So disappointed .... I went to this place on a Friday night with my daughter to get shrimp fried rice and chicken fingers with a egg roll paid almost 13.00 bucks .. the guy at the counter was so fast to get my food and have us leave in a hurry.. couldn't look at my order there but when I got home and ate the rice was ok.. only four shrimps I found... The chicken fingers were cold and the chicken was dry and hard.. the egg roll was nasty with no taste to it.. I will never go in there no more.. and I lived across the street.. will seek another place to eat at...

I ask for chicken wings and French fries and an order of crab sticks. I only get the wings and 4 crab sticks. I called and asked about the fries and the woman yelled that I didn't order fries. I said I didnt speak to her I spoke to a man. So she gives him the phone and he says the same thing. I asked about the price. $12.25 just for that and he said they charged $2.00 extra because of the snow. In addition to my tip that's not worth it. They weren't willing to fix the situation. All about money. Greedy scammers.

The food is tasty and doesn’t need the sauces. If not for the congealed sauce on the broccoli and you can only use cash, I woulda given it a 5.

Cityone is one of my favorite spots in the city. Love their Shripms and broccoli . They always clean their shrimps. And the garlic sauce on the broccoli is always fresh. I recommend this spot.

This spot does not listen unless your going in person. My whole order was not what I order and when I told the about it they came out very rude. One thing I ordered was chicken wings and French Fríes with ketchup and bbq sauce and instead they put hot sauce......(I’m allergic)

Reliable local Chinese delivery place. Their service is always fast and I've never had an issue with my orders. Their prices are very reasonable and on top of that, they also give free items (e.g. soda, soup, side of fried rice) when your order reaches a certain amount.

Ordered here for yrs reminds me of Chinese restaurants in Queens. If you get delivery they remember your order, and once you go in they name you by your address from voice recognition lol. Best customer service I’ve ever had! If you want good food go/order from here.

Service is friendly and efficient. The dining area and tables is always clean. The food varies depending upon the dish yet for the most part it is above average. Especially the standards such as Lo Mien, Chow Mien, Fried Rice, Egg/Spring Rolls and Chicken Wings.

The food is good, but they have poor customer service. They are rude and antsy on the phone and in person. I'm not sure if it's the language barrier or what, but the customer service is definitley below par. 2 stars for the food and 1 star for customer service.

Food is good, fresh and usually prepared quickly however the other reviews are right about the customer service. The staff is rude, dismissive and that most times than not is the deciding factor for me choosing another restaurant.

THE BESTTTTTTT SWEET TEA!!! Chicken wings are so good and crispy. Always fried fresh, always seasoned perfectly. Ask for hot sauce. The service is fast but polite enough.
