i have tried several emails to the councilman to no avail. he does not respond (even an email from a staff member). typical politician who is out of touch with the voters. my emails address the "new" homeless camp @ tampa and saticoy by albertson's and the upgraded bus stop areas along reseda, the street sorely needs to be resurfaced which should have been done before the bus stop stuff!

He is not reachable to his constituents. Have tried his office number several times to bring a serious problem of the City street to his attention at not avail. The phone is always busy.
