It 330am U ARE SUPPOSED TO BE 24HRS BUT THE DOORS ARE LOCKED!? No sign. Girl was moppin ignored us at door. This is near only place for coffee and u ruined my day cuz i couldnt get one before work, ridiculous. Im from nj and 24hr stores there like 711 and quick chek would never close when they want, its against the law to do so without posting which there wasn't. I will be reporting this branch to corporate and the Bbb and the board for violating hours laws. Its illegal to close before posted hours. This apparently isn't a short staff issue, its lazy workers. You are losinf customers and the company $, not smart if the workers want to keep their jobs. They messed with the wrong person, im reporting them to every agency and head.

There was me and 5 other customers standing outside and the door was locked. We looked into the store and seen a woman that was absolutely high as a kite with 2 other drug addicts coming out of the bathroom. THE STORE WAS LOCKED and they were getting high in the bathroom. She came to the door unlocked it and let the other dopeheads out of the store. She proceeded to lock the door back and say sorry and put a makeshift sign on the door saying please give me more time. This is absolutely insane that Circle K would allow this to happen. Needless to say a handful of customers walked away furious. I'm not from around the area but I can assure you do not stop at this gas station I have never in my life seen such filth.

It is not a good place for any deaf person to go as the employees refuse to write on paper for me to understand what is being said until I had to argument with them untill they gave up and write on paper for me to understand them as they didn't believe i was deaf due to clear speech. I went to the store to grab something to eat and a pack of smoke and the employee had to ask for my ID I am 41 years old and no one has asked for my ID for more than 10 years in fact this is the only place on this side of Jacksonville that has asked me for an ID to get cigarettes.

I would rate this store as a no starbut there’s no such thing the bathrooms are filthy smells like urine there’s mold growing underneath the hand dryer’s mold growing in the sinks very rude employees and they just want to stand behind the counter and talk instead of doing their jobs and cleaning the store I will not shop at Circle K in Jacksonville or anywhere else in the United States because of this store so keep in mind when you stop here that employees are very rude and don’t do their jobs

Management has some serious attitude problems when their card machine was down. Used to come here daily but the blonde lady working tonight lost me forever as a customer by saying not my "F@#$#@" problem" when asking for another possible method of payment. Other half the time the doors are blocked off with trash cans and won't let anyone in. If not the line is 20 people long. This store is the worst

I went into the store this morning and the cashier had a really bad attitude. She was not wearing a name tag so i did not catch her name but I am sure the time clock records can identify her. The manager was right there and told the cashier not to worry about me. This girl needs to get fired. I will never step foot in this store again

Associate keeps closing early. Sees customers. But chooses not to open or just ignores the customers. That are in the COLD WEATHER…. IS THIS STORE 24 HOURS OR NOT. It’s the same associate that works overnights. Associate then proceeded to turn off the store phone, to where all communication is disabled. Very unprofessional.

As soon as you walk in and look to your left ( where the muffins located) they have a 2 for $2 SIGN ...BUT WHEN YOU GET TO THE CASH REGISTER THEY CHARGE YOU $1.79EA. When I tried to tell the man at the counter he took my money and ignored the fast they're ripping people off …

Went last night to purchase some goods and the cashier give us a horrible attitude . I can tell she didn’t wanna be there . Just nasty attitude and interrupting us while speaking . White lady with blond hair gotta do better or y’all gonna lose customers because she is very unprofessional.

THE LADY WEARING THE BLACK COLORED SHIRT NAMED """LINDSEY"""" OVER AT THE DUVAL RD LOCATION IS REALLY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS,AND THE LITTLE GIRL WITH NO TEETH AT THE TOP (CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME) IS REALLY NASTY TO SOME PEOPLE. VERY RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm not exactly sure why this particular circle claims to be 24 hours when it's apparent that not. Sometimes it's open but most of the time it's not. The interesting thing is the employee is there on site.

The manager is awesome. He works hard but always friendly. His staff is always professional and caring. Great service from the early morning , lunch and night staff. He runs a really great store!

Good selection. Service was good. Sometimes hard to get in and out of the gas station due to the location. No free WiFi like some other locations have.

I Don’t Understand How You have a ATM machine in the store, but been down for almost 2 months… Clerks or whoever needs to get on that objective

Today 6/13 around 730 the cashier was cursing at customers and telling them he was alone and there are other gas stations around town
