FIVE STARS! I hate going to the dentist - but not because of the usual reasons like fear of pain or anything like that. I hate going to the dentist because it's been my experience that so many of them try to "upsell" you and pressure you into getting a bunch of work done. I went to Clearpoint Dentistry for the first time today. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! Not in the slightest! I know that my teeth aren't perfect but honestly, they're okay. Dr. Gonzalez was GREAT! She took her time & looked at my teeth and told me exactly that. She did find one problem that needs to be dealt with but she took the time to show me the problem (with actual photographs of the area) and explained why it was a problem. Even then, there was no pressure. None. As if that weren't enough, the Hygienist, Cindy, did a WONDERFUL job. My teeth are cleaner than they have been in a long, long time. She even took the time to take a picture of an area that I had a concern about and show me why it was fine. I also really appreciated that she asked me if I wanted fluoride (I did not). Most places just do it - regardless of whether your insurance pays for it or not. 10/10 Totally recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would, I have had a total of 4 visits here with Dr. Lupe and every single time I have been beyond disappointed. She spends almost no time with patient. Since my first visit I mentioned that my previous dentist (who closed, and is the only reason I was trying out Clearpoint) had told me that I had a cavity, I brought this up to the technician and Dr.Lupe every visit and they pretty much just ignored me, and told me everything looked good. As a result of this, I am now dealing with a pretty big cavity on the side of my tooth that could have easily been avoided if they had taken me seriously. I wish I would have gone elsewhere after my first visit, I would recommend you don't even try here and find another place.

The thought of going to a dental appointment can be scary for a many! There is a dentist office that is kind, thoughtful and very warm and welcoming. The professionals who work with Dr Lupy González’ at Clearpoint Dentistry are attentive to your needs. They don’t waste your time, and they make you feel so comfortable and unafraid that you know you’re going to be taken care of very well! Dr Gonzales office is that kind of place and you will never regret going there for a simple teeth cleaning or a cavity or if you need to have a tooth replaced. This office is where you should go for any dental needs! All my family go to Dr González!

Dr. Lupy Gonzalez and her staff are awesome!!! I am a new patient and get very stressed at the dentist. Dr. Lupy put me at ease and listened to my concerns. I told her I was hard to deaden and she selected just the right shots for my filling. Her skill at administering the shots was amazing! I can honestly say I didn't even feel the shot. Better yet, it absolutely worked and I had no pain during the procedure. She is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Her office staff is also friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lupy for all your dental needs. If you are a scaredy cat like me - give her a try. She is amazing!

I was confirmed about my appointment shortly after I was scheduled. This was due to their system being down. After rushing to reach there at 9:30am I got late by 10 minutes. I was told to return after 4 hours. This was very disappointing as they could not comply with me. Instead mentioned it’s confirmed in the forms about new rules. I did not consent any forms regarding that. After 10 YEARS experience of frequent visits to Clearpoint Dentistry I withdraw myself and my family from the practice.

So far I have had quite a bit of work with Dr. Gonzalez and all I can say is WOW. She is AMAZING, so patient, kind and willing to deal with my anxiety. The office is very clean and modern. The assistants have all been very sweet and pleasant and Maria is super awesome. I highly recommend without hesitation Clearpoint Dentistry to all. KINDNESS goes a very long way and this office deserves me taking time from my day to provide this review.

I like the doctor and everything but the only problem is when I have an emergency they don’t really care whoever answer and say schedule back on this day. Like why give out another number if you said it’s only for emergencies??? That really put me in finding another dentist that really actually care for my pain. Although I went there mainly because it’s in network on my dental insurance plan, I’m so happy I did. The last two dental offices I’ve been to, I didn’t even meet the dentist until I had to have some work done. Yesterday, I went to have a cleaning and the doctor came in, examined me and was just really thorough. Every one there was really nice and I highly recommend this dental office. Check it out!

I went on a Wednesday after noon when one other patient was waiting for care and I didn’t get into the actual dentist room for 50 minutes. After I waited 10 minutes in the chair for one nurse to take my blood pressure and then not see or hear from anyone again until I decided to leave. I hate to say it but they had really horrible service

The office and staff is so friendly and I feel welcomed and my needs are always met. The office is a little out of the way. I pass several big named Dental Clinics and private Dentists on my way to Lupy Gonzalez office but I am very happy to drive to her office. The Staff is very helpful and courteous. There has never been a long wait to be seen, and the office is always neat.

The office decor feels like home. The staff feels like family. I love this place. They offer blankets and pillows. My cleaning and checkup was very thorough. Dr Gonzalez was wonderful and as she went along she was explaining everything to me.
