UPDATE REVIEW ON SEPT 20, 2019: I have to lower my rating from four to three. Some washing machines are DIRTY. Your clothes end up smelling bad after you wash them. The cleaning ladies seem to be getting worse at cleaning. I've seen them clean the inside of the washing machines with dirty rags. I don't think these women care about their jobs. They make easy money pretending to clean. I'm going to call Clean King and ask them to please clean the machines. *I added a photo of one of the dirty washing machines. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I like that I don't need a bunch of coins to use the machines. You buy a laundry card (for $3) at the entrance and load it with money. There's a restroom you can use for free if you're a customer. Just ask the cleaning lady to open it for you. Although, most of the time, it's open. There are about 3-4 different cleaning ladies, each at different times, so there's always one around. They are all mediocre at cleaning but the laundromat is clean enough, I suppose. Attitude wise, they aren't very friendly or welcoming unless you speak Spanish. They seem indifferent to those who speak to them in English. Not sure why. It has nothing to with race/ethnicity because I'm Latino so.... If something is wrong with a machine you're using, you tell the cleaning lady so she can put a "out of service" sticker and refund your money. The laundromat has small load machines, medium load machines, and large load washing machines. They have a lot of dryers. My favorite are the extra large ones because I can dry my heavy blankets in there with no problem. They have "specials" on Fridays where you can get a free wash if you have a certain amount of washing machines, but it's not worth it. It's always full on Fridays for this reason. Avoid like the plague! You'll regret coming here on Fridays. People wash A LOT of laundry and use up all the machines and take more than one laundry cart! It's annoying because there aren't enough carts, so bring your own laundry basket if you're going on a Friday. However, they do have other days where they lower the price on the machines, which are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I suggest you do your laundry on those days, especially early in the day because it's kinda lonely. It starts getting busy after 12pm. And yes, they have a parking lot. Oh, and they have vending machines with snacks and laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Overall, I recommend this laundromat.

Sunday at 6pm it was very busy, and the bathroom had no sign saying it was out of order but apparently it was as I could not get it to open with a quarter and I asked the guy in the “staff” t shirt if the restroom worked and he said no. So I had to drive around looking for a bathroom. I think people are spending long periods of time at this place and the least they could do would be to have a working bathroom, even if they want to charge 25cents to use it that’s fine but it should be working. Or at least put a sign up if it’s not working so I can go to a different place to do my laundry.

The place is ok but the problem is when you just the machine to put balances to the card the machine take my money in November 25 and I send a message to the company and they never tell me what happened in to I send them a message and they said they send the 10dollar bill by mail in December 21 and I haven’t received nothing yet they still the money for the persons that we to watch are clothes be careful when you put money to the machine because you never going to see the money back

Great place in Boyle heights to get your laundry done! Been coming here for years! Every year the washing and drying machines get better and better! The employees are always attentive and keep the laundromat clean as possible! The prices are reasonable! Didn’t bring enough laundry soap or laundry supplies? No problem! They’ve got their laundry vending machines always restocked! Got a little hungry? No problem they got a snack vending machine as well! I highly recommend this place!

It's a little rough looking on the inside but it's currently going through renovations. I've never seen any of the washers or dryers out of commission in all the years I've been coming here. The dryers here are the good ones they dry with one round. The best part about this laundromat is that it accepts all forms of payment including touch to pay! So you don't need cash (except for the vending machines) for the washers or dryers!

This machine are too old, in order to wash in this place you must bug a card that cost $3.00 comparing to nearby laundromats their price are about 45% higher and machine only give you shorter time than other places, customer service not good as well. Not good drive another 3-5minutes on Cesar Chavez there is a 24hrs laundry place, cozy, games, Coffee and nice staff there.

This laundry mat is clean and the prices are affordable. They have an offer for every Friday, where you buy one wash and get one free. The staff is friendly and I've never had any issues with the people there either. Everyone respects each others belongings. The only con I have is that there aren't that many places to sit meanwhile you wait for your laundry.

First and last time I spend any money here, most if not all the washers are dirty and look like they haven't been cleaned for days if not weeks. Used liquid detergent and my clothes came out with left over powder detergent from previous uses. Left wet clothes and all, Not recommended.

DO NOT COME HERE. you have to buy a card for $3 and those funds aren’t loaded onto the card like other laundry mats!!! they have no sign clarifying that. you also have to pay to use the restroom!!! this laundry mat squeezes every cent out of people. i’ll be returning to my old site.

rip off, hella expensive...if you have machines in your apartment complex, that migbt be cheaper. They have pay cards, but it costs 3 dollars to buy one and it doesnt even give you credit for the 3 dollars.
