"Went in to get my feet measured"
"On our first visit, we went for some shoes for an 18 month year old"
"Took 3 grandchildren there for school shoes"
"I would of liked to have gave no stars at all but had to give one"
"We went to get my son fitted with his first shoes now he has started walking"
Went in to get my feet measured. I didn't catch the name of the staff member that helped to measure my feet but they were very lovely and happy to help. Turns out my feet have gone up a size. I then looked for some boots I could wear for work. I found some boots and Callum went to find the right size (and again when I wasn't sure about the fit!). Bought the shoes and was able to get a discount due to my work. Very happy with my experience and all staff were very lovely!
On our first visit, we went for some shoes for an 18 month year old. The woman measured her feet wrong, which led to the shoes we bought being too small. When the shoes were worn the next day, they left imprints in her feet which left her in tears. However, when we brought the shoes back, the woman who was there then was very apologetic and measured her feet correctly and also gave a full refund on the shoes that we had previously bought.
Took 3 grandchildren there for school shoes. Children's section is upstairs. Was really busy when we arrived but they had a good system handing out tickets with numbers on when you arrived at the top of the stairs. You saw a lit up number on wall, and heard it so everyone was served in order. I had a really tired and moody 5 year old with me driving me up the wall but the lady serving us was amazing! I only wish I had her patience .
I would of liked to have gave no stars at all but had to give one. There was 4 members of staff behind one till talking to each other and messing about and 2 on floor non of them was interested in serving anyone or keeping to their ticket system absolute waste of time was there about 40 mins and had to approach staff ourself and was told to wait while they chatted worst customer service ever will never go back again !!!
We went to get my son fitted with his first shoes now he has started walking. The selection of shoes in stock in his size was appalling. They also used to do a commemorative photograph for first shoes but they don't do that any more. What used to be a momentous occasion in a child's life has now been made very unremarkable. That said, the staff were friendly and courteous but the whole experience was very blah.
i can not give even single star to their services.Bought shoe on line paid full, did not get for 14 days called back to customer centre. They rebooked order again. This time I need to collect from store. When I received it,they want to pay again, totally rude behavior at front of other people.I paid 2 times for it and do not not how long will wait for getting back my first payment. worse services I ever seen in UK.
My son is autistic and has severe complex needs and the staff went above and beyond to help make ours and his experience much easier. We came in to buy some durable school shoes for him which they got for us quite quickly once we measured his feet. We had help from a particular staff member at the Liverpool City centre store called Dan who was very understanding and patient.
Love Ckarks shoes, recommend their shoes all foot wear to be honest, amazing quality, some a bit expensive on some of their shoes/boots, different widths for everyone foot size, the shoe assistants are lovely and helpful and patient, there to help with all your foot needs, yes I recommend Clark's shoes and shops to everyone that need a good quality shoe and foot needs.
Brilliant Experience at this store in Liverpool City Centre. Patricia assisted me in my purchase, and she was very helpful. I did have a little issue with the shoes 3 months down the line and called to speak to Patricia who dealt with this quickly and smoothly and extremely professionally . Thanks
Booking is essential for kids shoes if you don't you can be waiting 30 minutes or more. 2.5 weeks before the end of the summer holidays they had run out of many school shoes in my son's size, couldn't order them online or from other local stores and didn't know if they'd be getting more stock.
My visit to Clarks was great. I was looked after by a great person called Patricia, who didn't mind me calling her Trish. Sister and Mother in law, both Trish. Found a pair of shoes for me, no fuss, no messing around, and fit great. It was a good experience all around. Thank you.
Took our granddaughter for some new school shoes the sales assistant Lily was brilliant from the off nothing was to much trouble for her she showed professionalism in everything she did and eventually our granddaughter chose her shoes that fitted perfectly well done Clark's.
A little disappointed this year, very little school shoes stock considering on the run up to September. Also very little interaction from the fitter, ignoring when my son spoke to her which ended with him getting upset. However, ended up ordering, hope they come in time
Really friendly and helpful staff. Had both of my kids fitted for school shoes and there was a really good discount card given out on one purchase which we then used for my oldest sons school shoes. They're really good quality made shoes, and worth the extra money.
The kindness of the people working at the place is incredible, and the quality of the products is amazing. I bought shoes for both my dad and my father-in-law at the store. They have a product line specifically designed to provide better support for older adults
The lady on duty on the 12/04/23 around 2-3ish was so kind and also catered to my asks exactly they way I needed instead of doing the bare minimum by getting a larger size she went out of the way to find a shoe that was wider like I asked for
Great service, bought some shoes but feet were swollen at the time. Staff advised taken them home and try we will exchange for upto 28 days as long as you don't go outside. Took them back and swapped for smaller sizes that i actually needed.
Having took a ticket, the Children's section was so busy we ended up having to go to marks and Spencer next door for the toilet. Obviously by the time we got back we had missed our turn and had to take another ticket and wait even longer.
Friendly and eager staff...The shoes were ok in the house.. I got to the bus stop and I was sobbing . My feet are ripped apart.. I can't return the shoes as there is blood on them I would have better off going to primark …
I can not speak highly enough of my experience buying shoes at 25 church st. Liverpool when I was served by assistant no22 Patricia on Monday 7.6.2021, Patricia was so helpful and polite and informative, many, many thanks, elizabeth
Really nice staff but tried to fob us off with shoes that were to big! Had daughter's feet measured, she said they were a 10 but when we tried shoes on you could actually see the gap at the back of the shoe as she put them on. She
Buying shoes is and should be a easy every day task but staff at Clarks Liverpool made it more of a easy task. Nice friendly welcome and very helpful with service. Measuring feet and giving good service. Service with a smile.
Men are always treated as second class citizens in shoe and clothes shops. The men's range of shoes here is unexciting, uninspiring and plain boring. There's hardly any choice. I'd be better off wearing a pair of flip flops.
Had to wait for a short while but did have a great young man who fitted our grandsons shoes. We also had 20% off a second pair of shoes, trainers, which was great as our bill was under £100. Very pleased …
Have never had an issue here before but arrived at 10.30am which is what the opening hours state to wait 10mins in the rain with 2 staff members looking at us for them not to open up. Gave up and left.
Finally found a pair of black Oxford toecap shoes in this shoe retailers nowhere in.liverpool seems to stock decent formal shoes at the moment ? Quick service with friendly staff highly recommended
Having always had wide feet I have benefited from wide fitting shoes. I can always count on Clarks having a comfortable shoe that fits well. In fact my last 3 pairs of shoes have come from Clarks.
Clarks sell great shoes for kids however waiting up to 40 minutes to be served is not practical and definitely not customer focus. Please, improve the time of service it may cost you dearly.
Lovely Friendly and helpful staff. You know you're children are getting the best care when you have them measured here, it's done properly. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable.
I went in today with my 5 year old daughter and Sam helped us pick out shoes. Exceptional service from him and the other staff. My daughter is so made up with her new shoes …
I wish I could remember the girls name who served us. She was brilliant. She has long dark hair , pretty and slim . She served us for my niece Amelias pre walkers. Thanks again
Very good quality shoes for all the family. They also sell bags and slippers. The staff is professional and friendly. You can find all type of shoes. Tidy and organized store.
Staff member didn't really want to be there on a Sunday morning though she did help me size up the little one for shoes which if you order online and sign up you get 15% off
I was so happy that my son size 13 shoes was not in store but they got it delivered next day on Saturday to our home and we got text and email on its progress...very happy
A lot trendier than it used to be, shoes are very good quality and value for money, have your feet measured properly so you can buy the correct fit shoes for your feet
Great service from staff today measured feet and talked to children to get them involved with choosing there shoes, shoes are pricey but good quality would recommend
We went in for my babies first walking shoes. We were helped by Nathan who measured baby's foot and suggested some shoes on his size. Very pleased with the service
Thr shop is kept very clean and the staff are keeping to covid guidelines. The lady with the long red hair who served my husband was very helpful and efficient.
Love my Clark's originals especially in the sale , the service here is top quality in a old fashioned way that unfortunately is missing in most shops nowadays.
The young lady in the children's dept was very helpful. I do think Clarks children's shoes should be a bit cheaper. Toddler granddaughter loves her new shoes.
Their mens shoes are no longer better than most. They are very ordinary Thin soles The sale was a joke for a size ten. I've seen better shoes on market stalls
Only have one pair in stock of each size. Picked two pairs of shoes for my son both out of stock. Stock level is poor. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The staff here are fantastic and very friendly. The manager and Callum helped to find some shoes for my family member and they even have free wifi instore!
First shoe fitting for my 16 month old daughter. Fantastic service and staff who focussed on the right shoe type rather than profit. Excellent experience.
When we were served by Terri who was great! Although we waited an hour to be served in the kids section. Only 2 staff working during busy school holidays.
Staff were friendly and cooperative in helping me finding the right size. Shout-out to Simone (got the name from the receipt) as well as her colleague.
Young girl who served us was exceptionally good, helpful and knowledgeable in a tricky situation, think her name was Lauren. Lovely young lady
Really friendly and helpful - Eva helped me find insoles for my trainers, giving a few good options. All staff were very warm and welcoming.
Shop seemed to run differently, better customer consumer relationships clearly trying to be established. Bit quirky at first but welcoming
Really great shoes and the staff at the church street store in Liverpool were fantastic. Really helpful and great product knowledge.
Great knowledge, good advice, very helpful, not pushy. Everything I want when I go shopping. Got the Wallabees I've wanted for ages
Great place for kids shoes &to get there feet measured. Prices are fair as the shoes last along time especially if you have boys
I had super service from Patricia in your Church St branch in Liverpool & so pleased to be able to find all leather saddles.
Ordered shoes before Christmas online. No delivery went shop to try getting some help. Gave them my details. Still waiting
Some nice shoes, particularly for kids. However, stock levels could be better as many shoes not available in your size.
Most shoes seem good quality but sizing is quite small which is disappointing for a shop that specialises in shoes.
Customer service are best 2nd is the verity of shoe..if there is no stock You get delivered to yours by next day.
Very friendly, helpful staff - extremely comfortable shoes and a large variety of sales items. I was impressed.
A place to shop for quality shoes. The prices can be affordable when in sales but clarks products are classic.
Very good people smart and lovely shoes for my baby choose perfect I love this shop.i come back no one times
Amazingly helpful staff and shoes you know will last years. I walked in and within ten minutes I was sorted.
Looks like it may start to draw in younger people-styles a little more edgy than normal but still practical.
Although i like the size of this store i feel like the staff are a bit pushy and not particularly interested
The staff are very helpful and friendly the service is great and you can have free insoles if you need any.
Very good service and comfortable shoes. It would be good to see a vegan range from Clark's in the future.
Really helpful team despite how busy it was on a school shoe shopping trip ... Can't fault them one bit.
Friendly staff, good social distancing throughout store, and offered 20% discount to healthcare workers
Had to wait a while to be served, but the lady who measured my daughter was very polite and efficient.
Great service, go to for getting the right size shoe for your kids, not the best choice of footwear!
Always a good experience. Staff very helpful and friendly as always. Would certainly recommend.
Exchanged some shoes bought on Clarks website. No hassle excellent service even though busy.
Great service when looking for school shoes. There was no hard sell by the shop attendant.
Never seem to have the size i need for my daughter every time i go into buy her new shoes.
I was served by a young lady who was friendly n offered useful advice to help my shopping
Raechel was very helpful and friendly! Thanks Raechel and diffenlty coming back ! …
The assistant was an absolute star and dealt with a stroppy toddler with ease and calm.
Brilliant place the staff were very helpful when choosing my little lad's school shoes
Great staff, really helpful. Got 2 pairs of kids shoes for £21 in the sale, result.
Efficient and helpful staff who definitely went the extra mile. A good choice too.
Good quality footwear at reasonable prices, best to shop during sale for bargains.
Lovely staff, was served by Meg. Very helpful and I got a nice new pair of shoes
Shop assistant didn't now how to measure my babys feet correctly. Not the best
£100.00 shoes fell apart within 2 years. Hardly worn. Would not replace. Avoid
Best Clarks by far, staff seem better trained and more happy in their work
Large selection of men and women's shoes. Expensive but excellent quality
Best shoes for kids. Staff are always great. It's stood the test of time.
Good shop but a bit variety of baby's shoes is a bit low. Friendly staff
Bit disappointed as they did not have a good range of mens leather shoes
Nice place to go for shoes and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
