We took our puppy dogs here because they were the only clinic that could get us in in a timely manner. We were so thankful for that. However, we also needed a place to board our puppies for a weekend. A few weeks ago (3) we made tentative plans to board them there. We asked tons of questions including how long/short of a notice they require. We were told on more than one occasion, including just the week before, that they are always there and it was not a holiday, etc it wouldn't be a problem. Well, that certainly wasn't the case. We came in to make final arrangements for this last weekend and were told they can't accommodate us because the whole office was going to the fair. We were so confused and baffled because if that was the case how come NOBODY mentioned that when we told them the weekend we needed the boarding was the same weekend of their fair exodus? One of the front desk girls wanted to try to assistance in SOME way, even a possible referral or something. HOWEVER, the practice manager said that was not an option and wouldn't even try to help us now that we were in a situation. She assured us everyone knew their plans of the fair and that the clinic would be closed the whole weekend weeks in advance. She was not only not helpful but also crass and not willing to accept or even acknowledge responsibility for their error. We do want to acknowledge the front desk girl for her efforts and desire to make this right or at least a little easier for us. But, the practice manager who is in a position to be a problem solver and make decisions is; unfortunately, not very willing or good at being accommodating or even helpful. It is unfortunate because she alone has ruined our experience and thoughts about this clinic.

Not happy with my experience at CityVet. They were not upfront and honest with me about the cost of my dogs appointment. I brought both my dogs here for an annual check up and was told it would be close to $300 each for their check ups and shots. I planned for this and was prepared for this. At this appointment after they had their shots they informed me that they would need a second appointment because they were both in need for a booster shot in a month. I specifically asked what the cost would be for that visit so I could plan and prepare for the cost. I was told it would only be a $30 tech visit. That I had already paid for their shots at this visit it’s just that one needed to be broken up into a booster so a tech visit would be the cost to administer that 2nd shot. So this is what I was prepared for today. Both dogs just got their booster shots and as I was checking out the cost is now $184.00. They now claim that there is an additional cost for the shot. This is not what I was told in our first visit when we had discussed in detail what was needed and expected with this 2nd appointment for my 2 dogs. I will be looking for a new vet now that will be honest about the cost so I can budget and plan. Not a vet that tells me one thing at an appointment and then changes the cost by $150 after the appointment. Unbelievable.

I am very dissatisfied with this location. I have been taking Charlee here since she was a puppy and lately there services have not been up to par. It seems like the different shifts lack communication between each other, and there is definitely a lack of communication between customer and employee. I requested specific services for Charlee and when I went to pick her up that service was not completed as I requested and it was just stated “well the groomer does what she does we really do not check on her”, which upsets me because appointments and request for grooming are made on the vets receptionist, which us part of the vets office. Her nail also looked like it had been bleeding and was cut to close to the quik, taking her to a veterinarian office i feel like that should happen. That was just one incident of many. The office did try to help resolve this second incident but i feel as if this plays into the lack of communication again, on a alternate visit i went to pick up Chalree and no one was able to find her pink leash, come to find out it was accidentally sent home with a male dog. I am beyond frustrated and have decided to take my pets to another facility, in hopes the services will be better and my request are heard and communication is clear.

Vet very redundant and insisted my dog would be dead soon. Keep wanting to do a xray and then stated might not tell her what was wrong. Stated my dogs resp was 72. Bull. I have been a nurse 30 years and can assure you resp not 7e. She need to learn how to be more positive. I will never go back to give them 69 dollars. Also do not like they take my dog away instead like all other vets exam my dog in a room with me there. I want my money back as she upset me extremely. If I had the money I would su her. WORSE place I have ever been. They called my regular and now she will not see my dog. My dog has right sided heart failure but not kidney disease as I wad told. My dog does not have pleural effusion. This place has NO idea how to treat a animal. I wanted a water pill and was told by them it wouldn't do any good. Guess what his regular vet put my dog on Lasix. My dog has a heart murmur and my vet has ruled out cushing. This vet clinic is the worst, uncaring place I have ever been. Someone needs to shut them DOWN. My dog doesn't have kidney disease.

We cannot recommend Dr. Kordis, and this practice, enough. We caught a stray cat that we'd been feeding, and CityVet Alliance was able to get us in the very next morning to have his bloodwork done and vaccines administered. They handled our very (very) anxious boy so well and called to follow up to make sure he was doing OK more than once after the visit. Our other kitty came down with a cold just the next week and they took great care of her as well. Dr. Kordis takes the time to explain everything clearly and talk through all your options. While there for our sick girl, she asked about both cats and also helped me get ready for our stray boy's upcoming surgery. This was only my second time there but this really made me feel like a long-term client whose situation she understands thoroughly. From Hunter and Stephanie at the front desk, to Vanessa and all the other lab techs, to Dr. Kordis herself, it's clear that everyone at this practice really cares about their patients, and I feel more than comfortable trusting our babies in their care.

Words cannot express our respect and gratitude for CityVet Alliance. We happened upon them while working through several medical issues with our foster dog, and we were so impressed with their knowledge and skill that we transferred our other two dogs into their care. Vanessa is an amazing tech who genuinely cares for animals and their well being. She is professional, attentive, and responsive to your cares and concerns. She always greets you with a smile and treats you like “one of the family”. Dr. Kordis is beyond patient and takes the time to ensure all questions are answered and the best treatment plan is followed. She makes it a point to gain a positive rapport with the pets she cares for, and really listens to the owners to gain the best understanding of your pet’s current situation. Her knowledge and experience is top notch. This group holds a truly special place in our heart. There is no better vet office out there!

Within the first 30 seconds of us entering the room and at the same time we were going to sit in the chair they tried to sell us several packages for additional services. Services we never stated we wanted. They took the pups out of the room and in the back to conduct the exam and give the shots. Never in my life of owning many pets have I seen a vet take the animal out of the room for standard exam and vaccines. They finished by saying the pups need a booster vaccine. After asking why and reminding them I provided the vaccine history for both pups and therefore this will be the last round. The "vet" replied I don't trust that document as the shots were given by a breaded not a vet. WOW really? She doesn't even know who the breader is and the document had "all" necessary information on. To many vaccines can kill a pup. They are only in it for the money, not for the health of the animal. Stay away.

Our dog is a much loved family member so it was important to take him to a veterinarian that I trust with his life. City Vet Alliance and Dr. Kordis are worth the drive. Dr. Kordis is knowledgeable, careful, professional, logical, and a great diagnostician. I know that animals frequently present complex symptoms that require discovery. Dr. Kordis listens, and explains the risks and benefits of the tests and procedures she recommends. One of the things that I love most, which I believe makes Dr. Kordis unique, is that she’s willing to answer questions and walk me through her thought process. It is obvious that she is incredibly smart and really loves animals and cares deeply about their welfare. I completely trust that with Dr. Kordis, my dog will get the best veterinary care available. The clinic is bright, airy and clean and the staff is easy-going, friendly and professional.

We recently switched our dogs over to City Vet because they’re much closer to our house, but after our first two encounters we will be returning to our previous vet. Although they did follow up after our visit and treated our dog, we never felt the same kind of warmth and respect as we did elsewhere. It’s very awkward when you’re the only one to walk into the establishment and none of the 5 ladies sitting there could even take one second to greet you. It felt so tense and like I was being stared down for entering the building. Before that, when my parents took our dog in for the exam, they also weren’t greeted in the exam room and they don’t even talk to you much unless it’s them getting in and out just to be done with. I don’t like the feeling of being unwelcome and having it feel like it’s just about the money.

In my experience nothing noticeable during my visit. I took my cat in for a check up and the pricing was pretty transparent but what wasn’t transparent was the explanations of the the tests results and why certain tests were ordered. The vet proceeded to spend 15-20 minutes hyping up a prescription diet Hills science specifically for my pet like I a sales rep trying to meet their attachment goals on cell phones they sell. They didn’t answer our questions very well either. The vibe I am getting from this is they’re trying to take advantage of pet owners who would do anything to treat their pet. 2 stars for the good diagnosis but no more because of the lack of communication to make sure the owners understand the test results, treatment plan, and cause of the diagnosis.

CityVet Alliance is the best! The front desk staff is super friendly. Vet techs/ nurses are thorough, kind and patient and Dr. Kordis is the best vet we’ve seen between vets in Dallas, Austin and Southern California. She is thorough but also does nothing take advantage / doesn’t do every test under the sun if it’s not necessary. When requesting to do tests, give medicines, etc, she gives you your options, pros and cons, and her professional opinion, and you never feel rushed when chatting with her. I have two frenchies and she clearly understands the breed and makes suggestions based on breed. Can’t express how grateful I am that this place opened up less than a mile down the road within the first couple weeks of moving here! 10/10 recommend.

I want to thank the entire City Vet Alliance team for taking such good care of my dogs. I have never been to a vet that my dogs actually enjoy going to; and everyone there is so caring and professional. In the past threw months we have had two stomach virus' and a hurt leg; and even though they were full with appointments, we were able to drop then off and get them worked in. Dr. Kordis and her team are extremely thorough and like to make sure you understand everything from procedures to cost. I can truly say I trust the City Vet family to care for my babies and we are truly blessed to have you all in our lives. (I don't know everyone's name but thank you all so much for all the hard work you do.)

I’ve tried a few vets for stubborn skin issues with my Doodle, and let me tell you CityVet in Alliance is amazing!!! Dr. Kordis is hands down the best vet I’ve dealt with. She went above and beyond for my baby! She was up for the challenge and treated my baby like he was her pup. She called dermatologist and researched the heck outta skin issues for him. She even texted me outside of my appointments to check on him. The staff is super friendly. I swear this place is like a pediatrician’s office for pets. It’s soooo nice and they don’t try to break your pockets with their fees. I just love love this place. I will never let anyone else see my pup.

They were great! I moved to ft worth and had to find a vet immediately on a Monday, they got me in immediately. They were caring about my schnauzers issues, and gave me all pricing in the consultation. The Dr was wonderful and took time explaining all health details and answering my questions. I really appreciated her telling me health issues that I shouldn't really worry about at this stage of my Sophie's life , even though another Dr could have told me to do all these treatments to just make money. My sophie got all the treatments necessary. I would recommend this Dr to anyone seeking truth and honesty about their pets health care

DO NOT GO HERE. If I had listened to the dr. Kordis my dog would be dead! He had every symptom of parvo and she literally said she didn’t think he had parvo and instead tried testing for anything else to rack up our bill to about 1k. I then took him to VEG literally 1 min down the street and they diagnosed him with parvo as he was declining very rapidly. If I had listened to dr. Kordis’ instructions to “just see if he’s better by tomorrow” he would be dead. They do not care about your pet at city vet they only care about the money. If you love your pet, take them straight to VEG. They actually care for your pet’s well being.

I was hesitant to try a new vet after the last two bad experiences since moving to Ft Worth. We had been so pleased with CityVet mid-cities when we lived in Bedford, so though I was extremely hesitant to try a new place, I decided to give CityVet Alliance a chance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Kordis is a wonderful doctor and was able to catch health issues our dog has when other vets hadn’t. She explained things well and in detail. We didn’t feel rushed and she gave a thorough exam. I trust her with our “babies” and overall it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend! And I love having a CityVet close to home!

I love City Vet Alliance. My dog has had gastrointestinal issues since I got him at 10 weeks old. At first we were going to another vet but I felt that they were not fixing the issue. So I tried City Vet Alliance. They were able to see me same day and pretty much fix my dogs gastrointestinal issues. That was 2 years ago and we have not had issues since. We continue to go there for his semiannual exams, he gets boarded here, etc. Recently he had allergy issues and I was able to get him in same day, no problem. I love that they know him and I know that he is always well taken care of by Dr. Kordis and the City Vet team.

Very professional group; yet lively and friendly. The facilities are modern and clean. Our love, Mazy, is always excited to go to the vet. She knows where we are and recognizes the routine. I appreciate all the help they provide me with medical explanations and also the additional paperwork they provide for the insurance company. We have had two previous Veterinarians for our past pets, and they were good. But our experience thus far with CityVet and Dr. Kordis have been terrific. I want to thank them for all they do. Six months later; CityVet is still awesome. I know we made the right choice for our "Mazy’s" care.

Took our puppy in for routine vaccinations this afternoon, the vet answered all of our questions! The nursing staff were super welcoming and sweet to our lab when she got a bit nervous. Unfortunately my puppy had an allergic reaction to one of the vaccines (100% not the vets fault)! I called immediately after I saw the swelling, they told me to come back and they would stay open late to make sure she got the help she needed! They gave her some medicine and it helped significantly! I now have a very sleepy baby but she is all better! We definitely chose the right vet for our girl!

I was very unhappy with the treatment by the staff. They took my animal as if the vet would see him. They told me the vet would not treat my dog. All I could speak with were a staff which did not represent there business very well at all. The establishment may have good vets but I wouldn't know because not one them spoke with me. My dog had a paralyzed back leg, staff wanted permission to do blood work at $165.00 plus examination of $65.00. My impression is if the can't charge you for everything under the sun by the Staff no less. I will NEVER recommended these folks. Mark Norman

Highly recommend City Vet, starting from the front desk, Hunter and Jeaninne Very friendly and professional. Ms.Vanessa the Vet Asistant very caring. Your doggie will be in good hands. The Manager of City Vet Ms.Karryne is hands on helping the staff and taking care of any situation that arises. Dr. Koris, professional and caring ,she explained every details on how to take better care going forward and She has been a life saver!!! My dog had heart failure, and water in the lungs. She saved his life!!! Thank you so much Dr. Koris. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend City Vet!

The kindness we have received from everyone at CityVet has been unmatched. Dr Kordis and all of the staff have been so helpful each visit. It is so great that they have a drop off option for sick pets, if for some reason they are too booked that day. We no longer have to wait weeks for our dog to be seen when something is wrong. Our dog has been so sick the past month and we have been here numerous times with no complaints. They even check up on him after visits! We have never had a vet that has cared as much as they have! I would recommend this practice.

My dog was injured while being boarded at CityVet Alliance. The injury wasn't even noticed until the day I was picking her up right after I requested a nail trim. I was told over the phone that the injured might've been because my dog was in a small kennel, but I've booked and been charged for a run sized kennel. Severely doubting this injury wasn't caused or at least treated in a timely manor due to negligence from the staff. Also having to pay for expensive antibiotics to treat an injury that shouldn't have happened if proper supervision was given.

I noticed some swelling in my dog's mouth that had been keeping him from eating and got an appointment the next day. Dr. Kordis quickly examined and diagnosed the issue, clearly presented and discussed all available treatment options, their costs, and most importantly to us - explained why each option was recommended to help us make a decision. The team at CityVet was incredible with our dog and showed great care and empathy for him. Dr. Kordis is passionate about animals and clearly strives to provide a practice based on trust and compassion.

My puppy was diagnosed with parvo, I had took him To the ER lastnight, he had to have serum fluid injected into him. I could not proceed to do that with my puppy so I reached out to them for their help. I had called early that morning asking how much they would charge to do that procedure. The lady at the front desk had said $22. I went in there. The veterinarian was very rude. They did not warn me about my cost just for the consultation. I feel like that’s something they should of told me before I confirmed my appointment. Very unprofessional

After relocating to Ft Worth, it was always so stressful thinking of finding another vet for my dogs. I called and we were able to get an appointment for my dog within a few hours to elevate some concerns I was having. On arrival, I immediately noticed how nice and clean the office was. Dr Kordis and the entire staff was so amazing! Dr. Kordis explained everything so thoroughly from possibilities, prices, and why she feels certain options are best for my individual dog. She put all my worries at ease, and I am so thankful I found our new vet!

Dr. Kordis is the best! I like to know what's going on when one of my fur babies is sick and appreciate that she suggests appropriate diagnostics (i.e. bloodwork, radiographs, urine cultures, etc.) to confirm a diagnosis instead of just treating symptoms. She's knowledgeable and truly cares about animals, listens to my concerns, and is honest about the best course of treatment as well as anticipated costs. She has provided care for my dogs and cats and shows compassion, kindness, and humor every time we see her.

Dr. Kordis is amazing. She really cares for our fur baby and is very detailed. Our fur baby is a 13 yr old maltese with alot of complications and she was very caring but also did not sugar coat anything about his health which we told her to be. She is very patient with us due to us calling her alot for updates, questions, explanations. She always returned our calls quickly and her staff is amazing. They were very caring with our little monster. This staff is overall very caring, professional, and patient. A++

Great first experience with CityVet. I had to get my dog in pretty quickly, she was sick but not an emergency. I called 4 places that were no help at all and couldn’t get us in. CityVet worked to squeeze us in in less than 2 hours. Gabriella was sweet and helpful and the rest of the staff answered all our questions. They were transparent about pricing up front as much as they could be. The location is convenient and the office is new and very clean. Will go back for all our veterinary needs.

Dr. Sabrina is the best! Our Frenchie was almost gone, nobody was able to make an appointment on the same day, even the same week, but this clinic could make an appointment just in few hours and prescribe treatment on the same day. For three days, we ran around the emergency room doing the same tests, and we didn't get any treatment, and our dog was getting worse until we found this clinic. Thank you so much for the great work! Helpful and caring staff and professional, Dr. Sabrina!

I had been trying to get an appointment for my pups with my vet clinic for several days via their website and calling. They were non-responsive. I reached out to CityVet Alliance and was immediately contacted and got a same day appointment. They were very friendly, responsive and answered all my questions. They obviously love dogs and it shows in the care they took with them and with me. I was also very excited to actually go into the clinic and be with them for their appointment.

Enjoyed our first appointment with Dr. Kordis and the team. Service was fast and great! Dr. Kordis was well explanatory and helpful on providing what she recommended for our Labrador Retriever illness. I like how their clinical summaries are formatted and typed. They number the steps of what took place during the exam. Along with typing serious conditions in bold. I find this very helpful and easy to read. Overall, great vet clinic and will be back in the future.

Great experience! Moving over from Vetco experience to a more traditional vet, but modernized, was a better experience than I have had in the past. I was upfront in asking the pricing of the visit and how much things cost because that’s always been a concern, and not being overcharged or the up charges per establishment. Not here! Very happy that I found CityVet and Dr. Hughes. I’m a new client and my little guy will be going back moving forward.

We just started taking our Shiba Inu to CityVet Alliance a few months ago. Our dog has had a few minor emergencies and they’ve been so great to work with. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and understanding. They’re very descriptive in their diagnostics and treatment plans. It feels like they care just as much for our dog, which is very comforting. I definitely recommend using CityVet Alliance.

Our dog just turned a year old. We have taken him to CityVet- Alliance for every need since we got him. If care, concern, and attention are signs of love, then Dr. Kordis and her staff love our “Buddy” as much as we do. Every person at this CityVet office is knowledgeable and professional. We not only have received excellent vet care from them but also wise advice and answers to all our questions.

We LOVE our City Vet! We’ve been going to the alliance location since they opened. I think they were open maybe a day or so when I arrived with my tiny Yorke(dying from attack). Dr.Kordis swooped in very quickly and saved her life. Now we have four pups that see this branch. We love all of the doctors and all of the staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere that we couldn’t see our Dr.Kordis. We Love You Dr.K!

I used to go to the CityVet location in Bedford/Colleyville and they always took great care of us. When I moved, I was surprised to see another location right by my house In Fort Worth. They showed us the same amount of care and we’re just as welcoming and friendly as the other location I’m familiar with. Everything was great from the front desk, vet techs to the doctor! I will be back for sure!

CityVet Alliance was amazing when I had an urgent situation to take care of with my dog. Every person working here that I encountered was truly caring, compassionate & empathetic, along with the environment being clean & very inviting. It was a no-brainer to want to transfer my dogs & cats future medical care to these wonderful individuals. This will be my new regular vet office for sure.

I have used CityVet for both vet and grooming services. I love both. They’re all very kind and caring. The Vet Dr. K healed up an infection in my pup’s foot that could have gone on much longer. They’re also very fast with getting back to you with answers. Again, love them! The groomer is wonderful as well. She listens to what you want and you get it. She’s very fairly priced.

Great clinic and wonderful staff! I had just gotten a puppy a few days ago and she was having issues, after calling 12 clinics with no luck due to them being booked a clinic actually referred me here. So glad I could get in the same day and get the care my puppy needed. Everyone from the front desk, to the techs, and the vet were absolutely perfect and helpful in every way.

Excellent experience with City Vet. They worked me in on a cancellation at the last minute and give great care. Dr Kordis is so helpful and knowledgeable. Last year she performed a minor surgical procedure on a dog we were fostering, and it didn’t cost a fortune. Today they gave great care when I brought my cat in. Everyone here is great! I’m glad I found this clinic.

This is a very caring clinic. I feel so fortunate that they were able to fit my sick dog in for an appointment. Some hydration and medication is making him more alert and comfortable this evening. I was told it would take an hour to groom CoCo and it took 4 hours. The groomer gave her a buzz haircut and I didn’t know that was what she was getting. There was a clear lack of good customer service and/or communication. Sorry, but that is how I feel. Also, when I picked her up the only dialogue I had with anyone was about how much tip I wanted to leave.

They are very good. Came to them after our other vet said the could see my obviously lill dog in 3-4 days. They refused to budge. That vet referred us to CityVet Alliance They were overbooked but they would fit us in. They took very good care of our dog and continue to do so. We see Dr. Kordis and she is thorough and explains things, including lab results

Dr Kordis is very professional and Courteous. She spends a lot of time explaining what she finds with my animals. I have three miniature schnauzers They are all senior dogs and they need special care oh. Her staff is also very professional and courteous I can tell that they love their work they spend the time talking with you I’m playing with the animals

The staff—from start to finish—were extremely kind and lovely to work with. They were realistic in treatments for my cat, and helped me talk through what can be done for her. They also took on wrangling what is a very feisty cat in order to figure out what was going on with her. Professional, kind, and understanding. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff and vet were fantastic! My appointment was on time, all treatment plan was reviewed and approved the cost before starting. The vet and tech helped explain the treatment and medication for my dog so I was comfortable with what I needed to do at home. I will be coming back again, so happy to have a great team to take care of my fur baby!

Got my dog in within hours for an ear infection. Met at the door by the receptionist and groomer who fawned over my dog, the vet tech was nice and efficient, the vet was great... I'd prefer the exam be done in the room with me but other than that, In and out quickly, reasonable price and the records were emailed to me by the time i got home.

Dr. Sabrina Kordis and her staff provided excellent service for my pregnant Dachshund. Dr. Kordis was extremely thorough when following up on my dog's exam. She took her time explaining everything about the exam and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Cityvet if you are looking for a reliable, high quality, caring vet office!

My dog is generally friendly but gets excited and anxious in new environments and around new people but while I was discussing his care plan (after his visit with the vet) he seemed to have calmed down. The staff was VERY professional, from my initial booking to the end of our appointment and even after they called to check up on him.

Saw relief vet not impressed with her care of our little girl. Took in back away from us to exam, did not give us report on what she did. Wanted us to leave her even though we told her girl panicked when put in kennel. We bought her home and got sample need but took her and sample to other vet. Won't be going back to City Vets …

Lincoln has been coming since we relocated and he was 4 months old. He loves visiting the clinic and all the staff! When he injured late just before closing, they gave us some wonderful over the phone advice and got in him immediately the next morning for further care. I could not be happier with them as our Veterinary service. ❤️

Harley came in for an ultrasound and both he and I were nervous. Harley is a difficult patient at times, and being in a new facility can be tricky. Harley’s tech, Destiny, calmed us down and gave Harley plenty of love for his scan. Dr. Fine was able to examine Harley and thoroughly explained our treatment plan. The team was great!

Dr. Kordis and her staff were very thorough with explaining everything that my sweet boy needed done. Their pricing is pretty fair compared to some other vets. I appreciate the prompt response to get my fur baby in right away. Everyone was very welcoming and compassionate. I will definitely be returning for all of my dogs needs.

We've used CityVet in Bedford previously but recently built a house in north Fort Worth and needed to make a switch. We weren't disappointed! Dr. Sabrina was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to us. She never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions with two new pups. This place will be our new spot! :)

Moved from another vet to CityVet and had the best experience today. Felt like I was finally talking to a Vet who cared and wanted to figure out what was going on with our puppy. Dr. Kordis explained everything she was doing and why, and felt our puppy was in good hands. So glad we made the switch and definitely recommend.

Our experience was great!! Everyone there was so sweet and kind. I thought it was a bit unorthodox that they took our pet to the "back" to examine them instead of the vet coming into the exam room; however, the vet came back to the exam room afterwards and spent a lot of time with us. I will be making this our forever vet!

Dr. Kordis was great to have for my dog's first appointment at this office. Communication from all staff I interacted with was polite, friendly, and easy to understand so we call can work together for my pup's needs. I'll be back for future appointments and will recommend this office to my local friends!

1st time to visit today with my cat. From the phone call to set the appointment to the completion of the exam and shots, everyone was friendly and professional. They all showed genuine concern for my cat which made the visit easier for both of us. They are now my vet clinic to go back to when needed.

I have been visiting CityVet-Alliance for little over a year. Dr Kordis and all the employees I have met so far has been great. I’m a first time pet owner and my boy has severe food and environmental allergies, Dr Kordis has been very patient with me answering my questions and taking care of my boy.

The staff is great, the doctor is great, and they don’t price gouge. My senior dog scratched his retina early this year and they were so responsive. The doctor really dug into the diagnosis and provided articles for me to read. When they couldn’t get it healed, they recommended me to a specialist.

I absolutely love this vet. We tried a lot of places around this area and if it wasn’t one thing it was always an other. Here they treat my pets as if they were their own & prices are pretty reasonable. Their communication with you is just on point & get all of your questions answered & more.

10/10, Best staff and even better doctor. I’ll never take my animals anywhere else even though it’s 40 minutes from my house. Worth the drive! Not only is she super knowledgeable and noticed issues others wouldn’t have but you can tell she cares for each animal as if it were her own!

I never leave reviews but this place definitely deserves it. I took in my new kitty, Lily for her first exam and nail trimmings and they were all absolutely amazing and super nice to me and Lily. The place was also really nice and clean. I HIGHLY recommend them for your fur babies!!

The technicians and vet are very friendly and very competent! We discussed my pet’s health in much more detail than with any other vet we have used. But never felt solicited for more visits or products…just a good, informative chat about my pet. Love these people!

Great location, fast service. My dog was acting strange and started having unusual stool, so I called and they were able to get her an appointment in only a few hours. Very accommodating and answered so many of my questions. My dog is feeling better already!

I had an exceptional experience at City Vet for my senior sog. The staff were friendly and compassionate, making my pet feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Sabrina was knowledgeable and thorough, providing clear explanations and effective treatment.
