ive been using this laundry to dry my clothes weekly pretty convenient. but recently this place become so disappointing ive paid $10 to use the dryer , and i leave it to go shopping , when i came back after 45 minutes the machine stopped working and my clothes still damped , and the week after someone must’ve opened my dryer and my clothes still damp. i dont know where to complain or get a solution. what a waste of my time and my money. i will not come back again to this laundry , i’ve learned my lesson enough

I was never a fan of doing laundry, but now that clean streak has opened up, I still don't like doing laundry. But when the time does come, I am able to wash (and just as importantly dry) my clothes, blankets and sheets all at once. This place has the convenience factor four-fold (pun intended) 1, the big table to fold everything. 2, ITS CASHLESS 3, it's right next to the woolies to get my kombucha...and lastly 4, I now have an excuse to go and get a quick pedi done while I wait.

This is exactly what the Newhaven estate in Tarneit needed. This laundromat is clean and has eftpos facilities available. No cash, no worries! The space even has a large table in the centre of the store, making it easy to fold your clothes while you wait for the rest of your laundry. As winter is coming, there are plenty of driers to go around. Very clean, chic and practicable space. Highly recommended.

Took advantage of the grand opening 50% off and did a load of bed sheets and blankets . Large table was so convenient for folding and even better, the eftpos on the machines! No need to search the car or your pockets for coins! …

Very clean and modern shop. Machines uses an app and is very convenient. Managed to catch the shop owner who was very helpful in guiding how to use the machines. Location is convenient and safe.

Had an issue with detergent dispenser and called up their support office. Got refunded through the EFTPOS option. Clean, organized and well maintained.

New, clean and easy to use facilities. Great location too! Was able to do grocery shopping next door at woolies whilst waiting for my clothes to dry!
