This city hall park in Los Angeles features a memorial fountain ( in some disrepair) dedicated to the senator Frank Putnam Flint (July 15, 1862 – February 11, 1929) who among many accomplished politically aided in the construction of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. The park has a large collection of old and tall trees that make this place quite an escape from the urban cityscape of L.A. yet prominently standing above everything is city hall. It’s appearance at night is quite nice. My only complaint is the trash left behind by the y houses who utilize the park as a sort of shelter/sanctuary. Can’t more be done?
Totally worth a visit. A huge testament to the sprawl that is Los Angeles. This building is huge. Very modernist in its aesthetic and stands out. Not much to do here. It's a government building. But its totally worth some time that you can spend photographing it. Anyway, its something to have in your photo album and it completes your LA tour!
The men and women who prefer to camp there are these quaint customs of calling "Solidarity Park," whatever that means. Nice folks, a fantastic library, free meals. Essentially a utopia. I mean it!

Considering government of LA supriseingli helpful polite and friendly aditude. Not usual behaver in city of LA Window 101 Jan
It's the best because it's what I grew up loving and use as a benchmark. It's got it all and it's bigger than Central Park!
The booking process was a breeze, and when we arrived, we were welcomed by clean and spacious picnic tables.
