I live very close by the Circle K. Last night I had to call 911 due to the loitering, loud music, gathering of cars at 2:00 am. This is not the first time. You guys had police presence before COVID starting on Thursday through Sunday certainly helped. You need to start this again. As a business owner you have a responsibility to ensure the neighborhood is safe and is peaceful. Your business does not consider its neighbors. We will take the necessary corrective action to ensure you fix your problems. I would first suggest to close at 1:00 am. Furthermore, you need to police the parking lot and stop the loitering. The fire, police and medics visit your location at least 3 times per week. They should charge you for their service. Your business is a drain on first responders resources. As a business owner, do something for the community. And that rats are as bad as everyone has said. Clean up your sh!t.

I entered the store with the woman holding a phone while seated at the front counter, talking to the guy with the black shirt. I was not greeted but meet with harsh scolding for interrupting their conversation. She stated she was on break . I asked for the manager and she said the guy in the black shirt was the manager and he would check me out - then she came over, like she was baby Jesus and said, “ We can refuse to serve you”, like there wasn’t a QuickTrip, the Chick-Fila-A of gas station’s, nearby. I exited happily . Based on the reviews someone in corporate should take notice and do something. Their service was horrible and unprofessional. Signed the sissy - which was what the woman called me as I exited.

Justin is an exemplary employee and person. The young lady who checked me out as well for asking him to help me. You see, I had never put air in my own tires before in my life, and my husband just left with the Army. When the weather turned cold my pressure light went on and after going to the checkout and sharing my plight with the young lady working behind the counter (did not get her name but it was 3:45pm on Wednesday October 19th) this young man, Justin, gladly and immediately took the time to show me how to do this out of the kindness of his heart. These are the types of people and employees that truly make all the difference. Thank you Circle K for hiring such excellent young people as these.

Manager is rude and completely unprofessional. Forgot my ID but the girl in front of me in line who couldn't be older that 16 and was about 4'9 bought her cigarellos no problem. When it was my turn he asked for my ID I stated I forgot it and understood why he didn't wanna sell it to me. I get into my lyft my driver offers to go in and buy it for me and he refuses to sell to him as well. I come back with my ID THAT CLEARLY STATES IM NOT UNDERAGED and he still redufuses to sell it to me because I sent the man in to buy them for me even though I'm not underaged so it wasn't illegal in the first place. He was just mad and unprofessional.

The most embarrassing excuse for a gas station I’ve ever seen. 10:30 on a Saturday night and the doors are locked up because the employee sitting outside infront of the locked door smoking with the homeless people that are wandering around. If Circle K doesn’t want to make money then, please continue having horrible employees that randomly lock the store. We are not from Charlotte and had walked to the store just to be told by the employee outside where the next store was. When we walked back past the store on our way to hotel it was open then

This gas station is an embarrassment. Went to pump gas and the store was “closed” at 9 am because there was a man fixing the wide open front door. How does the door prevent someone from operating and running the business. If this is the case, maybe you all should fix your pumps so customers would not need to go into the store so you all can enjoy doing nothing all day. People use anything as a reason to condone laziness. Even a BP gas station is better than this.

This store is my go too for cheap cigarettes and they keep the small amount of "hood" that still remains after all the outstanding "northern americans " brought their old/new money to take over our city with tall "apartment paper buildings " hold it down circle k locals, keep up the" we dont want you comfortable" outsiders from outside the walls of the real queen city thinks about Yall attitude! ✊️

This store is a huge trash generator for the entire Fourth Ward neighborhood. Staff doesn't bother to clean the parking lot and litter is allowed to blow all over the surrounding blocks. Circle K Corp doesn't appear to give a damn about the neighborhood as repeated attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. A real pigsty that's a complete eyesore for our community.

24 hours is a joke. They aint even unlock the door at 6am when 4 people were in the store and 2 tanker trucks were outside filling up the tanks. Why say you're a 24 hour store when you're clearly a 12 hour store. Wonder what time they actually open? Or if they will ever hire nice, intelligent people. Probably not, but there is a QT walking distance up the street.

Homeless people harassing everyone who’s coming in/out. Cashiers are always talking on the cellphone not acknowledging customers. People blocking the pumps and entrance instead of the parking lots to go shop inside for over 5 minutes. My wife is afraid to go to this gas station even with me. Switching over to the nice new QT down the street.

The drink fountains are nasty nasty nasty... moldy... flies all in the donuts....they don’t clean them... you can get very sick from that!! I just mentioned it to the worker in there.. He was just so nonchalant about it didn’t even say nothing back about it.So if I come back later and it’s not clean I’m calling their management team

I'm giving it 5 stars because when I went to it, it was a nice clean facility. However, as of 2/26/2016 it is closed for I don't know how long due to a fire. I feel it's important to alert folks because it was the only gas station in Uptown and I would hate to have people run out of gas or walk a few blocks to discover it shuttered.

This is the only gas station inside I-277, and as such would be a great stop for ride share drivers. The problem is that half the time, the restrooms are out of order or otherwise unavailable. I've quit going there, opting instead for the QT on Wilkenson as it is close to Uptown and the fuel price tends to be better.

Wish I could give a negative star. Terrible customer service, and no help from corporate office. Staff and manager least interested, busy on their phone and lease interested in doing their job. Called corporate office, and no one picks up. Left VM and no response. Best to take your buisiness else where.

Please do something about the multiple vagrant people who hang outside asking for money. In 1 visit alone I got asked by 3 different men & it scared me to see them tracking me. Other gas stations have security to help customers feel safe or not harassed especially as a woman.

I know for a fact CircleK is 24 hours and the fact that this location is always closed during third shift is really a inconvenience! I had to take my business to QT because I’m tired of wasting time & gas before heading to work! Something needs to be done! Very unacceptable!

It's fine. It's a high volume gas station with a small number of pumps(restricted by square footage) and likely awful pay conditions(like 90% of gas stations). I don't go in asking for much, and get the basic minimum which is good enough for my purposes.

I did not have a negative experience. The 3 star rating is because I experienced nothing above and beyond other gas stations I have used. In addition, I used this gas station around 4:45 am. At that hour, no expectations, no disappointments.

Hello great people , I encourage everyone with the knowledge at the circle k you have a woman manager that's very rude and disrespectful towards customers I believe this kind of conduct should not live in a place of community business...

Why is this place closed at 2:39am? Its Saturday morning and to employees laughing inside like they don't care about their customers. The customers pay the bills and as soon as Circle K loses their customers they will go out of business.

Couldn’t wash my hands after pumping gas due to no public restrooms. Asked the clerk if I could just wash my hands pointed me to a sink next to the coffee machines that had no soap or paper towels. You had better go to Quiktrip...

The QT is right down the street....highly recommended. 9 times out of 10 the doors are locked and no employee to be found between 10pm and midnight. A huge inconvenience for those who live close by and work a second shift.

This gas station is horrible the doors are always locked. The donuts are nasty. The employees always keep the door locked. What’s the point of having a store to not run it. They need to shut this down or get a new owner.

The woman with the light colored eyes has the nastiest attitude and she is so rude I try to avoid even going there when she is working she rolls her eyes at every customer and gets upset if you ask her a question

Most disrespectful store I ever been to. Place is dirty. Cashiers have a bad attitude. Workers act like they do not even want their job. It is a shame to other locations that do have great customer service.

None of the one or two star reviews surprised me. I quit going to this store a couple years ago and for the same reasons everyone else has already listed. The store owner could do much better.

Both bathrooms out of order?! Wish I could return the gas. I don’t shop with people who don’t provide bathrooms. Not nice for drivers on road who rely on clean, open bathrooms.

Overpriced is almost expected. Brain dead employees are not. I have met 8-year-olds that could operate a cash register with better efficiency. Stupidity at its finest
