ATM card did not work in this machine. Tried on different days but never worked for my US card. Stated card had an issue but the card worked with other ATMs in the area.

Currently relabeled as UOB, after Citibank sold off their consumer division in Vietnam. ATM is still on the Citibank network until 15/11/2023

The ATM's can dispense 8 million VND by choosing the option on the screen. Highly recommended to use this and it is fee free.

ATM's are withdrawal only. There are more around the corner but they won't let you deposit if you have a US card.

현금인출할때 인출안되시는분들 비밀번호 4자리에 뒤에 숫자 00 붙여보세요 돈안나와서 한참고생하다가 카드 만들때 가끔 6자리 입력해야하는 기계도 있으니 그럴땐 뒤에 00붙이라던거 생각나서 했더니 나오네요

Up to 8mio vnd withdraw which is good. Fees for international card was 1% which is better than other atm here.

2 x ATM is in foyer of building. Open on Sunday. I assume the ATM is accessible 24/7 but not confirmed.

12/20/23: No ATM seen at location, verified with bank staff there are no Citibank or UOB atms anymore.

Easy to use ATM machine. My HK Citibank card worked :)

But Price a bit pricies worthless may a tourism spot!

We took with French visa. 6.000.000d, 60.000d fees

Handy Aust based card worked and low fees.
