They were bare last time I went. Waiting for a truck to come in. Always short handed. Also, they've had registers down for over a week. Making them only have one cashier and looong lines. Plus the store is always a mess clothes thrown everywhere, shoes everywhere, they need more people to do the work. I over heard someone say that they have to fix the registers themselves when the parts arrive. Like, I guess you have to be an IT person to work there. Sounds like the company doesn't care at all as long as they can get your money.

Everybody knows me at all the locations so I love Citi Trends Clearance Racks is A Bargain but the Boosters that comes to every locations is sick to steal because they already cheap lol sick how this world is operating because people are miserable and selfish to where they knocking down clothes to steal and they have their Booster Kids to do it for them Sick to teach your 3yrs or over to learn how to steal vs their education

Just went in there and had an issue, reason. 2 people at the register including the Manager about 10 or more in line their moving like pond water. Just because it is a Black Store does not mean the company does not have to have good customer services! As well as people dont know the meaning Social Distancing and people get mad because you tell them to move back..6 feet! Sometimea I have Black support Black stores because of this!

Nice place got a nice outfit there for not a lot of money. The staff is friendly and helpful not pushy they just let you go through the store not watching you like your going to steal something they just let you pick out what you like. It was a good shopping experience I will definitely go back there

Was profiled by a store associate upon entering the door. She told me I needed to leave my bag behind the counter. I let her know that it was my babies diaper bag and I wasn’t giving it to her. She stated that was policy and I didn’t agree so I left!

Don’t ever go to this place. The manager there is VERY rude. Every time I go in there with my kids she makes inappropriate comments about them. She once yelled at my kids and told them to move. She also came to me and got in my face. Never go there

Love citi trends, always find nice things there. My only complaint is that sometimes it's hard to get through the isles /it's a tight fit. But it's a small store so I get it. I always look at shoes first and they always have a lot of cool styles.

I Don't see why You can't get a Refund on clearance items the same day You buy them. If You paid cash. If it's not something someone likes. The cashier Didn't tell Me that. Then they want to start pointing to the sign.( I need My Money!)

The clothes and shoes are very nice in the Madison area store. Sometimes it's so hard to find things though due to all the clutter and few Staff members there to help you but we still keep going back so I gave it 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐!

Decent clothes for decent prices just buyer beware if you are buying a outfit set please check the tags and sizes brought my son an outfit the top was three months but the pants were 12mnths how is that even possible?

I have visited this location on several occasions and each time I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Management is very kind and professional. I love the culture of Citi Trends and not to mention the PRICE POINT!

Bought granddaughters coats who live in Michigan. Not much of a selection for warmth, most were thin jackets not to keep a kid warm, not even here either. Cute selection, no warmth in thin jackets/coats.

My Friend and I was in Nashville and decided to stop @ Citi Trends before we left coming back Home and found everything that we were looking for. The Employee that waited on Us was very Hospitable.
