My first time shopping at the store on Rancho in Las Vegas was horrible. The two employees were very rude and were playing around with each other and not trying to help customers. It was so horrible that my husband noticed that the cashier had an attitude under her mask. Neither cashier wanted to have a conversation with customers and when someone else walked up to the line they were standing there for a few minutes before the other girl assisted them. If this is the type of people that you want to represent your store then you will lose business. The cashier name was D. Johnson#4071861 and this was August 4th at 3:35 pm at store 479. My transaction number is 769508. Her customer service skills needs to be addressed and refreshing because she represents your company in a horrible way.

Absolutely wonderful store that has almost anything you need whether you're a man or a woman the biggest thing is just try everything on make sure the pockets are right and there's no rips in them stuff like that I've been shopping at Citi Trends since 2008 and I've only had two articles of clothing that were not up to standards I would I would recommend it to anybody and I would shop there every single day if I could it is the best place and I'm a big guy I work very hard to find clothing and I can find all the clothing I want there they have big sizes brand names you get pants that are normally $80 you can get them for 1299 it's absolutely amazing

Like the selection at affordable prices....can absolutely do without the employees with the nasty attitudes. Whoever is responsible for hiring at this location needs to be investigated. These women have the worst customer service etiquette I have ever seen. They come across as if they arendoing you a favor you have to seek them out for assistance there is barely any work to do yet they have an attitude at check out. If you dont like your job give it to someone who needs it!!!!

My family has been to this particular location many times, every time we go there's a Manager on duty named Keisha (hope that's the correct spelling), who seems more than willing to assist with what ever we need. There's also a cashier named Angel, who always has a smile along with her Manager and awesome customer service. Keep up the Fabulous job ladies, having that kind of experience these days... seems rare to say the least. Thank you! FF313

Right now, it's not worth going. We went here but the store barely had stock. And they only accept credit/debit cards or if you want to pay cash, it has to be the exact amount which I think is inconvenient for customers. You are required to put a mask to shop but even with mask on, the whole store smells bad and there wasn't any AC on.

I came here bought some items, they allowed someone that was with me come back to the store and refund my things without my knowledge. I was out of $40. I also bought an outfit for my daughter and the shoes that came with it were the same size but different sized shoes . This is a horrible store and they are rude

I enjoy the friendly clerks who are so helpful. The merchandise is very discounted and the after Christmas discounts were lovely. I bought jewelry 4 gifts for Eid and a hand bag and a couple of watches. Thanks for your great store that has about everything.

They are crammed with items, needs to be organized better.. possibly a bigger location because there is so much stuff....prices are ok, staff is nice...This is the only location they have...wish they had small shopping carts to make shopping easier ....

Store is always messy or something is always broken the check out lines when they are long they don't open more check out lines while other staff is doing nothing and there greetings are robotic no eye contact but can't beat the prices for shopping

Mr. Williams is the best Employee citi trends has... always friendly to customers including customers that are very rude for no reason.... He does a great job making Citi trends a place i will visit again I love you Joseph Williams.

My son is three and is in HeadStart so he doesn't need any expensive shoes. I was glad to find some cute kid shoes that are durable and nice looking. Great price. Lol I noticed a few kids with the same shoes at his center after I bought

Always always always a go to getter spot. I mainly look at Bridgette (one of the workers) always helpful and always know how to get the job done. This is the best cititrends out of two locations this is the best one hands down

All (3. pairs of pants ,(1. pair of knock of remake of fila and (2. hella to small watches that I paid for FELL APART WITHIN (2.WEEKS. so the only thing I was happy with is the body spray/cologne and the T-SHIRTS.

Nice selection of Clothing, but long wait to check out. Cashiers were not friendly, no acknowledgement of customer presence. Manager on duty seem overwhelmed and stressed. Don't think I will visit again!!

Best Citi Trends I've been to in Vegas. Music and vibe were good. Had a lot of inventory with different variety. Pleasant staff. Definitely going to be my new Citi Trends

Do not work here especially the location on rancho the pay is 10.50 and they want you to do EVERYTHING while the mangers sit and do nothing 0/10 would not work here
