Well organized and nice atmosphere. The lines are not long. Plenty of help. You can do property search, pay taxes, and licensing. Ride share drivers now have to obtain a Clark County Business License. $25 for one year. Be prepared to wait at this department.

I rarely would spend the time rating a government office but these guys have their stuff together. I needed to record a document. The front "gatekeeper" was knowledgeable and the kiosk setup was quick and efficient and had me done in a few minutes.

Title sends my docs over in the morning to record purchase of my house. I am waiting here at 6pm and no ability to get keys because of government incompetence. Our tax dollars at work.

Not the place to record your marriage... go to the Clark County Clerk's office at the Regional Justice Central at 200 Lewis Ave
