THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER CAME ACROSS!!! My words can’t describe how impressed I was with the service in this Wimbledon Clarks branch. All because of the impeccable service done by Alex!!! I usually purchase my shoes from a different branch, but as I was in the area I went into the shop to have a look at some shoes for my son. Alex just went that extra mile into explaining the difference between the types of shoes my son would maybe prefer and would fit him better. Plus while measuring his feet, she was the kindest and calmest person I’ve met, making my son at ease. Some of the points she was making I felt like her expertise was way beyond like from any other shops I’ve been into previously. I would return now to this shop, all because of Alex. On another note, Clarks overall had changed my life. I’ve been wearing your shoes for about 10 years now and I do wonder how did I even manage to “walk” before without your shoes :P I’m your forever customer and I’m grateful for EVERYTHING!!! Thank you Alex and Clarks !!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID STAFF MEMBER CALLED JANETA - I made a complaint almost 8 years ago when my son was 5 and she actually swore at him - I vowed never to return to this branch but today I made the mistake and went in to sort out a situation with my daughters new schools shoes - she was AGRESSIVE AND INSULTING in manner - I had forgotten her face entirely yet she boldly stated ‘REMEMBER ME? I remember you complained about me years ago’ She is one of those people that if you are getting angry over the fact that someone isn’t returning your rightful property she will use this as an opportunity to shout ‘DONT HARRASS ME’ which she continued to do to just to be a classic gaslighting narcissist. To think she hasn’t been reprimanded for her actions towards my son years ago and instead Clark’s have enabled this terrible woman to work here in a customer facing role. Michael is a useless manager as he isn’t able to manage his staff. Shame on this disgraceful store set up.

Great brand and friendly, helpful staff in Wimbledon branch. Good sellection of shoes for kids. They offer the feet measurement service for kids. Which is great if you want to make sure that your child wears the right size shoes. I have tried other brands but was always disappointed with the quality. After 3 months the shoes from other shops started to fall apart. With Clarks you are sure to get good quality. My 3 boys wore one of the Clark shoes everyday to school and they are still looking good. The price is a little higher than other shops but its worth it. You can be assured your child will be able to wear them until s/he grows out of them. So for whole school year you dont need to worry to get new shoes. If you buy in sale you can get a great deal as well.

AVOID WIMBLEDON STORE DODGY till women with bad attitude try to sale you faulty shoes and keep sale stickers on the shoes but when you want to buy them she remove the sticker hiddenly and say its not on sale and never been there wow!! and if you try to refund an item just 5 minutes of purchase she will refuse to do it without the receipt in case its fallen or forgot where you put it she wont accept credit card or anything else while she can easily do it with the date of purchase. supper bad behaviour and asking me to say sorry to her on top wow just unbelievable am not wondering why the shop is empty anymore. fix your behaviour as when you lie once we will assume you lying again.

I was buying here shoes on the 31st of October (Wimbledon). The young man was attentive, kind and with great attitude! Shoes are great fit and extremely comfortable but the customer service thanks to that young man made shopping experience extra special. 15min earlier I was in Debenhams and there the sales advisor couldn't be bothered to lift a finger and find shoes I was after (Booooo). Clarks! Keep that young man and give him BIG bonus for great customer service! Thank you!

What excellent service I had this morning at your store. I arrived 10 minutes before the store opened, as I was rushed for time as going on holiday I rang the store from outside. A wonderful male store assistant answered, opened the door and took my collection details and gave me my shoes. Absolutely great service and an extremely courteous assistant. thank you very much!

Excellent customer service from Hugh. Went in for my nephew and son’s first pair of shoes today and had a truly lovely experience. Hugh was calm and kind with the babies, taking the time to measure feet, explain the options and check sizing throughly. He also took care to pronounce my son’s Irish name properly which meant a lot to us.

My Wife and I went into Wimbledon Clarks today and was left impressed with the fantastic customer service. We were looking for our daughter’s first pair of shoes. We were served by Andrea and she explained the differences with the different shoes quite well. Andrea was really sweet she deserves some recognition.

Came in Clarks Wimbledon requesting a exchange of a pair of boots that were 1 Nr bigger. I have meet Joel the Manager that approve the exchange with a new pair of boots that's fitted me perfectly. Thanks Joel and the team for the excelent customer service and profesional approach. Will definatly come back.

Came in looking for a pair of trail trainers Helpful store assistant showed me what I was available and was able to walk out with something decent. Always worth taking a look in Clarks now that ECCO store at Centre Court is currently closed with the building works.

Really helpful staff and we picked up two pairs of kids shoes which were Fab. Also given a discount for adults shoes! Although I think I'll come back without the kids . Clarks kids shoes are so hard wearing they last forever! …

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of walking shoes. Prices are little higher than other shops but you're getting quality footwear. There are some racks with shoes on sale - always worth checking them out!

Unhelpful staff who smirked when I asked if they stocked any wide fit shoes in the store. Didn't even offer to help me order to the store, just suggested I went online. Wouldn't use this branch again

This shop is too small for comfort! I love Clark's shoes, they're by far my favourite make, but it's not a comfortable experience to be squashed alongside others so much that you can't concentrate.

RACIST staff members, especially the team leader 'Jack' . They use racial profiling to release Click and collect orders - black customers please make sure you have ID and the card used for payment.

Was ready to pay 70 quid for the brown model I looked up on their official site, and then the guy at the till recommended the same but discounted model in brown-green color for just 24 quid. Nice!

Fortunate to get the correct size, I was under the impression that there was one size difference between the USA and UK, Michael recommended a half size smaller and that was the correct size.

We visited the store with my husband today, as he has a problem in his heel and needs a nice pair of shoes. The stuff (a nice young man)was really helpful and polite, we are really happy!

Lovely selection of shoes but unfortunately they did not have the size we wanted. The staff were helpful and offered to order them for us but we needed to wear them that evening.
