I was at store on 05/15/2020 I walked in to get gas and purchase a drink their was no one at the counter to wait on you so I went there by the deli dept to get waited on well the woman behind the counter s Told me she couldn't wait on me that I had to go back where I was to start with I said lady no one is over there well she said the person that's suppose to be over there is busy doing something really? This is the sorry as hell on every one's part you people need to clean house at that store.PERIOD is that how you people treat your customers?

This has been my "To Go" gas station since moving to West Jax in 2019. Prices are a bit steep but their fresh cooked meals are delicious Staff are ok they're just always on-call due to someone not showing up or who is running super late Only con I have is their Polar Pops are usually always flat in taste and watered down Dont buy scratch offs here as no big winning tickets have been Won at this location which is odd it's a truck Stop and this location makes thousands of dollars daily from truckers

Very rude or customer service from the food court,disrecptful to the customer,they need better people with a better attitude,because it's our money that pays there salary .if you don't like your job the quite so that they can get people in there that respect and treat there customers better,if I wasn't a pastor I would truly speak on to a supervisor of the young lady that working today she didn't have a name tag in but the time is 12:25 pm September 24 th 2018

Store is a one stop shop for neighborhood, travelers and Commercial Trucks. The staff is friendly and helpful, The store is well maintained and has adequate parking for handicapped customers. Additionally, It has several parking for Semi's and Showers. They have prewrapped sandwiches, salads and fruit-bowls. They have a diner within store and public restrooms.

Very rude 02/26/2021 update The men’s and women’s restroom soap dispensers are either missing or broke how do employees wash her hands this is disgusting do not recommend coming here. I asked employee about it and she said I don’t use the men’s restroom are use the women’s and the women’s restroom stuff dispenser is broken.

Everytime i come into that store it seems like every employee is on their phones, i stood there to cash out with my card in the system but the young girl was to busy texting to notice. and this isn't the first time its happened, please hire people who actually care about their jobs not cell phones.

we use to get our coffee thier but it not very good any more the coffee station is nasty and the trucker flirt with the cashier so long you can't get out also it like if you are local they just wish you would go away like you bother them or you take to much of thier courting time

It's a truck stop, so if you don't mind the wonderful hard working truckers who bring ALL of Americas goods across the country and once in a while actually stop in and say hello to the great cashiers here, stop on in. We don't bite. Sorry, no safe spaces available …

Nasty! Lady at register was rude talking about other employees to the cook snd had a line all the way to the coolers! and didn’t have any food and said I couldn’t order food at 5pm on 12-6-22.. they need to clean the store and bathrooms didn’t have any soap! Pathetic

I just moved here 8 months ago and i got to this store every single day lmao the parkinglot yes gets trashed because its in a spot with people who definitly do not care to litter but they try to keep it kept up. And the workers are always fantastic !!! Great store fr

If you work at this gas station you really don't need to wonder why part of your career is a gas station. I have never seen somewhere where so many people stand around doing nothing while there's lines of people needing to be served. Wow

They really need to clean there fountain drink machine there is mold all over the nozzles and they should make there shift change go smoother because that was pure hectic and difficult will not go back

Every time I visit I always see smiling faces and a get a warm good morning welcome. The facility has come a long way and are doing their best to make it better every day

Small but decent selection. You can pay for a shower (is a truck stop.) 2 stalls in the women's restroom.
