I love this store and the team that runs it; I've never had a bad experience here! I have to be very careful about the shoes I wear due to some physical injuries and so I often need to try on a variety or shoes and take my time deciding what will work. I went in a couple weeks ago for boots and the team member helping me not only brought out all the shoes I wanted to try but also suggested some possible options. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect shoes to fit my needs. No doubt I'll be back in the future.

I think their return policy is great! I bought a pair of shoes which I loved, but there was a grip to the shoe that at times made me trip over. I explained this issue to the assistant store manager and he was happy for me to return the shoes. Though I had worn the shoes before. I am now purchasing another pair of shoes and will definitely return to the shop to buy more shoes from there. Knowing that if there is a problem with the shoe I can return it with no fuss!!

Great high quality shoes. Staff is very helpful and polite. I have always shopped for formal, semi formal and slip on shoes at Clarks. But now they have expanded their lines to outdoor and casual fun shoes as well. Always loved and trusted leather shoes, belts and any other leather products from Clarks. If you are in market for shoes, I'll highly recommend to check out Clarks before you buy.

Excellent customer service:) Elegant shoes. I have purchased 4 pairs of shoes from them so far. Worn from range of 0-4 years and all are in good condition and no damage. Even the pairs with heals are comfortable. (Only feel tired after walking for long but they did not cause many wounds or anything.) Clark is definitely a good brand considering the quality and price. Highly recommended!

I bought a pair of black heels a week ago which I find surprisingly comfortable despite the fact I haven't worn heels in years. The employees here are very helpful. I tried about 8 shoes before finally finding the right one. They are very patient which I find rare these days. There shoes are stylish and comfortable and it looks like it will last a long time.

The staff work very hard to meet your needs. I've always found Clark's shoes to be very comfortable. The trick is to get them your exact size. Clarks shoes usually run a little bigger than other brands, but when you can try them on you'll find the size for you! They are more traditional in style, but we've always found them well made and comfortable

The terrible experience. The young messy sell person with unshaved un washed face acting like I am working for him. Spending $100 at that store ordering two pair of shows with receiving NO exactly NO customer service and and bin served like unwanted customer who is there to ask them for free pair of shows. I don't recommend that place at all

I had order month in half ago for pair shoes and was told that I was going get them in a week and never receive them .and I called two weeks ago was told they where on there way and order was back up .now they told me that order was receive .when it never got to my address. Bad service was not able get a refund.

I was looking hard for some great men's sandals good for walking on vacation. I didn't want cheap flip flops. This place was the only pace in the mall I could find what I was looking for. The man working behind the counter was friendly and educated enough on the products. It was worth the price.

Clarks shoes are great, and I am glad this store is there to try them on and buy them. Unfortunately they do less well in post purchase care: all they can do is refer you to Clarks website. They have no shoelaces, and can not address issues where the product underdelivers.

Worst experience. Irresponsible stuff. Ordered shoe for me online and didn’t provide shipping info or tracking. I didn’t get the shoe for two weeks. I called them and it turns out they input my address wrong to FedEx and cannot deliver.

Clark's has a great selection of casual and dress shoes. They look comfortable and stylish without being fadish. The store was clean and bright. The sales rep was very helpful and polite.

Clarks shoes are comfortable for casual wear. This store has a good exchange policy in case you have problems with your shoes even months after your purchase.
