May I ask why the City of Casey are destroying families by smashing everyone with insanely over inflated stupid Rates Notices and not being able to justify it? Roads are rubbish and there are no fixes there of any use. I have grown up Kids so do not need Childcare or Comminity Services which I hear are really bad anyway. I pay over $2000 a year to have my bins taken away due to a Casey Council inhouse issue, then returned with an 'oops' response, kinda standard. Casey also will not ever deal with the never ever ending STINK...from the Lynbrook tip which on bad wind days which are often. Leading to my fellow neighbours to the world of gagging and feeling generally unwell. As per usual with Casey, this is a waste of time writing. They are a buisiness and are only in it for the money whilst every one else suffers. No wonder people are talking about other alternatives.

One of the worst councils in Vic where employees think that they just need to collect taxes from residents rather than maintain the environment. Multiple requests from people are simply ignored with no explanation provided, including issues that might cause life threatening situations. For example, an elevated footpath representing a trip hazard is not fixed, a request to prune branches of trees when such branches cause issues to residences is just put into a bin. When asked to provide a reply in writing, the council employees avoid doing such things. When asked to provide specific documentation about the standards applied by the Council when they consider certain matters, the employees ignore such requests too. It's unclear why we pay so high taxes to support a bunch of individuals who don't care about Casey and residents.

I request the council to please promote investors or start a truck parking for Casey. As known a high population in casy are truck owners and the issue we all facing is parking. There are no truck parks available in the area, also a heavy rigid is not allowed to park in a residential area which is understandable but on the other hand the number of theft taking place on trucks in growing everyday. I have spent over 12k because of theft and fined for parking. As a owner driver I have ran out of options as all truck yards are full and on waiting list but for the time being where do we park? Please help.

Without a doubt Australia's worst council. As a whole they continuously fail to conform to any standards of moral virtue or acceptable conduct. Hiding away in their unnecessary crystal palace lording over us they are so far removed from local town issues and concerns. All that mattes to this pompous lot is how to get another dollar out of you and do even less. Their happiness is your misery and they will do whatever it takes to keep it that way.

Useless excuse for a council. Lucky to get the parks grass cut more than 3 time a year!!! (See pics, this is continuous problem). They blame "wet weather" yet every other council doesn't seem to have an issue? Just Casey? Even other estate (Berwick waters) get maintained much more frequently mustn't rain as much across the Rd?? Useless!

City of Casey office in Cranbourne shopping centre is excellent. Great customer service and easy to access from main road. Very helpful staff and gives correct and valuable guidance to us. They will close the office @ 2pm every day.

They don’t even listen to you They should employ good people who know how to handle situations not like karen and bob who behave like teenagers and city of casey is the most greedy council in Australia

Ladies always helped and did what was necessary. People who putting negative reviews have to understand more befits they write reviews.

Lynbrook area at night is really bad smell, I think someone is burning tyres, you can't breathe properly Please do something

Extremely helpful young lady, went to considerable trouble to sort out the mix up with our recycle bin.

Booked single hard rubbish collection but they took 2 bookings together just took 1 one table 4 chairs

Because they close at 2pm and from what I hear don't care about taxpayers

We were in Dandenong and Monash area, are better compared with Cassey

Appreciate your good work for the communities

they are not deserved for even single star
