This gas station has the worst gas pumps in Houston. I have never had such trouble with vapor-lock pumps. I've tried several different pumps and I can never get the gas to pump consistently without shutting off over and over and over. Vapor-lock pumps can be finicky, but these are something else. The gas is usually cheaper than the surrounding area, but I'm not sure it's worth the annoyance anymore.

Loved this convenience store. It has the soda fountain machines with tons of options and flavors, which I love. Service was incredibly kind and he seemed to be taking care of everyone in the store like a local hero. Parking is a bit tricky but once you navigate it you’re good. Great location off Shepherd and I-10. Clean and organized convenience store. Nothing bad to say!

Overcharged for cheese nachos because the cashiers don't know thier job. Nachos are priced at $2.49. The cashier charged extra for chili and cheese. The cheese isn't extra, it's included in the price of the nachos. The extra price is for the hot dogs and frito pies, not the nachos.

Cashier was rude. She had the nerve to be eating a meal while working the register. She was so distracted with eating that she didn't turn the raggedy pump on. My mother back inside to tell her that the pump wasn't on and she had an attitude when my mom told her the pump wasn't on.

This Valero has the WORSE customer service ever! I was refused gas one morning because he was “busy doing paperwork” but as soon as a white girl walked up and needed help he was all of a sudden done. I’ve never in my life had to deal with somethin like that and I am HIGHLY PISSED.

Worst night attendant I’ve ever met. She asked me several times to hurry up and when I asked for a receipt she wouldn’t give it to me. I understand at the time I showed us they closed the inside but when I described what I wanted she was vocally annoyed with me.

I like this circle-k VALERO...I Like the location and especially the fountain drinks. The sodas are my favorite and at a great price. I still have the refill mug i bought way before the corona ("cabrona") came in. I like all the variety of things you can buy.

Time.was 4:35am November 21 Tuesday morning i.bought 2.sauage egg and cheese muffin lady sold.cold didn't heat up at all.fire.her.please.yesterday tell me the machine was broken can u say racist lady.period do.ur.job

Great customer service !! Was in a jam with my car and Joaquin .M. The manager jumped in got me what I needed and even before asking he offered to help with the car. Really appreciate the help and kindness .

Why circle k getting too much work from their staff. I see employee had to do cleaning and stop to help the customer and doing other things and come back to customers..
