Went to the store on 17th September 2023 to buy a school shoe for my 10 year old son and the store was busy with 2 staff, one a young girl and a middle age lady. Was waiting for a while with, the younger staff was aware of myself waiting and she apologised for the wait while she was still serving another customer. We eventually was served by the older staff and i must say she was least receptive didn't smile at us or even ask what we wanted. Frankly l felt she was not interested in me as a customer as i was of an Asian background. She measured my son's feet and was not friendly to him at all despite him being 10 years old. While my son was trying on his new shoes, she was talking to a waiting customer, the little girl happens to be blond, this lady's interaction with them was a contrasting one to mine. I paid for the shoes and on my way out i saw her being over friendly with the next customer who is white. It's sad that such things still exist today especially when businesses are emphasising more about customer service rather than sales. Clarks your staffs need better training about customer service

Hello there I bought a pair of shoes 4 weeks ago the price of £85 pounds Shoes was made in Myanmar I was wearing it every day but unfortunately the shoes broke down from inside insoles .the shoes so bad & fake from outside looking nice fit stylish but from inside makes me sick even not breading air it was all plastic make my feet athlet feet so please the company most taking care their customers rather than pay as u go making money To be honest the shoes broke down from inside the insole almost makes me disable in my back I don’t know what to say and complaining to who I hope the company understand this I am not willing to buy anything else from the same store I was a customer to spend money a year at least 3-4 times Now I threw the shoes and I don’t want to buy any products Made in Myanmar Selling in super stores like Clark it’s really disappointed how a big company selling fake shoes in the name of good quality way there is no quality check the shoes name is ATLTrekwa1kwp Grey combi 261691237090 This the details have checked if someone reading my comments

Would give zero stars if I could. Drove over half an hour to get shoes at this store, and the staff didn't care to tell me on the phone that the shoes were damaged (damaged to the extent that they were selling them for 50% off). When I arrived, not only did they try to shift blame saying they didn't answer the phone (of course they did or how would they known to have kept shoes aside), but they didn't apologise for the lack of communication which cost me a half hour of my time and petrol for a fruitless journey. Very disappointing. Will not be returning and would recommend other branches to consumers... north cheam and Epsom branches are great.

A lot of shoes for sale at Clarks stores in Wallington, in fact spoiled for choice, you come across a pair you like and find they don't have your size and that's tough luck. The salesperson goes out of his way to get you to try on a pair or two and they all are very friendly. The store is crowded as some sections have 50% off while some 40 and the rest 30%. I'm positive Clark's all over UK have discounts on shoes. One can only tell when one visits their stores. Good Luck.

The staff here are normal sized people and there are a range of shoes available from quite small to really rather large so it is confusing that the shop itself is so small. I liked the ladies that work here who seemed to know about feet and shoes and things like that and I wouldn't mind if I met them in the pub and we could talk some more about what constitutes trainers these days.

Bad customer service experience. Need to improve on their customer service. You do not size people up to offer them good customer service. Stick to sizing the shoes and the feet. Considering that a child school shoe cost £52, the least you can do is show good customer service. Also, advertising that the shoe polish comes with the shoe and then charging £6 for it, is so wrong.

The young lady was very helpful but the gentleman in there (if you could call him that)was not very friendly at all.Would not go in there again if I saw him in there.The stars are for the young lady.

Rather small store compared to other Clarks stores, but staff are friendly and conveniently close to transport links, being inside Wallington's town centre.

Good measures against COVID with the use of screenage and sanitiser upon entry and great customer service. My two year old son had his feet measured today.

I got great shoes for 7 year old so returned for 12 year old. Shoes we wanted out of stock. Service was very good, a real pity I could not buy the shoes.

Chap goes above and beyond to serve, even as far as collecting the insoles I need from another store on his mum's birthday! Can't say fairer than that!

It's a relatively small shop with a small selection. If there's a particular style you're after, you might want to call ahead first.

As a chain Clark's are very good at measuring & fitting kids shoes, and the kids shoes are generally of very reliable quality.

Clean shop and friendly staff always find buying kids shoes very expensive it is down alleyway of the main High Street
