I am giving 1 star for reception staff and her pleasant attitude. Do the Clarence city council employees know how much in rates and taxes I pay for the attitude of very disinterested staff member. Fair enough she could not assist today but delivery was poor, unfriendly and downright rude. But I am just one of the over taxed people paying her wages.. I will avoid returning, hopefully can do all business by phone or internet, don't want to be spoken to in that manner again. Please ask yourself how you would feel if I had given you attitude! We all have a bad day, don't expect that I am going to know what I don't know if I am asking you questions. I already resent the amount of rates I pay, little miss just cemented my discontent.

Painful to deal with a phone call would be easier to get things sorted if you call the toddler room at a daycare. Probably like all councils a simple request is transfered through 3 departments and you end up with no answer anyway. Just someone will get back to you... When probably never you need to call back and start the process again.
