"A poor experience of the Cleveland Clinic"
"Very clean , modern equipment used and great location"
"After over one hour on the phone, I just felt it is not worth it"
"This place is a mess"
Great care from diagnosis to treatment and then recovery. All staff involved were very helpful. Special thanks to Mr Thurairaja and the caregivers on level 5 DDSI who made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience manageable. Was well looked after each day and throughout the nights on ward. Food was nice also.
A poor experience of the Cleveland Clinic. A distinct feeling of just being geared towards profit rather than personalised patient care was very apparent. Staff, particularly, non- medical staff have a lot of learning to do to provide a better service to patients and families. Would not recommend.
Very clean , modern equipment used and great location. Cons are staff are disorganised and doctors are all washed up ex NHS consultants motivated by a better pay cheque which is kind of dangerous . In short, you are paying for a nicer looking version of a NHS hospital but without waiting time.
After over one hour on the phone, I just felt it is not worth it. Customer service is appalling. No one knows specific answers, calls are diverted to the other 'knowledgeable' representative so just to be dropped on the way there, real mess
This place is a mess. I would suggest not seeking treatment here. I've been having treatments at a number of London hospitals over the last year and every appointment I've had at Cleveland has been the worst. While my primary consultant and
As a patient at Cleveland Clinic Outpatients, I had a positive experience. The nursing staff was exceptionally caring and helpful throughout my visit, providing attentive care and support. Their dedication to patient well-being was evident,
I have started a week training for my role as HCA in neuro Rehabilitation. From the moment I stepped inside Cleveland facilities , I have been treated really well . People are very friendly , helpful and welcoming. The facilities are great
I am absolutely shocked by the lack of quality care at the Cleveland Clinic and the rudeness I was treated with. I have no words to express how I feel. I attended an appointment with gastroenterologist Charles Murray, the doctor was lovely
Worst outpatient admin ever, arrived with a cue of people waiting - Four admin staff all hiding theirs heads not doing anything behind two separate counters and not offering to help anyone - I had to jump the cue and ask one of them if she
I can only assume the bad reviews are due to teething problems when CCL first opened. I’ve received the best care of my life during my stay getting surgery for endometriosis. I don’t have high enough praise for Fevzi Shakir and John Picard
Hasn't resolved my issue - nor given conclusive diagnosis after over a year. Tangential referrals yielded nought. Feel in same position as before I engaged. Spent a lot of time finding and sending records myself- whole consultations wasted
I can believe both the negative and the positive reviews. Had a great experience last Saturday but a horrible one during the week. Due to this inconsistency, I wouldn't trust this hospital for serious medical treatment for either a family
I've had a few outpatient appointments and outpatient treatment. Found all staff friendly and professional. Nurses in treatment were so good as was all other staff involved. Once pain had gone down as expected and had some lunch left very
I was surprised at the other reviews. I had a very high quality experience at this hospital. All of the staff, from the time I walked in the door until I left, were very professional. The rooms are very nice. The equipment is state of the
Excellent quality service and care in all aspects at the Cleveland Clinic in May this year. From the medical team, nursing care, physiotherapy after care, cleaners, porters and pharmacy staff really could not fault any of them. I was made
Had my Septoplasty surgery with Jonathan Hughes, ENT surgeon on Friday. The experience was flawless, having been private before I thought I knew what to expect but this exceeded my expectations. I was promptly admitted at 7am. Taken up to
I have had a knee surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Jan23. Everyone from the clinic reception staff, to the nurses, to the anaesthetist and the surgeon was extremely professional and courteous. The staff are really knowledgable and this
My Nan was admitted last month and cannot forget how she was cared for by the brilliant nurses at the 5th floor!! She was so happy and have recommended this hospital to her friends. Special mention to Nurse Katie and Nurse Angelica who
My girlfriend had the best experience here. It was her first operation and everyone we met were so pleasant and welcoming. From the lady who checked her in, to the lovely nurses and doctors. She had a large spacious room, with the most
My elderly father was admitted at this hospital. It is an amazing hospital. Excellent staff..always helpful.and friendly they can't do enough A special thank you to Dr Ahmed Toma and his team. The nurses caring for my father Stephanie,
My first experience at the Cleveland hospital London was not a good one, I was told that I had to have blood tests and swabs taken on the 16th October, I had my blood tests and then told to do my own swabs, which I thought was totally
I had a liver resection on the 14th July, with, Charles Imber. I cannot praise Mr Imber and his team enough, their care and professionalism was of a high standard throughout. My anesthetist was amazing and the nurses were so attentive
I’m actually not one to write reviews However I felt obliged to help other people who are looking for shoulder surgeon after seeing three other surgeons I finally found Dr Philip Ahrons. Not only is he so pleasurable to be around his
After thinking a great deal about this I have decided to post a review. I am a consultant and work in the private sector in London so I have deep inside knowledge of how things should work. There are some excellent doctors and senior
Honestly, I appreciate Dr Nigel Mendoza for his kind help. Also, other staff were helpful and kind too. The hospital is very clean easy access to public transport and also a car park. Recommended everyone who needs professional help.
The nurses on Floor 4 were wonderful at keeping me calm and comfortable before and after surgery. Everyone was really friendly and ready to help. The physio and porters as well made sure I knew what was going on, and answered all my
Staff communicate with unprofessionalism, a total lack of empathy. Disputes between staff members were done in front of patient and family and cause undue stress to patients and families already undergoing a hard time. Messages were
Had an operation and stayed one night, had all my pre-op tests done with Cleveland too. All the staff were kind, communicative and supportive during my stay, from the front of house to the medical staff. The rooms were spacious and
Couldn't rate this place high enough. It feels like a 5* hotel. The courtesy and attentiveness of the nurses, staff, caterers, cleaners... everyone was just so helpful and nothing was too much to ask of them.
My husband was recently admitted to Cleveland Clinic London and the care was exactly as you’d expect from a leading hospital. His complex operation was fully explained and the doctors and nurses were good.
We were thrilled with the amazing therapists , who guided my father Samuael after open heart surgery and stroke. He came to the clinic requiring a hoist and after four weeks went out walking on his own!
I had some procedures here and I never felt like this in a hospital. I am very anxious person and I was so scare to have those procedures, but they did it amazing and overall excellent experience.
Ricky was amazing, he understood that situation it’s urgent and made sure the appointment it’s next day. Once again thank you Ricky it’s so important to be fast when it comes to health.
My wife had major surgery at the Cleveland Clinic under the excellent care of Mr Charles Imber. The hospital is really superb in terms of attention and professionalism,
Given their charges you would think they can afford to employ competent people in all departments The consultant I saw requested a quote for a further treatment and an
Just opened in the 2022! Very clean and professional, just a hospital should be! Free hot drinks and cold drinks as expected.
A great experience at a tough time. The cleveland clinic is an amazing facility with very kind, efficient and
Appalling and mismanaged! Except for the consultant that operated (who we knew from the past) - Extremely
Awful experience. Patient care and customer service is terrible. Recommend Cromwell instead
Visited yesterday to work with Dr. Phil Batty and their new focused shockwave device.
