Very disappointed with the service. Ordered a shoe that had to be transferred from another branch. Had a call to collect my shoes but when I went to collect them the shop was closed for refurbishment. Returned today and the shoes can't be found. Really upset as have travelled from Croydon. Very annoying

I have come to this store for over 25 years! Staff are always very helpful and give good advice on sizing and fit. They usually have most styles & sizes in stock. Several times I have ordered specific colours and picked up from the store a few days later.

I bought a pair of really trendy golden sandals for my sister as a small wedding gift. She loved them and I loved Clarks' service. The staff in there are friendly and everything is very neat and tidy. Will definitely be shopping there again soon.

Staff at the Putney brance are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Always help me buy my son's shoes and measure his feet to make sure we always buy the right size. Very good quality and comfortable school shoes and trainers/plimsoles

Small store so does not hold full range of shoes. Had to get son fitted and then get his preferred style of shoe delivered. Luckily they fit so did not have to return and chose a new style. The staff were good, but not well organised for

Walk In with my children today hoping to Find some shoes for all of them. There were 3 members of staff standing and talking and no customers. Never felt more unwelcome!!! None of them offered any help or asked if we wanted anything.

Came up from Devon to see family husband tried to get Black shoes he loved could not get them in any Clark’s shop till this one , and must say the staff are fabulous so helpful and polite especially the man who works there well done

I bought some shoes from you today after I stepped in dog excitement in my winkle pickers, I had to dispose of them quickly as the smell was making it extremely hard to walk as I kept slipping over.

Ok I'll admit I'm an old boy but on my 6th pair of "unstructured " contoured comfort " Clarks and they are the best most comfortable shoes I have ever worn So please clarks never stop selling them

Amazing help to find some shoes a few weeks ago, but they started to split and on trying to return them today I'm told there's no manager at the weekend so they can't help. How is this legal?

Good shoe shop. Friendly staff but it’s quite a small space so doesn’t have many options. It’s a shame children’s shoes are downstairs because it makes arriving with a buggy difficult.

Well, I went in the buy trainers and served By a great young guy. The trainers he found in the back were on sale for 20 pounds and stickers on the shoes .

Fairly good quality business shoes that lasted me a fair while. No complaints, and they have a fair few regular discounted shoes so keep your eye out.

Polite and helpful service and fair advice but not a great range available in my size 12. Yes they could get them but I needed them there and then.

They shouldn’t advertise that they open at 9 when they don’t, as I found out when I tried to go there.
