I’m a diabetic, so when I come to this location for gas and a polar pop, I love to get a unsweetened iced tea and put Splenda in my tea since I can’t have normal sugar. The past 3 months your store never has any iced tea in the containers and always a sign that says “sorry we’re out” this is the only circle k that has no iced tea, and unfortunately this is the only circle k close to me. It’s disappointing because I use to come in all the time for a tea and gas and now I just don’t even bother. At this point I just think it’s the employees being lazy and not wanting to brew any tea. Too bad.

The black dude working at around 630 PM on 12/14/16 should be fired. 16th Street and Bell Rd Phoenix Arizona. Hes a black dude with a giant attitude. If I go back in here its just a matter of time before we clash. Never saw this guy before and I go here almost everyday. This dude is a time bomb waiting to happen. I guarantee you he wont be there long. Id keep an eye on the cash drawer. When he explodes he just might walk out with the cash register. Dude is a racist ass hole.

Am very disappointed at this store ..i have had been a customer for years i have live the around the neighborhood for years now until today my 4 Year old was trusty .i stop by this circle k grad some drinks and fill some ⛽ this manager name Michael grab my drinks and put then on the thrash and told me to get the hell of the store because one of his crew worker was bring me up the order i wait why is this am been a customer for very long time

Always a wait. They do have a station to pay for bills. Parking lot could use some renovation, or maybe just some paint and a pressure washer. Good staff. Never really noticed it super dirty inside. August 29th, 2017: the store is closed and there's a note saying the store will be closed for ten minutes. Been waiting for a while. The time is 12:30am at night.

The sole clerk was kind, helpful, fast, and accurate. However, what manager has only one employee working a convenience store on a major arterial road on a Friday evening? No one else available, the manager should have been there. As fast as the clerk was, the line was a steady twelve people long the entire long, long time I was there.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful! The products carried and price is great. But as a corporation you have to ask, where is security. How often does a store need to be robbed and the staff and customers (like my daughter who was there once) put into danger. The store and staff is great the corporation not so much.

This is the slowest Circle K I have ever been to. None of the employees ever seem to have a clue what they're doing and half of them barley speak English. They're always understaffed and the line will always wrap around the inside of the store. Don't stop here unless you've got a solid 20-30 minutes to wait in line.

When you first walk in all yoi here is this vulgar music being played very loudly! A bunch of cussing and very offensive language! That's nit what a business should be playing during stores hours a least! This was my first time ever at this store and most sure will be my very last!

Great place to stop in for a snack and/or cold drink. Coffee selection is limited and not always available. Gas pumps area is almost always full of cars which means it probably has great gas but makes it hard to get out of parking lot sometimes, since it is an older gas station.

I carry one of the circle k reloadable cards. When I go to different circle k locations these staff DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RELOAD CARD. The rest of their services they seem to know what they r doing. Starting hourly rate is $11.00 and hour. …

I got coffee there this morning they had no pump creamer so i got the little cup creamers and this he guy that doesn't work there start giveing me a hard time about it 4 creamer and the lady rhar work rhere didn't say a dam thing

This is the most ghetto circle k I've ever been to. Employees shouting the n word, being rude to customers, and an overall terrible experience. If I could rate with 0 stars, I would.

I was trying to find out how much unleaded gas was because Im low on fuel and didnt want to waste gas. I called and was hung up on, called again and than I couldn't get and answer.

This is the closest location to me. It's really annoying that the fountain drinks are never working right. Always taste bad or have no carbonation. Always broken. So annoying.

Cant say much about gas station/ conveniate stores lol. But the coustomer service at this one is better than some others. Especially the stuck up one's in Scottsdale.

Been going here for 15 years never had a problem up until all hours of the day they are closed. 4pm on a Sunday they are closed!

I have visited the store at all hours it's always busy but I find it fine store always get what I need and check out on my way

Needs to be a bigger Circle K. Not enough gas pumps. Always busy. Friendly service. Not enough employees. Always crowded.

Never keep up their windshield washing stations but gas is usually pretty cheap compared to what's around.

Prices are 2 high 2 buy anything inside this store. Customer service is underperforming.
