Bad service. Do Yourself a big favor and please don’t used this company the person who works there short and Spanish guy was so rude, and he drives like insane person a car that is not his. He hit my car, a brand new car, 3 months old and when i told him he told me “I don’t care, you can complain and deal with the company “ Never apologize never give me any information and im calling the number to contact someone to get my car fix and no one answer me. Thats how i got my car back and he still charge me. When we told him “you have no idea how much people work to get their cars, he said no my problem.”

I paid for my spot a day in advance and when I got there for the start of the reservation they told me they physically had no parking spaces available. Twice I said I reserved a spot and had already paid and the attendant said “I don’t know what to tell you. We’re full”. Never apologized, didn’t try to remedy the situation in any way, just kept telling me to leave. The point of reserving is to not have this problem! Had to drive around looking for another garage on short notice. Had to pay AGAIN (and more this time) for a different garage!! So dumb that they’d overbook. Don’t bother coming here.

It says 30 something per day. But it turned out to charge me $50 without any reason. What's worse, one customer's key was lost by a staff, which caused a signifiant delay.

Our hotel validated, so we parked here for the weekend. Price was competitive, quick, friendly service with a smile, and went off without a hitch. That's how it's done!

Decent standard pricing, safe and friendly staff. We didn't have to wait long to park and to get our car afterwards. No complaints.

Quite expensive but it’s what you get in NYC. Service was okay, like a valet was there to pick and drop the car.

Reasonable price the weekend special is amazing, would definitely park here next time!
