Very helpful staff and great pharmacist who helped me find the best anti-mosquito spray (as I seem to be the best thing since sliced bread as far as they're concerned!). Lots of choice in terms of toiletries etc. Conveniently located in the Cape Quarter shopping centre above the Spar and next to some very nice cafes.

Well stocked, but disorganised and unfriendly staff - always feels like a mission shopping there. Arrived today two minutes before closing time to pick up a prescription and was denied entry because they close "5 min before 18:00"

It was 16:01, arrived at Clicks to get medicine for my sick wife. Was told they closed and I should go elsewhere. 1 minute late and they couldn’t care less…. Atrocious customer service

Wonderful and helpful staff, even at 8am on a Saturday! It is a smaller pharmacy, so if you are looking for something specific call beforehand to hear if they stock it.

Incorrect times online. This store opens at 8:30 on Wednesdays. A number of customers are waiting outside having been misinformed.

Clicks is supposed to open at 9:00. It’s 9:10 and the manager has still not arrived. All staff are waiting outside
