This has been my go-to company for the past 3 years and they'd always do a good job. However I never quite liked the smell of my coats post dry-cleaning. More recently, I tried asking for a discount for being a loyal customer over the years but I was turned down. In addition to that, before collecting my coat, I called 10 mins to let them know to get it ready (which is the purpose of the ticket numbers they give), I was told it would be ready and the lady asked for my ticket number over the phone but upon reaching there, I asked if I can collect my jacket, to which the lady asked for my ticket number again. I told her I called a few minutes ago, she looked at me and replied quite sarcastically pointing to all the other clothes "we have so many customers". My coat also now smells like damp.

Highly recommended for dry cleaning. I got curry on my gown at a wedding and they managed to get it completely out. Like new. I was in disbelief. Helen is very professional and will properly assess your garment and tell you whether it has a chance of cleaning or if there is a risk of it not working or even damaging your garment. I've been to dry cleaners that take your garment and ask no questions. That's a big red flag. Cleaners a Whistle is professional quality care. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service as usual. Shortened and tapered trousers and took up jacket sleeves in less than 24 hours for the perfect fit! Always take my clothes here to be altered and cleaned, have also recommended to multiple family members who use them now too! Can not fault them at all... 5⭐️ service!

I have been a regular customer at this dry cleaning shop during last 10 years and I always had an excellent service regarding all my dry cleaning needs and all the tailoring alterations have done for me. This service has always been completely profesional and standard of work superb.

Great experience. Trousers needed taliloring as I wasn’t happy with how the bottoms were. Was advised 3 days but after 2 days was able to collect. Fit perfect and very happy with how they look now. Didn’t even need sizing up!! Would recommend for sure !

They offer a good variety, but are way too expensive. Asked for a price to have my motorbike jeans taken up about an inch, and the quote was £30. The jeans only cost £45
