The bathrooms at this Circle K are atrocious. I am thankful for a customer bathroom at this facility but I have stopped using it and plan ahead because the bathroom is that filthy. It smells like urine and feces, always. All surfaces (sink, toilet, handicap rail, floor, door, door frame, door knob, ceiling, trash can ) are filthy. The floor is always covered with used toilet paper, discarded paper towels and trash. People have stopped using the industrial sized trash can in the one person bathroom and just throwing their trash on the ground besides it (really, people...). I am sure the employees think, "I do not get paid enough to clean this disgusting and revolting public bathroom" and you know what, I agree. But *someone* has got to tackle it (may I recommend bleach & lysol, haha) and then from there on, the employees maintain. Please, someone at this store (management...owner!) take ownership of the horrific state of your store bathroom & address the problem! Ewwwww!!!

The bald white gentleman who works here lectured and belittled me for their machine not giving me a receipt for my purchase. His hostility made me feel unsafe I purchased $25 dollars worth of gas with him (the cashier) inside, I then went to my gas pump and saw it didn’t work, so when I went back inside to let him know about the issue he yelled at me for not having a receipt for the transaction that just happened with him 30 seconds previously. The machine had not been printing receipts for some reason even tho I had just made a cash purchase. His hostility and anger towards me for not having a receipt was uncalled for and made me very uncomfortable. I was not upset at him in anyway for a machine not working but he definitely should not work in a public establishment with such anger and hatred.

Today, I experienced watching James provide the best customer service I've ever seen at a Circle K. I listened to James greet and service others as I fixed my lunch. Very friendly. He provided my the same professional service. Then when I asked if corporate listens to suggestions from the field, he was all ears for my suggestion. Then the topper, though I use the circlek app, I want aware of the 12 days of Christmas specials. James alerted me to the deals, which are pretty awesome. Nobody else has ever mentioned the deals to me. I visit about 15 circle k's each week. I've seen a vast varaity of customer service. If you look at my reviews, I've given one California store a blistering fit lousy service.

Lovely experience today at a circle k that I randomly stopped by after my way home from work. On the corner of 40th and Greenway I encountered an employee who exhibited great customer service. The first time in circle k employee ever greeted and said hello upon entering the store. The female staff member who is on the clock at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 22nd is friendly with the customers and has that store cleaner than I have ever seen a circle k. Circle k OWNERS/FRANCHISE FRANCHISE OWNERS/REGIONAL or DISTRICT MANAGERS/ MANAGERS... GIVE CREDIT WHEN CREDIT IS DUE and BIG UP to the circle k female employee that's works on the corner of 40th and Greenway.

This is a Petition to at least keep this morning girl named (Ran**) with dark long hair off the cash register at the 40th street and Thunderbird C-store because she seems to love bullying customers and employees that I had experienced going in there. Last, I will not go there in the morning anymore or ever again if management doesn't reprimand this woman of empathetic love. Meanwhile, (Ran**) you finally messed with the wrong customer too many times. Lord bless this cashier as I pray for for this person to due better ethically by treating others how you would like to be treated.

Gentlemen refuse to sell me a scratcher ticket after buying several tickets in a row from further employee before gentleman abused not so me another ticket for what reason unknown barricaded me out of the store did let me in the store denied me to buy scratcher kicked my bucket in face but behind counter yelled and spit the type of his blue tonsils and lungs and teeth with blue red eyes face get out of my store scared to death for my life shaking it afraid walked out many people outside partying can't believe it yeah bunch of BS I have a problem now

The older Hispanic lady working the counter at this location refused to sell me gas because she was too lazy to quit talking to her daughter and group of friends in the store. When I enquired about this, said daughter and friends followed me out to my car literally threatening to murder me. This is why she will always be nothing but a terrible gas station employee. Save yourself the frustration and go to any other location possible. Karma will take care of her and her awful hell spawn of a daughter. Do better Circle K.

Worst experience. Management is to blame. Went there to fill air in the tires. Put in $2 (coins since credit card machine on it didn’t work), and then realized the air tube was missing!! Went to speak to someone about this, but the only employee was sitting outside on top of a trash can smoking an e-cigarette. He said there is no one else and he is on a 30 minute break. He has been working since 6am and has another 8 hour shift ahead. Seemed very burnt out and unhappy. I realized he doesn’t give a s###t about my $2!

Went here early this morning looking for coffee. First off there was not a single cup in sight to purchase said coffee and second, the employee on shift immediately started hitting on me and made me feel super uncomfortable. I started to leave because of this and he followed me out of the store and catcalled me all the way till I got in my vehicle and left. By far the worst Circle K I have ever been to. Who hires these people?!

This Circle K has restored my faith in humanity. Marshall, the night shift guy, is literally the only reason I'm alive today. You have no clue. The management allows me to play my guitar for spare change so long as I stand out of the way and don't harass customers. Its true. It is "just a circle K" ... but its MY circle K. Id pick this one above QT any day.

From my one visit in here just to get myself a slushie I have to say it was nice and clean in here no papers on the floor from straws or anything. Some people can be a bit messy but hey with how well kept it looked plus how friendly staff was it deserves the rating I'm giving it. Good job guys

Stopped at 9:18 pm for gas and to use the restroom. The bathroom door is locked so I stand in line to ask about a key or is someone in there. Neither - the restrooms close at 9 p.m. What? Maybe post a sign so I can stop for both in one stop instead of having to make two stops???

These guys and gal are amazing. No joke The night crew are on point. Ben,Jeff and the young blonde gal are on point. Ben always makes me feel welcome. Jeff is always nice as does the young blonde. Sorry I never got her name but all are good people. And I love this circle K

Ain't no QuikTrip! It would help if the attendant wasn't out smoking a cigarette every time you go there. Circle k has to be one of the worst ram stores ever. Do not stop at a circle k unless you absolutely have to or you will be waiting forever.

This store is clean, stocked, and well-maintained (outside & inside). Joe is always sweeping, polishing, or mopping the store, and does it with a great attitude. Everyone at the store gives top quality service. 5 stars

I have to give the kudos to the manager at this store, this is the cleanest Circle K I ever seen in my life with everything on it's place nothing missing I think they need to be rewarded for this thank you so much.

Used to love this circle k but the current night staff they have is insane. Always outside and "closing" the store for them to just hang out with the local crack heads and smoke cigarettes. Dumb

This location is always out of coffee or cream, management here doesn't care about service only not wasting their coffee.How can you waste it when you don't have it in the store?

Always friendly and courteous, quite mind blowing 1 mile south there are always questionable things happening inside and outside the store. And the gas pump no words... ☺️

I only stop here to use the Amazon lockers, The area around the Lockers is well lit clean and safe, but keep your head on a swivel.

They have an outdoor locker for picking up Amazon packages. It's very convenient and you don't have to worry about porch pirates.

Super quick and easy to get in and out of. Got my Polar Pop drink and was out within a few minutes.

Great gas prices. Friendly staff. The windshield water often smells like sewage.
