Please consider purchasing the MaxGuard Storefront Folding Gates in light of the fact that VPD don't take your crime situation seriously. Please consider banding together with other Howe Street merchants to hire a Night Sentry who will perform overnight storefront patrols. You can write-off both expenses for CRA tax purposes while reducing your Commercial Insurance Premium for your storefront ! As for the 2 female perpetrators, DO NOT BE SURPRISED if they are from Out-Of-Province (i.e. Edmonton/Calgary) flying in on a cheap WestJet flight for a Smash-and-Grab Holiday before Xmas ! I returned a dress to get store credit!They accepted the return and then they call me after a day and tell me the dress is damaged, smells like cigarettes and the tag is different!! she tells me that The tag is different! How can it be different!?I have pictures when I went to the store and tag was on! I just bought it, left in my car and returned it after 5 days and if could I would return it earlier. Very disappointed. 0 customer service. I don’t want the dress and I don’t want the store credit. Just if you don’t want to give your customers store credit tell them at the beginning that you do not issue any credit so I wouldn’t bother to come this long way.

Nice clothes but fast fashion quality and during my interview, the owner tried to tell me that it’s super easy to be a sustainable fashion brand owner right now and that she as a fast fashion brand owner is having it really hard. She obviously doesn’t know what it means to not outsource for cheap labour and to make everything yourself on top of marketing and administrative work. Just seemed like a very careless comment like does she not know how hard her fast fashion factory workers days are yet she’s complaining she has it hard? Maybe she could explain further what she meant but i was irritated after that experience.

What a fun store! Super girly, fun outfits perfect for clubbing, parties, wedding guest, brunch, etc. Many of their dresses and materials remind me of House of CB, where the corseting leaves your waist snatched. I find the prices a tad on the higher end side for the material (Yorkville rent ain’t cheap) but I think it’s one of those go to stores you’re guaranteed to find something cute to wear so the convenience makes it worth it. I also love that they carry many small/xtra small sizes-it’s one of the reasons I stopped shopping at Honey and Mendocino by comparison.

Lovely and friendly staff. Had spent a full day walking around downtown looking for a grad dress for my daughter... and finally, after almost giving up, we walked into CityLux Boutique and was greeted with friendly smiles. My daughter was initially looking for a jumpsuit (which is almost impossible to find) ... and happily found a beautiful dress at the end withing budge. With help from both Bishrel & Camila ... my daughter was all smiles. Thank you for a memorable experience. Highly recommend.

My friend and I came here recently to shop for my wedding and bachelorette party, and we both found really beautiful dresses! They have a really incredible selection with lots of different styles, and they're really reasonably priced! The staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. This place was a lifesaver after a bunch of disappointing shops in and around Yorkville. I definitely recommend checking them out! I will absolutely go back for any future dress purchases.

Don’t shop at this location. The customer service was one of the worst I’ve ever had. A girl named Grace was working at the time I went. She was very unprofessional, and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. She also didn’t seem to care much about customers or their needs. I personally will never shop here again especially if she’s there.

wonderful place, amazing employees, helped me find the perfect last minute dress. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. they helped me the entire time i was there, they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place and i will definitely be returning, such a wonderful experience.

Bought a dress two days before the event! It was my first time trying this store! It was amazing experience, very quick pickup and order also the dress was beautiful. The sizing is so inclusive and I am hoping to come shop here more often! Thank you city lux

You have great non-fur products and wonderful staff, so please don’t let a dead industry ruin all your hard work. A lot of big names in fashion have discarded the old, outdated, un-fashionable, and extremely cruel use of real fur. Please learn from them.

What a wonderful experience. My daughter had been endlessly looking for a prom dress - and we finally found a dress she loved at CityLux. Great selection, super friendly exceptional service and very reasonably priced - can’t beat that combo!

CityLux boutique is a fantastic spot to purchase your ideal dress. Average prices are paid for excellent quality. I tried about 13 models, but the salesperson kept recommending more, and she was really friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience with such awesome 1:1 attention from the owner helping to pick out dresses for me to try on and ended up getting a dress I never would have grabbed off the rack but loved it! Definitely would go back!
