This place is horrible for handicapped access. it's totally hit or miss with the clerk that helps you, I went in to file the paperwork rather than do it online so nothing was missed, well they didn't attach an email address even though it was filed with it so I got no updates and they didn't have me sign the paperwork so it got rejected the same day with me unable to access updates because the clerk didn't do her job. She even typed up the paperwork with the caps lock on hitting shift at the wrong times when I pointed it out she said oh it's fine. They also decided to reuse part of the handicapped access function of the sign in to divert all the traffic tickets. I was there for a civil complaint, I have a DMV expedited service permit because of my handicap status and the fee waiver button is also fee waiver / previously paid so I fell into that group and instead of being served exponentially because of my handicap status which is required by Nevada law I was pushed into a group of fifty people with traffic tickets fun fun.

Well Clark county courthouse is definitely a madhouse congested with people and the security at the front is rather rude seeing how you're there as a free citizen not an inmate the way they treat people upon entering that building they kind of rush you and push you along and I could cause people to get hurt especially the senior citizens a people that they should be taking a little bit more time and those things into consideration.

This place is full of some of the most clueless law breaking individuals in las vegas. From the Judges to the constables to the help. People of Las Vegas are getting screwed over everyday in this building and unless you have a lot of lawyers trailing behind you there is nothing you can do about it. I would give this place made of money negative stars if I could.

Blatantly set up for the convenience of COPs and bureaucrats, not for the public or even counsel. Came here to support my sponsee in AA. Clerks and Baliffs are nice enough. With 6 public elvevators you'd think you wouldn't have to wait for

Please..fix your elevator issues..wait is way too long to get on the elevator. I ran up the stairs to the 8th floor so I wouldn't be late. I almost died..my heart was almost jumping out of my chest lol I "thought" I was in shape ..lol

Staff was organized & they followed safety rules because of covid. Staff did their jobs well. It took more time to social distance thru checkpoint, & elevators but overall everyone stayed calm & we all were safe.

Courthouse is fine, but $11 for parking is ridiculous considering I'm forced to be there! Also they patrol the garage looking to leave tickets on cars for anything they can think of. What a money making racquet!

Very easy obtaining our marriage license. Filed the application online and signed in person. It wasn't very busy so no wait time walking in. Just waiting to pickup our certificate from the kiosk when ready.

Clean, secure, well organized and no standing in lines. Register at kiosk, get your number and sit. Lines generally move quickly. Beyond that, it's a courthouse, never "pleasurable" experience.

Everyone that I've dealt with at the Courthouse have been so kind and helpful. I thought "It's gonna be a mess", not at all they sincerely want to help you and are very informative. Thank you!

I am out of state and the phone number for the Clark County courthouse takes me to the Criminal Justice department without any way to get to courthouse information. Frustrating!

Nothing ever is positive when walking into this joint... It's the most dreadful place, and totally ranks right there with a funeral as the worst ....

What I like about this place is that you can actually have marijuana and a weed pipe in your purse and they will not confiscate it. For real!

I hate coming here but once your in the info desk is knowledgeable and copy don't cost a arm and a leg and cashiers window is pretty quick

Nice courthouse. Security is worse then an airport. Might as well be in flip flops and sweats. Only way to get in without any issues.

Because I appeared in Justice court 10 times before I was sent to Veterans court. By THIS time, Ive already completed my sentence

Where do I begin, I think it's fast to get in and out with no problems as long as you are doing everything you need to.

Fast and efficient. Was really impressed with how fast I got out of there. It pays to schedule an appointment on line.

Too confusing for almost everything.. Went back about 5 times just to Answers a simple eviction notice ...

The parking costs are outrageous at the garages around the courthouse. Beware and use the free parking.

When you have ticket and criminal cases and other such things the court house is where you will end up

For a court house very easy to get in and out of. Helpful, friendly people at the information desk.

Got there 30 minutes until close.. Got my marriage paperwork and got out in 5 minutes.
