Special thanks to Mr Thurairaja and the caregivers on level 5 DDSI who made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience manageable. A poor experience of the Cleveland Clinic. A distinct feeling of just being geared towards profit rather than personalised patient care was very apparent. Staff, particularly, non- medical staff have a lot of learning to do to provide a better service to patients and families. Would not recommend.
