I went to this particular “Circle K” twice in the span of two weeks, first was on June 19, 2020, at approximately 7:30 pm, and again, on July 03, 2020 at approximately 8:00 pm to fill up my gas tank. I have both receipts on hand (see photo #1). On both occasion, after filling up my gas tank, I went inside in an attempt to use the bathroom facility, and both occasion, I was denied access. The first time, I did not paid attention and just went about my ways. However, on the second occasion, I asked the staff on duty, a woman named “CHRISTINE” if I can use the bathroom, again I was denied. She said the bathroom is closed and off limits. I told her that I just spent about $25 on gas. I’m not stopping by without purchasing anything. Yet, she still denied me access to the facility. She claimed that the bathroom was being cleaned every hour due to the Corona virus pandemic. I asked if it’s being cleaned at this very moment, I can wait a couple of minutes. She said “no”, and she claimed that “they” are not mandated to let people use the bathroom. I told her that people come to gas stations to get gas, then most of the time, they want to use the bathroom facilities. Furthermore, there was no sign or notification on the door stating that the bathroom is “OUT OF ORDER” or “OFF LIMITS”. However, they did have a sign that says “ATM is not working” clearly posted on the door. After about a minute of discussion, I decided to leave since I see no point of further arguing my case. As I am walking away, I asked for her name. At that time, I didn’t know her name yet. She did not respond to my question about her name. She was standing approximately 15 feet away, therefore, I walked towards her, close enough to be able to read her nametag. I told her that I will make a complain regarding this facility. She replied with a harsh attitude stating: “Who are you gonna complain to?”, and they are not required to provide customers the use of bathroom facilities due to COVID-19. As I turned around to walk towards the door, I told her that “I won’t be coming back to this gas station.” She replied by saying: “Have a nice night sweeetieee!!!” Using a smarta** tone as if she just got the best of me. I immediately turned around and informed her that addressing a customer as “sweetie” is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. Should our gender had been reversed, it would probably been taken as sexual harassment. Although this particular Circle K gas station is new, clean, and located in a good location, I will not be returning as a customer. I’m under the impression that the staff on this particular Circle K refused patrons from using the bathroom facilities in order to minimize their task of having to sanitize the bathroom as per required by CDC. I have been in other Circle K locations nearby at various times of day (see photo #2) in the last month, yet, NONE of them had their bathroom facilities closed or “OFF LIMITS” from their patrons. In conclusion, I’ve been a loyal Circle K easy rewards card member for a few years now. As an outstanding rewards member, I find Christine’s demeanor UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional. I sent a copy of my commentary on (myexxonmobilvisit) which is indicated at the bottom of my receipt. I doubt if I’ll ever receive any reply, but I will contact them telephonically on the next business day. I believe the generic “Response from the owner” reply about how they are displeased with my recent experience and so forth, are sent by the store owners themselves and remain internal. As evident in the reply below for Mr. Paul Antoine’s complaint, they are lip service and will not rectify the issue at hand. Mr Atoine complained 6 months ago about a similar issue I brought up, yet, 6 months later no corrective actions had been taken. Either way, I’ll refrain from using Circle K overall. I’ll be sharing my own post on my social media.

Diesel in my gas tank on 9/9/2021. PLEASE IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE PLEASE REPLY. I WENT TO THIS GAS STATION ON 9/9/2021. I HEADED HOME AFTER RUNNING AROUND AND MY CAR STARTED TO CHOKE. I BARELY MADE IT HOME. THE CAR NEVER STARTED AGAIN. I HAD TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO COGGIN NISSAN ON ATLANTIC. COGGIN ADVISED ME THAT I HAD DIESEL IN MY GAS TANK. I JUST CALLED CIRCLE K AT 3631 BLANDING BLVD AND WAS TOLD BY TERI THAT THERE IS NO WAY I PUMPED REGULAR AND GOT DIESEL GAS AT THEIR STATION. HOWEVER THE CASHIER THE NIGHT BEFORE SAID THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH LEAKING HOSES DUE TO PEOPLE YANKING THEM. I ASKED FOR THE OWNER AND WAS TOLD THAT HE WOULD NEVER CALL ME BACK AND THEY ARE NOT FIXING MY CAR. I ALSO EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I HAVE A DASHCAM AND CAN SHOW HER I WENT NO WHERE ELSE TO GET GAS ONCE I LEFT. I ASKED HER TO LOOK AT HER CAMERAS SHE REFUSED. I HAVE A 2020 NISSAN KICKS. THE DIESEL HOSE DOES NOT FIT INTO MY TANK O BUT I WENT NO WHERE ELSE FOR GAS. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE GAS OR THE STATION OR THE HOSE.. SHE OF COURSE SAID THAT THE CASHIER WAS INCORRECT AND THEY ARE NOT HAVING PROBLEMS WITHT THEIR HOSES THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY AN EMPLOYEE NOT SURE SHE HAS ANY REASON TO MAKE THAT UP. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD A PROBLEM PLEASE REPLY. I WAS TOLD BY TERI TO CALL FLORIDA EPA TO INVESTIGATE THEIR GAS. I WILL BE DOING THAT TODAY

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE LOCATION!!!! So I went to this store today and purchased gas and a lotto ticket. I walk from the register to the truck I see that it says my prepaid amount. I pick up my gas and go to the pump. Nothing happens, and it tells me to see the attendant; I walk back into the store and get in line behind two other people. There is a different cashier at the register. She says, “Your pump didn’t work because you went next door and didn’t go to the pump when you paid” (Next door, there is a Dunkin). I told her no, ma’am, I didn’t; I walked right out to the pump. She continued to argue with me and tell me I did the whole time the manager was standing there and letting her. The manager then tells me he fixed it and it was ready. The cashier then rolled her eyes and started helping the other people in line. So I leave fuming at this point. I go and pump my gas, then go over to the Dunkin, where I had placed a mobile order, grab my stuff, go back to the store, and yell at the lady holding up my stuff, “ now I went next door and got my stuff” This is not the first time people I know have had encounters with her.

Employee number 7 has the worst attitude ever. My experience was very poor. Employee 7 made me stand and watch her do God knows what . I waited so long I just kept adding things to my order . So when she finally gets to me she never apologizes for my wait or even says anything. Instead she gives me this cold look and starts throwing my Red Bull’s in a bag and as my Red Bull bounces off the counter she looks up at me again with a cold look. I paid really quick and politely replaced everything she touched. I’m sure you guys have seen Fallen before I didn’t want that negative energy around me. Beware of employee 7

This Circle K is not a Corporate store. DO NOT expect to get an benefits of being a Circle K member at this store. No coupons, no sip and save, limits on polar pops, you dont get a straw till you check out(just weird!!) They pick and choose their promotions, I'm guessing based on profit. They "dont participate" in the regular circle k benefits. It is VERY MISLEADING and a Huge PAIN to go in, get a drink and be told, "oh, we are franchise", we dont participate! They should be a team player if they carry the Circle K brand!

Sunday morning December 29, about 2:05, the medication that am taking makes use restroom frequently. I have requested to use the restroom; Employees have refused to let customers using the restroom. For that i was obligated to leave because of one of the employees behavior. Employees (2 African Americans female's) with bitter attitude, degrading the value and probably a prestigious service this business can offer. I request to see the manager the clerk in service has denied and doesn't want to reveal her name.

I waited in line to redeem scratch coupons I received via the Florida lottery app and was told they don't except the coupons because they don't get credit for them which is a lie because the lottery machine prints a receipt for the coupons exactly like a receipt for a regular scratch off. Every time I go in this store there's one lady working the register and one sitting behind the counter doing "paperwork" and ignoring customers.

I have talked to management on several occasion about their loud music playing in the parking lot disturbing the peace of the neighborhood behind them. And she tells me it's nothing they can do about the customers playing loud music I asked them to post signs to please turn down the music. Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. this has gotten ridiculous. I have now call the police to deal with them.

Stood for 15 minutes from 9:45 to 10:00pm watching the tellers mumble amongst each other and fiddle with their registers. They then stated the lotto cut off at 10pm. Thanks for the waste of time. I won't come back again the reviews are all correct the staff there doesn't seem to care at all about anything going on around them..

Trash. I try to go after work which is usually 10pm or 11pm and every single time am greeted by "closed for 10-15 minutes for system update." After tonight I will no longer be going after tonight. The one time their doors were open I walked in to get told they were closed. Don't waste your time or your money here.

When I paid for my gas & everything AT THE COUNTER WITH MY PIN they took the transaction & doubled it & put a hold on my account & when I called they told me I had to wait over a week for the hold to come off. Altogether they took $60 more then what I agreed to pay! These people are scammers

I signed up for the SIP N SAVE membership went to let the lady know I have my own cups before I get my drinks. She starts telling me the prices for the drinks. I say I have the membership she replied we dont do that here. THIS STORE IS ON THE SIP AND SAVE LIST. I wont be coming back.

The rudest people I have ever had to deal with , that has a job in customer service... This is the first circle K I have been in that is this the people are just plain rude because you dared to walk in while they were talking.

Had a sign saying closed for 25- 30 mins it’s been over an hour and nobody will come out the door and let us know anything. Like if there is a problem let ur customers know. Don’t have people waiting. SMH bad business

Not a Corporate Circle K. They dont offer the normal Circle K promotions. Disappointed about this everytime I go in. Beyond that, store is clean, gas stations are clean, items are available regularly.
