I have lived in Edmonton for the last 20 years and have never seen a transit system go downhill so fast. After the New and Improved system was introduced it has become so bad and schedules so unreliable. A usual trip I make used to take just under an hour, now it takes an hour and 45min to 2 hours, how is this better?
out of all the places I have lived in my life Edmonton is amung one of the nicest but one of the worst managed.
I agree with the current rating of 3.6 "Not great, not terrible." Reminds me of Edmonton overall.
