Not very impressed with service my grandson had feet measured picked boots got home he wore them for 15 minutes took them off they were hurting due to dodgy seams inside shoe took them back after 30 days wouldn't give a credit or money back had them measured 3 times again changed shoes but didn't like it that shoes were faulty

Shocking service , went to size my daughter who is 1 . Had the foot measurer and as attempting to do it a member of staff came over and said I need that and took it.lady at the entrance asked if we were OK as leaving when saying not really and explaining she said ohhhh have a great day . fantastic won't be going back . …

Although they didn't have any of the styles in my size, the staff were very helpful and suggested a pair of shoes I'd never think of picking for work, in fact I'm thinking of actually buying a second pair because they are so comfortable and I'm wearing them everyday as well as for work!

Fanstastic service even though came less then 10mins from closing time, very helpful staff and manager, got exact shoe for my children 12 years for school wear, shoes on the high side of price however quality, have been shopping at clarks for kids for over 13 years, will continue!

Terrible service, 2 different employees came then left us to deal with others. after waiting with 2 young children for 10 minutes only to watch others who came later being served we left. No support and advice after kids feet were measured. Avoid this store

My 13-year old son's school shoes split. I couldn't find the receipt but they found it on the system. Kayleigh/Keeley was wonderful and so patient in helping him find another pair, that fit him properly and he liked. She was so lovely

I went in to get my daughters feet measured even though she was fast asleep in her pram and the gentleman didn't mind he measured her for her first walker shoes and regardless of the cost the service was well worth it.

Very poor selection of kids sizes, super slow service, high prices. One could wonder what they have been doing through lockdown?? They obviously had enough time to prepare for customers.

Helpful sales staff, reasonable selection of shoes for a medium size store. Great place to get the kids' school shoes - not the cheapest but they always last well.

If you like Clarks then it's ok but I've found the range for kids is very limited and prices sky high compared to next door at next (who also have a wider range)
