I am writing a review in regards to Deonna S in the family law records department. Deonna made my visit to the courthouse easy going & she was very helpful & very thorough. She made the entire process of visiting the DC Courthouse so much more simplified than I imagined & smooth sailing. She definitely represents the Duval County Courthouse with great work ethic & handles each visitor with grace, genuine care, & compassion. Closing my chapter in Jacksonville , Florida was so much easier with her help, knowledge & kind words. Deonna S is a great example of how every city employee should carry themselves & I was highly impressed with her infectious smile, attitude & knowledge in all of the paperwork I needed & explaining to me exactly how everything worked. She definitely gave me a different outlook on the DC courthouse from other feedback I’ve heard or read & I will definitely forever have good things to say about her department because she set a great example & gave me an experience to always speak positive about. Some people only speak on the bad & I think Deonna deserves a kudos for her hard work & exceptional service she provides to others when visiting the family law Department. Thank you Deonna & keep up the wonderful work!

The judge amended the Summary Order because a number was transposed on a VIN number ... when I explained why I was there to pay for a corrected copy for their mistake the woman was the rudest person I think I've ever ever encountered calling me a liar saying they don't prepare the paperwork then some rude little man came and said the same ... told me I was wrong and said go ahead complain to Judge Schumer he will set you straight... such hateful people should not work with people over probate issues ...

Your employee first told me to go to the wrong area to pay. Then he told me to pay online. I wanted to pay at the clerk of court today however he said to just pay online. I am infuriated about this and hope that employee gets fired. He was also on a personal call when I walked up to him. These government employees need to be supervised and I cant believe the disrespect shown today.

You need to put the Clerk of Court's Name on the Website. The general public in Duval County knows, but not other residents of the State. In my job duties I often have to go online to different clerks website, and have to list the actual Clerk's Name on documents. His name is lacking on your site. Everypage I've pulled up does not have his name on it.

Good luck if you get the hearing officer S. Haag. She’s a real piece of work who’s so far up her own bum she can’t hear anybody else beyond the sides of her rectum. She’s the reason why people don’t have faith in the judicial system - even for a judge, she is rude, obnoxious, and prefers to be Buddy Buddy with the officers and attorneys.

Fix your system. I have something I need to file within a set amount of time and can’t because your online system can’t find my citation number, and your phone service takes me to the traffic school section instead of the one I’m trying to get to. It’s crazy it’s almost as if the system is designed to screw you over! :)

Their recording office has by far some of the rudest staff at their windows. Don't ask a question concerning the reason for your visit because they treat you like you're the worse at person they've ever encountered.

How do I file a formal complaint with the clerks office about a clerk in the Neptune Beach branch . She hung up on me twice becore l could ask a single question .

Fast and friendly tellers, when you go to pay a fine or ticket. Also one time they only charged me $10 instead of $136 for a bad tag ticket. Nice building

Illegal Activities going on here - They run foreclosure auctions while the court house is closed, which is illegal under State law.

I used this court to file for divorce, and at least one of the staff was rude and very unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend

They suck they can just do whatever they want just because they were a badge. It don't work that way crooked pigs
