I went to the store, and the staff need to be trained more. They need to be more friendly and helpful. I saw a top that was on SALE, discounted price for $19. I went over to the cashier to pay, and was served by a girl called Sophie. She scanned the shirt and said that it was $40 when it was clearly shown as $19. I even got another of the same shirt for her to scan and recheck, as the tag clearly says that its on sale for a price of $19. Still, she insisted it was $40 and also said that it probably wasnt on sale anymore.. To double check, I searched on their website to see whether it was $40 or if it is still $19. On the website, it says $19. So I went back to Sophie to show her that the price is as shown, $19. She then scanned the shirt's barcode, and said that it was $19 and she apparently didnt scan properly. By then, I was already feeling frustrated. So once I paid, I left. Please give them more training.

Nice clothes I shop here for convenience, closer proximity to home. I think I'll drive all the way to Blacktown or even Parramatta they have better customer service there. Customer service: 0. They need to improve in this area massively. At least greet the customer. A lady had to walk up to someone and ask if she worked there because she needed help. My partner was the one fetching different sizes for me while I was in the change room and when he could not find the right size he asked for help. Which was no help at all. They were "moving stock around the store that day" and "could not find it". I literally took those clothes off the rack less than ten minutes ago!!!! I would've spent an extra $120 on clothes if they found the right size but they didn't.

I've spent many years in retail stores working for them and browsing and shopping in them. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had at retail level. Spent $199 on carrera sunglasses. 2 days later I lost the nose bridge off it. I took them back to city beach, who gave me 2 options 1. buy another pair 2. Send them away to get fixed. I left the store called the distributor for Carrera who asked for the model number on the inside of the frame. I gave them the details and they said "we'll send you a nose bridge for that model at no charge" simple. That's it one call I'm sorted. I'm a nobody off the street one call I got sorted you're a major distributor of their product and couldn't do anything to help me, does that sound right?

I am so beyond disappointed by City Beach Rouse Hill. I called specifically to organise a birthday present, rang, gave all the details needed, even repeated several times so that i was giving all the right information as it was a specific item not many stores have, to be told "Yes we have that item in 2 colours" I told them i would reorganize my plans to come there today with my young child only to get there and be told "yeah nah we don't have those in that size here".... Thank you for wasting over an hour of travel time & shop time with a young restless child to be told "yeah nah". Absolutely apauling City Beach. So many bad reviews here, you would think the company would want to improve their service??

My general experience... mhe... they are polite, but not friendly. I felt like I was imposing, asking them for an item my daughter asked me to buy. Was it the way I was dressed? Was it because I wasn't young and I should shop somewhere else? Even when I said thank you, their reaction was underwhelming. It wasn't like they were happy to have me leave, but the 'bored sense of serving me was pretty obvious. I was the only customer in the store and that was too hard for them. I think the staff need a lesson in REAL, customer SERVICE. Staff, why bother being in retail if you could careless about service and the people you serve? 2 stars too generous...

Had a beautiful shopping experience today with my daughters at Rouse Hill City Beach. We experienced a friendly and great customer service from 2 of their sale staff, Imogen and Tian (im sorry if i spelt her name wrong) both girls were so helpful as my daughter have multiple gift vouchers and one wasnt working. At the end of it all,Tian figured it out for us. She did above and beyond to help us. Thank you to these two lovely young ladies✨️

Best place to shoplift! The store will be empty, staff see you and don't greet you, don't help in the change rooms. Its awesome, anything without an alarm tag on is free reign. You can literally wear the items out of the store and they wouldn't even know as this weeks gossip is far more important. Thanks city beach :)

I had some major issues with the manager at the Rouse Hill store. She was very condescending and obnoxious and came across as she did not want to be there at all. Even the way she treated her staff was unpleasant and rude. Would not recommend trying to socialise with her unless you want to end in an argument.

I came here to purchase some skateboard stuff. one of the girls there were so helpful and dedicated in finding what i asked for, she went out of her way contacting customer service and being patient with me. i couldnt reccomend a better store with great customer service and great skateboarding products.

Ashlee was a phenomenal help in finding my outfit for a going out night ! She took me around the store and kept offering clothes until I found the perfect outfit. Definitely will be coming here again because of her amazing customer service skills. !!

Some of the staff are friendly & helpful in this store in rouse hill but this one particular person were rude and unfriendly at all, i can see she had a position in the store it seems like shes not happy being there to help customer.

Busy as u would expect on Christmas eve limited people allowed in store because of covid but staff were still very polite and very helpful made sure to ask if i needed help and assisted me when I asked Cheers

The staff at this store rarely greet customers. Almost every time I shop here the register is unattended and I have to wait a while. Clothes are always mess. Disappointing store presentation!

Just yesterday I had purchased a claw clip and this morning when I went to put it in my hair it cracked. The quality of this product was very poor and was not happy with my purchase.
