I just have had a very bad experience with this company. Firstly: Very unclear freight charges! When payment was processed I have received information about total charges, I accepted the total amount with card payment, and on the following day I noticed that ... my card was charged more than previously accepted! They made a clause informing they may not or they may (???)... charge a freight fee-(sounds really strange) and also if the freight charges up to $15 are applicable they do not inform about it, if more than $15 they say they will contact to inform, to be accepted by the client. In fact they charged me more ($26) without contacting me. Secondly: Before I placed an order (still having a few other options) I rang the company to make sure that the items (I'm going to order) will be delivered to me in time frame expected (up to 5 working days). I was told "Yes, the items ordered today will be delivered within 5 working days to me", so I have decided to proceed placing an order with this company. After 1 week unfortunately it happened the parcel still did not arrive. The company's manager wrote to me then: "we take no responsibility for late consignment delivery" . Cleaners Supermarket business partner "star track express- ( btw ...95% of negative reviews on internet) " blames cleaners Supermarket for late consignment dispatch when Cleaners Supermarket blames Star Track Express for late delivery - very childish behavior indeed. Thirdly -for me is the critical issue which refrains me to make any deals with this company in future: Warren- the company manager (very (too?) self confident guy) working in customer service department looks as if he does not know at all expressions like: "Sorry,for our late delivery", or "I apologize for problems caused by our late delivery" instead of being nice and helpful in this situation he sounded quite arrogant and even rude to me. So no more deals in future with "Cleaners Supermarket" as they do not show professional approach to the business they can not be a reliable cleaning products distributor.

These people took $4411.26 off my credit card instead of $411.26. Over a week later I am still trying to get the money back from them. I spoke with Warren this morning ( apparently the owner of the business) and he was rude and arrogant. He hung up on me. I called back and he did the same. I tried to call again and he would not answer the phone. I resorted to sending a complaint via their website. Jay (apparently the sales manager) replied to my email and he was as rude and arrogant as his employer. I am surprised that this business has any customers if this is the way they treat people. Warren told me on Friday morning that all the payments had been made back to the credit card. He had to pay it at $1000 per day as this is his limit. Obviously, he has not heard of contacting his bank and getting them to refund the full amount at once. He then tells me today that he made one payment Friday afternoon and another on the weekend.He basically told me that this was my fault because I declined to give him our bank details. It came off the credit card and therefore should go back on the credit card as far as I am concerned. I will not deal with this company again. It is the worst case of customer service I have dealt with in my 30 plus years of dealing with suppliers. Belinda Marmion- Practice Manager

After 3 months I'm still awaiting the arrival of a sensor rubbish bin I ordered. I have rung & emailed numerous times all to no avail. I even explained in my emails that I require this bin for my health as I'm undergoing chemotherapy & a bone marrow transplant. No response. Their communication is appalling & customer service is non-existent. I will not attempt to deal with them again nor recommend them to anyone. If I could award no stars I would. Cleaners Supermarket is simply the worst business I have ever dealt with. I have cancelled my order via email but I frankly will be astounded if they bother to read said email. I have since bought a sensor bin from another company. It was a third of the price & arrived in 3 days.

I am a first time customer who sourced a hard-to-get but urgently needed decking oil through Cleaners Supermarket via their online store. Delivery across Sydney was timely, but the order when it arrived was wrong - 4 litres instead of the 10 litres ordered and required to do the job, which has to be finished in two days time. Stuff happens and it’s frustrating - but their response was first rate! They had no 10 litre stock available so 2 x 4 litre tins personally delivered the same day! Outstanding ownership and resolution of the issue, and I am most appreciative of it - great customer service! Oh, and their product price was the best on the market too, actually! Very impressive company

Service is non-existent! It took 2 weeks from the time I placed an order to the date it was confirmed and payment taken. It has now been another 2 weeks and still no goods delivered. They keep blaming COVID for delays even though every other on-line order I've placed elsewhere has been delivered within days. I have literally no idea of when to expect delivery nor whether my order will ever arrive at all! The delays are bad enough - the real issue I have is that they don't reply to emails and provide no updates as to whether goods have been dispatched nor any tracking information. They may be a bit cheaper than others but I'd rather pay a bit more for decent service and timely delivery.

BEWARE: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE ...ordered 15 days ago & 3 phone calls later they are still bullsh...... me that it will be sent soon. I have asked for a refund & they ask for my CC details over the phone - which I would not give. Don't believe that Covid is causing delays, it turns out that they don't have the stock. They finally agreed to write a cheque & mail to me, I'll wait and see if it ever arrives in the mail. UPDATE 07/10/20..have changed my rating due to a sincere apology from the Manager Warren, who did supply me with a refund cheque that arrived today - with a surprise article from the original order as part of his apology. I appreciate his effort, much appreciated.

Go some place else. This is the worst nightmare I've had to deal with. I ordered and paid for a Rubbermaid WaveBreak mop bucket on 13/8/2020. After more than a month without it being shipped, I called and was assured it was on its way. Two weeks later, I called a second time and was assured it was on its way. Now, several weeks later, I still do not have it. Last week I called and asked for a refund and was assured it would be processed. Several days later, I still have not received my refund. I've been reassured it will be processed right away.

Placed an order and they couldn't give shipping in checkout? order said they would be in touch? a week later nothing so I followed up. The arrogant bloke on the other end gave me a shipping cost so I told them to go ahead. A few days later I get an email to say the product isn't available and wont be for 3 months? I ended up ordering from someone else and sent an email to the director to say it was disappointing and I had ordered elsewhere and the reply pretty mush stated he could give a fat rats freckle. AVOID THESE GUYS.

Though I understand we are in unprecedented waters and they were inundated with orders during the pandemic - I ordered items that said specifically that they were in stock. I then waited 1.5 month, sent numerous emails, tried to call and even Facebook messaged to try and get an update on our order. I finally received a response saying our order was cancelled due to the items being out of stock. I could have spent that time sourcing them elsewhere. Their lack of communication and unreliable stock levels is a deal breaker.

Avoid this company. They sent me the wrong brush head for my water fed. It was totally not the one I ordered. They send me a smaller one although they charged me for a bigger one. They offered me a refund that never happened. I had to keep chasing them and still nothing I just gave up and let them know I was gonna leave them a bad reviews. Will Never purchase a thing again from this shop. And you shouldn’t either unless if you want waste your money and time.

More than happy to recommend this shop. Have bought a few products from them, product is exactly as advertised, well packaged and postage very prompt. COVID hit their supply lines a bit last year (whose wasn't) but they have made up for it as soon as it was back in stock. Cannot recommend highly enough in respect to quality and, especially, customer service and feedback - all from interstate, they are in NSW and I'm in Sictoria.

I placed a small order online and phoned to enquire about shipping costs and had a great chat with owner/manager Warren who took my order over the phone and arranged next day delivery using his own driver taking the pain out of being available to receive the shipment (most couriers dump & run benefiting only themselves!). A great shopping experience with rare hard-to-find specialty products and good people! Well worth it!

I made an online order a few weeks back, they packed the products with many layers of protection and sent them in a timely manner. I would definitely come back to buy more cleaning stuff in the future. Not sure about why they have so many 1 star review about customer service, I did have to call them at one point, Brenden answered my phone and we communicated quite well. Keep up the good work guys.

I do not recommend this company at all.They sent the wrong iteme and when I called to let them know they simply said 'oh there are so many different kinds of products, we just can't keep up so basically you get what you get'. I also mentioned that one of their photos was misleading & they just palmed me off. I would not buy from them again as I think their customer service skills are appalling.

I broke the hose adapter on my extendable pole and couldn't find one anywhere until I contacted the Cleaners Supermarket. although I'm on the other side of the country nothing was a problem for Warren and his team. Extremely helpful and went out of his way to save me money on postage etc which is extremely rare these days. Thank you Warren and Gary for your fast efficient service.

AVOID!!! Absolute worst business transaction ever experienced. Nil communication or reply to phone or email. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Items ordered not in stock and when finally delivered weeks later were cheaper inferior items to those that I ordered! Wish I read all the google reviews before I tried this company. Exact same issues I had! This "business" is a joke.

Stay away from this company - there are a lot more trustworthy suplier out there and Cleaners Supermarket it’s not one of them. These guys have SCAMMED me right before Christmas. They have sent me a faulty product and are no willing to take it back. They literally don’t care about you as a customer neither themselves as a business. SHAME ON YOU CLEANERS SUPERMARKET!

The quality and service is above any body else i have dealt with. He knows his products and what he sells which you cannot find anyway in customer service. You don't get, i don't know from other customer service where he put it to you and tells how so use the products correctly the guys are awesome go there you don't waste time and money with him very genuine.

I ordered product prior to the most recent lockdown in Melbourne. Warren was so easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to find liners that were cost effective and environmentally sound. Due to restrictions they kindly agreed to hold all products to ensure delivery was at a time when our office was attended.

Placed an online order on the weekend and the Cleaners Supermarket employee who drove the order to me in South Sydney 3 days later rang to say due to roadworks he had been stopped a couple of blocks away from me. I ordered cleaning products on the 3rd April and have not received or heard back from this company. Tried to call and was hung up on. You can't select a prompt with delivery status. Obviously this place is a scam. Give me back my money if you can't honour me my products or even communicate.

Those one star comments are legit! Don’t use their online shopping!! Made an online purchase a month ago, no notice or updates for a month. You have to call them yourself to ask for updates and they will tell you there’s no stocks! What a great service experience! Never use it again!!
