My boyfriend and I were very displeased with this experience. The location was very difficult to find, we ended up being late as the map was misleading at first and we entered an incorrect spa, which was incomparably nicer than the one in the booking. The description makes the experience sound relaxing, stating "romantic spa" and "allow yourself to be pampered". I would use the word spa loosely for this place. It was very dingy and unwelcoming. The entry door is locked and we had to knock several times for someone to answer and let us in. Unfortunately, the staff did not speak any English which wouldnt necessarily be an issue however when I booked the excursion I was asked to select a language and chose english. When we arrived, the girl looked at me like I had 4 heads when I showed her the voucher, and due to the language barrier it was very difficult to communicate with her what the voucher was and that we had already paid. She had to call someone and spoke on a phone with someone and take pictures of our vouchers. We almost left right at this point as we felt very unwelcomed. The hammam experience itself was anything but relaxing and enjoyable. Yes there was a eucalyptus body scrub and black soap however the entire experience was extremely rushed. The lady was nice but she was very quick and very rough with the application. We were left in the room for maybe ten minutes on a very uncomfortable wet mattress. The entire time we were in the room the tap was running we tried to shut it off but it would not turn off. The worst part was we could hear the ladies laughing and screaming very loudly from downstairs and stomping around, there was nothing relaxing about it. Then the ladies come in and dump water very aggressively on you and it was either too hot in some bowls or too cold. We were quickly rushed out of the hammam room soaking wet in robes and brought down to the next floor where we sat uncomfortably in chairs right next to a room where the ladies were chatting on speaker phone with someone very loudly. We weren't even finished our tea when one of them came out and stood there staring at us until we finished to rush us down the stairs to leave. There was no other customers there at the time so I dont know what the rush was. We have been to many spas before, so having several experiences to compare this to I would say this was more like torture than it was a relaxing treatment. I don't understand how people are saying this was anything more than a 1 star. I do not recommend this to anyone unless you want to be scrubbed aggressively and sloshed with water and left on a gross mattress to the sound of high pitched cackling. Next time I will be researching better spas and booking them myself and spending more money to have a better experience.

Stay Away!!! Worst spa ever, we booked a spa through get your guide website, and specifically asked for an English speaking staff....Not one person spoke English. First of all, this "spa" is located at the end of a really shady looking alleyway. Once we finally found it, when we knocked on the door, it took at least 2 minutes for them to open it. The treatment itself was very rushed neither me or my girlfriend got to relax even a little bit. There was no introduction or instructions given except gestures to stand, sit or lay down. In between the treatments while laying down, we could not relax at all the staff outside was speaking to each other and laughing very loudly. You could hear them all the way from downstairs. In between one of the treatments they did not even bother closing the door to our room, I literary had to get up and close it myself. This is definitely not a spa experience, more like a quick bath and scrub and get the fvck out. There is nothing romantic about this spa either. Maybe if I was alone and haven't showered in a month and wanted someone else to scrab me dirt off me I would go there. (That would never happen) As a couple going there we were both dissapointed. After the treatment they took us downstairs to drink some tea, halfway through the tiny cup one of the staff members came and just stood there until we finished the tea (there was still a 3/4 of the pot left) and in broken English asked us Are you finished? (which felt more like: "are you ready the get out of here? your treatment is done"). In the tea room there was also bunch of flies just flying around. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I never write bad reviews for no reason, check my record if you would like.

I was worried because of some of the bad reviews so the first thing after getting back from the hammam I wanted to do was add my own - don't let the bad reviews stop you from going! I had a great experience. It's a very reasonable price - for the hammam it's the same more or less as a foreigner would pay at a local "public" hammam. You also don't need to bring anything to this whereas at a public one you would. We had a lovely private experience. No one speaks English - but it's Morocco so, you shouldn't expect them to. Even so, you can very easily communicate with them even if you don't speak French or Arabic. Robes and towels were provided, as was a locker and slippers. If you book with your partner or friends you have your own private room the entire time so you're not going about with strangers. At the end you get a pot of mint tea with dates and biscuits before leaving. The woman did a lot of hard work on us, scraping off our skin, cleaning us until we were baby soft. She was very sweet as well. I highly recommend this over an expensive hammam where you'd pay the same as you would in Europe, and while I haven't been to a public hammam here, this is private and it's the same price for the basic hammam. ***EDIT*** Unfortunately after a day, I woke up with swollen glands and my partner woke up with flu symptoms. He also was rubbed so hard on his leg unfortunately he developed a bad scab. I really enjoyed the hammam but I do feel it's important to let people know about how we woke up the next day, possibly due to dirty water and his leg scabs were due to over scrubbing.

Booked it online as I liked the pickup from hotel option. Driver was 40 min late. They told the booking costumer service that they e-mailed me saying they will be late but they never e-mailed me anything at all. Only the receptionist speaks English. All of them are very smiley but doesn't explain anything at all. I was left in the hammam room not knowing what to do or expect so I started washing myself. Then the nice young lady came and tried to give me a quick wash like a dog. No explanation at all. Just soaping my body quickly then gestured I should lie down and scrubbed me. I felt like I'm a fish being scaled. It hurt a bit. I saw dirt, dead skin and maybe my proper skin being peeled off (it stings). Then she shampooed me hurriedly. Went to my eyes and I had to shout "water, aqua, agua!" before she gave me water to rinse it off. After the rinsing, I waited in the waiting area where I was given a small tea, dates and biscuit. It was nice but I wanted water too as I felt dehydrated from the sauna like hammam room. The massage was nice. Not as nice as thai or shiatsu but it was lovely too. I bought a 3 hour service including hotel pickup but it was a 2 hour max including the driving. Was it a good service? Not all. Definitely not gonna recommend the company but I still recommend to try the hammam+massage experience buy maybe in a better company.

Si buscas un hamman tradicional, fuera de los hoteles y que sea mixto es una muy buena opción. Te sorprende cuando llegas, es una casa tradicional, de planta pequeña pero de varios pasos, pero te dan la bienvenida con simpatia, aún sin conocer el idioma. Nosotros hicimos hamman con exfoliacion de jabon negro. Es tan tradicional que el agua te cae de forma manual. La chica se esfuerza en no dejar ni un solo cm de tu cuerpo sin tratar, el resultado es evidente desde el minuto uno. Después te invitar a te con galletitas y dátiles buenísimo. Te dan chanclas y albornoz. Como consejos, no lleves pendientes, anillos ni lentillas. Puedes reservarlo por internet, las agencias o guias lo venden a 15 euros más caro y el tratamiento es el mismo. Puedes llevR la parte de abajo de tu bikini y puedes hacerlo en pareja. Recomendable, toda una experiencia, diferente al spa occidental.

Hicimos un hammam completo pero no fue tal como nos lo contaron los propios marroquíes de aquí (tour guide). Explicaban que tenían que dejar 1min una especie de crema o jabón para que se abriera el poro. Nos metieron se primeras en una sala donde nos echaban agua de diferente temperatura y luego agua con jabón. Luego ya sí vino la exfoliación que fue aceptable y el masaje que fue super bueno. El té de relajación entre la exfoliación y el masaje fue exprés. Hubiera deseado estar ahí algo más de tiempo pero el té buenísimo.Las chicas majísimas, lo recomendamos pero tampoco sabemos si en otros sitios se hace de otra forma.

Fui con mi hija y nos atendieron las dos a la vez en todo momento. Muy amables todas las señoras que trabajan en él. Estuvimos casi las tres horas. Tratamiento Real: empezó con el típico ritual de hammam... Agua, jabón negro, guante (un buen rato), aclarado, arcilla, aclarado y lavado con jabón, pelo incluido, aclarado, té con frutos secos y masaje de cara y cuerpo. Esto último muy bueno. En una habitación con dos camillas y las dos a la vez. Es importante llevar ropa interior para después, ya que no te dan nada, sólo albornoz y unas zapatillas. Al final te secan del pelo. Te piden el pago al principio de todo.

Non abbiamo tenuto conto delle recensioni negative e abbiamo fatto bene!!! Trattamento da 1000 e una notte! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Le ragazze sono molto gentili anche se non parlano inglese, solo arabo e francese ma sono comunque molto disponibili. Abbiamo fatto hammam, massaggio e trattamento viso, tutto in coppia e per soli 35€ a persona. Si trova nella parte nord di Marrakech, con una piccola deviazione rispetto ai Jardin de Majorelle. Consigliato!!!

Expérience juste exceptionnelle. J’y suis allée avec une amie, les réservations se font normalement le jour pour le lendemain, mais la dame a réussi à nous trouver une place pour dans l’après-midi. On a été chouchouter pendant 1h40. Massage au savon noir, exfoliation, masque, shampooing, massage tout le corps ! Et tout ça pour 30€ ! Je recommande vivement ! Cependant, nous vous fiez pas à la ruelle, qui peut être inquiétante.

We had a wonderful experience at the Click Spa Marrakech, very professional and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting. This was part of our excursion where we did quad biking and got very dusy, so it was great to finish off with a hammam and a full body massage at the spa. We felt relaxed and rejuvenated, thank you to all the staff.

Experiencia nefasta, las chicas no dejaban de cuchichear entre ellas mientras nos hacian el masaje, lo cual nos pareció una falta de respeto hacia quien intenta relajarse durante un masaje. Muy poco profesionales, por no decir NADA PROFESIONALES. No recomendamos acudir a este centro, una auténtica decepción.

Nos incluyeron en un paquete de vacaciones este lugar, llegar es un poco difícil porque está escondido, es pequeño pero las chicas trabajan muy bien y son amables, mi pareja y yo recibimos el tratamiento a la vez y fue como poco curiosa la experiencia, al terminar nos invitaron a un té muy rico
