Last week we put in an offer to purchase and Finance application for a Vehicle. We were under the impression that the Vehicle was ours once the finance had been approved and then went ahead to sell our car. Only to be informed that Monument Toyota has sold the Vehicle to someone else. So disappointing and nothing but a sorry.

Bought a Toyota Fortuner from Monument Toyota a few months ago and went back today to have a minor squeak in the armrest attended to. We were offered a cup of coffee while Jan Jacobs took our car to the workshop. Within 10 minutes the squeak was fixed- ‘no problem is a problem’ Jan said ! Excellent service!!
