Met a very awesome person for lunch there at Doppio Zero... And to change things up, we had something different... I had fries with strawberry milkshake and she had fries with red velvet cake... We can both confirm that the food was great. I will say this... The milkshake was maybe a little too watery to use as a fry dip, if that is something you are inclined to (like I am), but as far as the actual service and food is concerned, it was great... After which, we walked through the mall and though it was not overwhelmingly busy, there certainly was a fair amount of foot traffic. Parking ran me R10 as I chose under roof parking and though I had people almost insisting on washing my car as I got there and left, they didn't seem to care that my car had been washed the day before... Overall, the experience was great. Although I absolutely attribute parts of it to the company.

Easy access to parking, parking spaces could be a little bit bigger in some places. The reason I say this is because of moms with kids in car chairs. Maybe they should add more mom and child only parking spots. Sometimes the pay machines don’t have working credit card slots or tap to pay options which can cause a bit of frustration when you don’t really carry cash. Otherwise, love the layout, the lighting, the cleanliness, the look and feel, High ceilings, wide passages, easy navigating by use of the touch screen navigation spots. Nice variety of restaurants, great restrooms which have family rooms and breastfeeding rooms. Well design shopping centre. I mostly always feel safe, sometimes get uneasy in the long passages going into the restrooms.

Good to average mall with the usual mix of chain stores-however complicated walkways and alleys make it a complete nightmare, as you end up having to walk for miles. Food curt isn’t great either, to small and when the have promos, way to loud and not adequately covered. The only redeeming feature is the iStore-which is impressive and way more helpful than any of the other stores(even the customer service counter of the mall). Parking is also over complicated-two sets of tickets for undercover areas-really?

The great thing is that everything is under one roof. Kids entertainment, girls catch up session, a cosy date with your partner; all your needs will be met. Went into exclusive books and the ladies where helpful. Had a very kindhearted lady assisting us Panarottis, kept ordering because we felt so welcome there. At first we got to Funbuddies, we waited because they were occupied but eventually when we came back for the second time the service was quick and much better

Great mall for the whole family full potential things for the kids. Just disappointed in the children's play area as all the safety nets are broken and full of holes that is of a safety concern one would think that a big shopping centre would know more about safety than to to just leave holes in safety nets an a really high up play area. other than that it is a great place and clean.

I have been to almost ALL malls in Gauteng, but I have never met such poor service to securitys like those ones from Clearwater especially this guy who wears black suits, your service is extremely poor. Whenever you talk to someone you talk as if you own the Mall you really don’t deserve this job, y’all #clearwatermall team better employ better and educated people.

Most of the retail stores there is no customer service I was with a friend at Truworths and there was a black lady following my friend so I took my friend hand bag and kept it with me there was no security guard In the retail Store I mentioned it to one of the sales ladies.A huge retail Store with only three sales ladies what is going on with our businesses in South Africa

The mall is well laid out. Even though it's always been busy when I've been there I never feel crowded. They have every shop you can think of, including some great restaurants and take away places. There is lots of parking which is easy accessible and, for me, it doesn't matter wherevI park because walking through the mall is a pleasure.

Food court has been renovated and it looks great. The play area is a wow. My daughter loved it. Always loved going to this mall it's my favourite cos of the shopping hours especially on Fridays it's convenient for me, I can go there after work. Shops close at 9pm anytime of the year not only during festive. Love the place.

The food court and kids play area is revamped and looks absolutely breathtaking. They have added new stores like crazy store, pep home etc. I like this mall. You'll most probably find what you are looking for from furniture stores, appliances, bt games, toy stores, salons, Starbucks, iPhone and jewelleries. One stop shop.

It was neat. Went there while visiting and thought I'd relax and watch a movie in the cinema (since we don't have malls where I live) had issues with the cinemas and in the end had to get refunded. But some of the staff were friendly while others just ignored me and other customers wanting to watch a movie.

I love this shopping Center. I popped in to the Pick n Pay which gives a “dingy” impression because they are still renovating and replacing the tiles and whatever else. Other than that the shopping center is clean, very well laid out, bathrooms were clean. Recommend to anyone who loves shopping …

Clearwater Mall is a great place to shop and experience. I love the vide and the welcoming atmosphere. I noticed that a Nandos will be opening soon, so it will be great to have that franchise there as well. The staff and management is always the best and I take my hat if to them . Simply wonderful!!!

Clearwater Mall ia a pleasant mall, with most of the big names stores such as woolies, pick and pay, starbucks, and more. The mall is clean and fairly modern, and parking is free for short visits(on weekdays atleast). Its also across from the Makro which is convenient for multiple shop shopping .

It is way too hot in the mall at the moment and worse in the shops. There seems to be no air conditioning, even when there is no load shedding. This makes for a very unpleasant experience especially if one is trying on clothes. Went into cell phone shops and it's unbearably hot.

All the shops you need under one roof The bathrooms are clean The eating area is nice especially outside. The inside areas are not that nice when there is loadshedding for longer periods. It was very hot and stuffy in the spur but other than that I will always go to clearwater

Beautiful as always and a veriety of choices, altough i'm not happy, about the fact that they do not update their status on their shops, whether or not ,some shops are relocating or nolonger an a available option, that would save petrol in some cases and money in most cases

Friendly staff, easy to navigate, but I must say I was not impressed by pick n pays bread section, on the 20th ,they were still selling bread with an expiry date of the 21st ,so I don't understand when they say they are selling fresh bread ...

They have redecorated the food court, there is a play place for kids and a slide from the first floor down, cool! Clearwater mall is clean and safe, and parking is easy. See for yourself (see photos): the bathrooms are clean and modern.

Big, clean, lots of parking - aparently locals think it to be one of the safest in the region when thinking of your car being safe when parked somewhere. Had a great night with friends at one of the restaurants! Great place to hang out!

We had lunch at RARE steakhouse, it was very nice , they even had fleece blankets at every table because it's now winter , it was a very nice gesture. And the food was very nice. I believe they should expand their red wine list though.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how better use and friendly the atrium area of the Mall is after renovations. The new kids play area is also well displayed and protected. All in all a lovely experience.

The Uber drivers at Entrance 4 is horrible. They block the throughway at the entrance making you wait sometimes 7-10 minutes with no care in the world. Please consider moving ubers away from the entrance.

The mall has a modern design and is spacious. It contains most major retailers which makes it a very convenient place to visit for all your shopping needs. They have one hour free uncovered parking.

This mall is perfectly situated for everyday shopping in the roodepoort area. They have most of the well know shops and restaurants. Bonus is they have a restaurant with a smoking area outside

So biiiiiiig! And the stores close at 7. Secure parking - you go through two boom gates before you can exit so make sure to keep that ticket safe. Clean mall. Would definitely recommend

Parking tickets had a problem, instead of making parking free they requested that all customers go and pay at centre management where there is one machine and no apology or solution.
