The store wanted me to download an app which I was unable to do when I asked them about another way to get the discount they told me there was no otherway I showed them a text from circle k which said I was supposed to get 15 cents off of per gallon that's what I showed them and they can't to honor it. When I requested they give feed back to the manager above him about the app requirement Victor told me that's not what he does he said his only job was to provide customer service. I responded that's this is how he could make customer service better. He stated I should leave a review I told him if I leave a review it would be on Google and that it's not going to be positive so I urged him again to let his supervisor to know. Victor's response was that he did not care if the Google review was negative to which I said "ok." Bottom line avoid this circle k when Victor is here.

Seems like there's always something wrong or irritating here. If your wanting a fountain drink then the machine will be down. If you have no cash on you then their debt card machine is down. If you want coffee during the evening then there's no coffee in any of the pots....etc. Could just be and my luck. One thing that's extremely irritating is they NEVER put any of them roller food such as their hotdogs or taquitos on the roller grills. I've asked about it about it and was told its the manager's call and they do it to keep write off's down. Seriously? You don't have to load the grill? You could just have 2/3 of each flavor on at all times. Yes it'll require that the staff actually work. God forbid.

Just received new bank card. And it has the capability for touchless payment.yet I was unfamiliar as to how it worked for it was going to be the first time that I would use it. Charlie Cashier at this circle K was nice enough to explain to me exactly the way it worked and how I could use it and went on to tell me about using more than a certain amount and then having to present identification. It was nice of Charlie the cashier to take time out of his busy day and explain to me the way the touchless new bank card worked. so I gave this circle K 5 stars because it's far and few that these cashiers of circle K can take a moment to explain such things.

Does corporate office not manage this circle k, or how about the health department? There is no way this place could possibly pass any type of inspection. It is disgusting! Maybe they are all afraid to even go in the store due to the scary rude people they have working in there. I went in just to buy soda and the clerk was fighting with his girlfriend on the Fon and was yelling and cursing her out at the top off his lungs. Made me wait till he was off the Fon to check me out. Then I seen his friend walk in and he just handed him a pack of cigarettes and didn't charge him. This place is dangerous. Corporate needs to do something about it. ..

Stopped there 12/8 after driving 2 hrs from sedona and after filling my gas tank with 30 dollars of gas was not allowed to use the restroom and it was an emergency. Also it was late so of you have two ladies there afraid to let someone use the restroom maybe you should also have a male cashier as well. As it was pretty shady in that area. One girl was going to let me but the other said I had to go to Star bucks. So I'm just infuratied that we spent our good Money at a circle that let my pee my pants in our rental. This circle k is awful and dangerous looking. Don't stop there, get your gas elsewhere.

Sean with the pink hair was so rude to customers. There was a Hispanic man who came in and gave him a $50 (maybe $20 I couldn't tell exactly what) and Sean was confused and thought he paid with $10... He argued with the guy for a while about it and finally opened the drawer and saw his error. Instead of saying sorry and being nice, he said "Yo! Chill! we are good!" And was still super rude. I couldn't believe it. The poor guy just wanted his correct change and Sean treated him like he was the problem. I won't spend my money here ever again.

easily the most stress-inducing, clusterf*ck of a gas station in the valley. it’s located at the intersection of two major cross streets (one of which is a major highway exit), which means it’s always busy, but there is no room for cars to line up. because cars pull in from both directions, and there is no space to turn around, chao always ensues. i swear at least 1 gas pump is always out of order. every time i’ve resorted to getting gas here, i’ve witnessed a screaming match.

came back again for Air pump on my truck (replay your video Halloween & 11.01 you will see a Red truck came 2 times back to back, still no air in my tires yet) this time everything good, machine runs but no air coming out wt.. (already $3 for nothing) Water was coming out good, but i did not need it Circle K. We're one block away from u. We're using this gas station over a year for 3 cars in our family. from now on, Naaa not any more.

This has to be the worst circle k I've ever been in in the state of arizona. Not only is the area trash but so are the cashiers here. They have bad attitudes they snicker and they talk back to their customers. It's almost like going into an elementary school with the way that the girls were behaving when I came in I will not be going back to the store I'm surprised it's open I will be calling corporate.

This morning I asked the clerk for Njoy cartridges. She then says can i trust you are of age. I say yes I’m 45 and she asks for I’d. Just ask for the id don’t ask if you trust me because you’re asking for the id regardless. Then she’s giving me goofy looks and saying i hope your day gets better. My day did get better thanks probably because i didn’t have to deal with horrible customer service again

This is a great place to go... for a drug deal! Seriously, is there any other reason to go to circle K? In all seriousness, circle K is vastly inferior to QT. This location in particular is difficult to access and has very few gas pumps. I’m also frustrated with the “no public restrooms” policy here. ALL QT’s have public restrooms. Why is this so hard for Circle K?

Everytime I stop here the fountain drinks machine has at least 3 out of order. Today I missed lunch and just had to have a hot dog.....empty! The guy said I could wait 30 min. And he would put some on when I declined he didn't put any on??? Guess nobody else gets hotdogs here either. Circle k is cool most of the time but this one....

A disabled friend was in this Circle K and was verbally abused and this clerk ,Cecilia, broke several ADA rules concerning Service Dogs. She and this store should be ashamed and this woman's additude needs to be adjusted. I will be calling tomorrow as it seem no one wants to answer the phone at night.

Everything you'd expect from Circle K. My experience with their tire filling station was exceptional. Accepts credit cards and allows digital tire pressure selection which shuts off automatically when the desired pressure is reached. A painless experience and valuable addition to the gas station.

Service clerk just standing at door smoking his cigarette. lit it while standing in the door frame. Hands down the most horrific circle k with the placement of pumps. Circle k seems to attract the worst of the worst. My recommendation is to skip this location all together.

Closed randomly for over 30 minutes at a time, at least 3 people asking for money outside at all times, not 24 hours as advertised, overpriced and poorly stocked. The reviews for this store we're so bad they took the location off of yelp. Go somewhere else.

The people who work here are generally friendly and try to get everyone checked out quickly. Small store, smaller than most others but, they keep it well stocked. They have security at night that helps keep the crack heads at bay!

Corporate needs to visit this store! Most of the fountain drinks were out of order, cups were all over the counter, no lids had to get them myself from under the machine, then checking out the counter was broken with a sign on it.

Just went to this location today and seleste helped me out. And all I can say was that she was so nice and helpful. I will most definitely be coming back to this location as it was a pleasure to be helped out by seleste!

Why would you provide a service and not have anyone trained to use it. I was trying to add money to my netspend and they do not have any one on the shift that can do it. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money.

Always closed to "take a break", when they're open they are rude and rarely sober. Don't waste your time stopping they won't help you anyway. I'd call and complain but they don't answer the phone either

Bought gas for $30 but it didn’t pump. When I told the attendants they didn’t care. They just said “file a complaint” and continued to ignore me. Don’t go here unless you wanna get scammed ‍♂️ …

Don’t bother to go there find any other gas station. I promise it’s better. Can’t get worse than that. Not safe, unfriendly and might wanna stay away from the chain at all. Go to any other brand.

Literally just stopped at this location and this older guy with glasses wirh greyish hair told my friend and me that they were closed. Looked up this location and they suppose to be open 24/7.

I only gave it one star because they can't update their gas prices like the rest of the gas stations on Google Maps it says one price but when I get there it's $0.30 higher

NO BATHROOMS - for travelers on the road looking to gas/snack/restroom stop, this isn’t the place. You’ll have to go somewhere else for that so just skip it, wish we had!

4 gas pumps available. Smaller store. No public bathrooms and this location inly excepts $20 bills and smaller. Store is kept clean and everything was nearly stocked.

I came to this location on a Wednesday at 9 PM busy busy in the street they say close for cleaning. I look inside and the dudes texting away. Ridiculous

Lies about hours of operation. They advertise being opened 24hrs bit in reality they are only open 22hrs per day. Closed 2am to 4am

Gas station says it’s 24/7 on google but I walked in at 3.20 am and they lady said they were closed, don’t write false information.

They are not 24 hours they are closed until 4:00 in the middle of the night from 2:00 to 4:00 a.m.
