Time. Is the most important thing we have. How you choose to spend it is totally up to you. As of late I’ve been behind on time because “Life” right. I would normally do my laundry myself but time is not on my side. So I decided to revisit the clean rite. Now I’ve washed my clothes here before and got it done for me from the staff. It was good. But they were backed up usually so I wouldn’t get my clothes until two days later. I went yesterday to drop about 116!pounds of laundry off. (YIKES!!!!!!) so I know I probably wouldn’t get this back in about a few days. They have new management and I was blown away. DAN and his staff are absolutely amazing from service to overall quality of taking care of my clothes both before I washed them and after I did. He said he would have my clothes ready for me the following day. Turns out that was about 7 ish hours later. So DAN OUTDID HIS PROMISE. I THANK HIM HIS STAFF AND THIS LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. Looks like I’m not washing my clothes anymore. THANKS GUYS YIU WERE AMAZING. !!!!!!!!!!!

I had the worst experience ever and I will never come back or tell anyone to visit. I visited one of your locations today the one on flatland ave which I had never visited before. I proceeded to buy a new card for $5 which after only $3 worth of money was added to the card which I did not know because there was no sign present at this point I was already disappointed falling for this trap. After I loaded more money on to the card I went to interest it in the machine and i pulled it out thinking the machine would start but it did not while at the same time the machine had taken $9.75 off my card which was not right because the machine didn’t start. I went to talk to the worker and she was not help, I got a nasty attitude and was told I had to come to her since I never used the machines before but once again there was no sign stateing how to work the machine. The worker Deb told me there was no way for her to start my machine and that I would have to pay another $9.75 again so basically I was rob.

Someone gave me a ride to this clean rite and I brought one bag and put it by a machine and while bringing a second bag in and my ride was pulling off I get the news I have to wait until someone leaves because it's only 10 people in at a time and I made the statement if I would have known that I would have went to one of the other laundromats that I passed which there aren't many open but there are still a few but they were smaller and I figured I can stay away from people in this bigger one she then proceeded to challenge me to tell her which other ones are open as if this was the only one she then proceeded to keep giving me attitude because I asked can I step in now after two people left she told me no then made a speech inside and a few minutes late I was able to go in and put my stuff in the machine

The reason I regularly visit this place, it's because the staff is always friendly, professional and polite! I'm especially appreciative of the young men who worked between the hours of 6am-8am On Friday November 13th 2020 the reason is from the time we ( my daughter& I)entered the laundromat these men were busy cleaning and I mean THOROUGH CLEANING!!! This really impressed me because rarely you see young people so diligent at their place of employment! As a former supervisor I pay attention to these things! Please continue to employ young men and women like these who appreciate their jobs! It definitely shows! Great for our neighborhood!!! Respectfully LT

The dryers are terrible and it's super expensive. I moved to the area from crown heights and realized they are overpriced because of the location. They are the only 24hr laundry matt and the cleanest one of the 3 in the area. I suggest to come here only if you have a small bag of laundry. ..washers weren't so bad but they made up for it with overpriced dryers, 40cent for like 5mins... You'll be spending a good amount to dry your clothes in their terrible dryers...I went here once and decided to go to the other smaller laundry Matt. They are more affordable although they may not be the cleanest. 25cent for 8 mins...And the dryers actually work.

Tonight I went into the clean Rite laundry mat as soon as I walked in the laundry attendant who is tall brown skin and skinny and has dreads told me I only had 20 minutes to stay in because I was outside in front of 7-11 asking for money and he feared I would ask customers inside for money and he threatened to call the police and refused to call the manager at my request he took it upon himself to assume wrong of me because I am a clean Rite Center customer who has been loyal and never cause any issues with any customers or employees of clean rite Center

This place is great. Due 2 mechanical difficulties with my dryer at home, resorted 2 this laundromat. The attendants were very helpful but, more, the dryers r superb. They really dry well, even jeans! 32-40 minutes n ur clothes r fully dried. Didn't know what I was missing. I could save a lot, n electrical bills, coming here n spending just a couple of bucks a month! Clean inside 2.

10516 Flatlands ( Canarsie) location. If fell off was a word. completely messed up my mattress cover my over drying due to lack of communication in the staff. Its bad enough the item went up in price and they went by receipt price, but was willing to accept that. It has been 6 weeks and just been getting a bunch of run around with out compensation. done with the company as a whole

My kids and i been doing Drop off in beginning everything was awesome now I’m sad,upset ,my clothes is stained damage come back smelling armpits especially with my teenagers clothes smell like it was never washed with laundry detergent it’s totally grossed and the manager Nana is no help complain so many times to her the more I complain worse it gets

Sheepshead Bay CRC customer that decided to use this location while visiting a relative in Canarsie. Unlike Sheepshead and other Clean Rite’s, not too many chairs to sit on, laundry machines are outdated , and whoever the employees are; not very visible to identify, and the folding tables needed cleaning . However, pricing is much cheaper then other locations.

This Laundromat is clean and convenient but they are starting to take advantage of customers. They have raised the price on the machines twice in the last 6 months, during pandemic. There's no way a medium machine should cost $5.19. They are losing customers because of this and I am one. The owners need to really analyze the community they are located in.

Very large and spacious laundromat. Many washers of different sizes and they was well. Dryers get hot so you don't have to put extra quarters because the clothes aren't fully dry. I would say the only downside if it's a downside is that they operate by laundry card only. They don't take cash for anything. The staff is pleasant and helpful also.

The store is always dirty, Attendants are rude and move slow also don’t know what they are doing. Multiple errors in laundry orders I just wouldn’t recommend at all. Most the machines don’t work properly and the music is inappropriate in there as well. Been trying to figure out who is the manager, but manager does not resolve any issues.

My experience here was great. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Brandon. He came out and assisted my mom and me with our clothes and made sure we were situated before doing our laundry. The place is clean and the staff was pleasant. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. We’ll be back!

The place is dirty the employee that work there rude. When I started coming here 2 year ago it was good clean they and mop often. Now I don’t know what going on the people who to worked are gone and these ones I don’t know man ignore you the machine are filthy the ground my god.

The place is clean. It's bright and organized. They keep the machines up and running. The environment is a place to get your laundry done and relax or study. There is no cash exchange, so that is good. They have plenty of items in order for customers to complete laundry.

I usually am very impressed by this clean rite. But they have been falsely advertising. The drop off service is advertised at .99cents per additional pound. But my recipes says I was charged 1.09 PER pound. Just be mindful. They say one thing and charge you a next

This is one of the cleanest Clean Rite's I have been too. Just be mindful of the amount of soap you use in the wash. They have hot water for your white and light clothes, which is a plus. Plenty of room to fold clothes and it wasn't crowded on Sunday at 1pm.

Attendant Amirah was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I'll be coming back to this location just to see her. She has great engery. Not rude like the other female attendants. Plus she is the only one I see cleaning. Thanks again …

My Husband and I drop off here and I must say the level of professionalism from the staff is amazing..... thank you Ty and Kayla for always being professional, and doing an outstanding job wit our laundry. Always kind , sweet and caring

I was impressed that they were open on the fourth of July. There was enough machines for me and the other customers to use. The dryers got my clothes nice and dry. Only thing that needed to improve was for the floors to get swept.

David is the best worker at this place right now. He deserves a raise. He is the one here early Saturday mornings. The place is always clean when he is here, he is courteous, friendly and professional for a young man.

Drop off service is excellent. In wash service is great too. The gentleman that works in the morning is a delight, very courteous, and the mature woman from the morning shift is also very pleasant and helpful.

Princess and Sojourner are the best employees I have met thus far at this clean rite - So attentive friendly and welcomes you with warm arms - I wish other staff were as inviting as them … they are the best!

Tieeach (assistant manager) is very helpful, patient , and is on task. She’s very respectful and is very much attentive to those in need. Even when she’s busy she make sure everyone is taken care of.

Only go in the middle of the night when the night guy clean the washers and dryers because the chick in the evening only want to go outside and smoke and be on her phone. Not great for business

Expensive and everything has to be purchase with the laundry card...I wanted to buy a laundry bag and the clerk said I had to load more money one the laundry card or pay with debit card.

Really really bad service. The clothes are not wash good. The dryer can't dry the clothes no matter how much u put on it. Just really really bad. The machines not good and too expensive

This is the cleanest place around. The Manager Dan is the nicest person and he really made this ace go from a dirty laundromat to a really clean and inviting store.

The lady here was very kind, soft spoken and patient with me as I was visiting this laundromat for the first time. The place was kept very clean. I will come again.

They raised they prices on the machines by at least $ 2 and charged extra based on the water temperature that you select. The dryers was increased by 10 cents.
