My husband and I visited the pharmacy to get some prescribed medication. The store was empty and there were 3 pharmacists behind the counter. One of the pharmacists came to the counter to attend to our script. While we were waiting we saw all three pharmacists at the back posing, taking photographs and making video's in their uniforms. Which was highly annoying because my husband wasn't feeling well so we wanted to get his medication and get him home. Making us wait while they took photo's and video's was bad enough, but when we got home we realized that the instructions to take the medication did not make sense. Therefore, the pharmacist was not paying attention when she was dispensing the medication, which is extremely worrying. The pharmacists then sent us a WhatsApp message saying that she had made a mistake and gave us the correct instructions to take the medication. As a pharmacist, you are supposed to be a medical professional and you expect a certain standard of professionalism when dealing with these individuals. This was not our experience with Clicks.

Untrained,rude lazy staff who straight forward refer you to rather go to Dischem as scripts with “to many” items should be handled by a larger corporate competitor.Would highly no recommend this store to anyone the staff are ANTI-CLICKS .They do have the stock required,but suggest looking on the shelf at back is to hard and requires effort and time,they prefer to chat at counter with lines of customers waiting.

Two Male workers, one is a Gumede and the other a Mtshengu...those kids need to be trained on how to think actively and out of the box, something as simple as finding a rewards card number in their system and they resort to saying they can't help me...until I had to asked for the manager (S/O to Phumla) who was able to assist a an upset person

Worst Clicks I've ever been to, I won't even bother going there anymore. Every time I go there they don't have majority of what I need in stock and let's not even mention not 1 toilet roll or pack of toilet in sight due to no stock! Absolutely pathetic, this store is never well stocked!!

I just want to have a shout out to a very special person, her name is Nowanda , she always goes the extra mile and Clicks is truly lucky to have her as part of the team, what an asset to Clicks! She always has a smile for you and despite the day she is so willing to help,no matter what!

The short dark Male worker I think his surname is Gumede, he needs to either fix his attitude when attending people who contribute in putting food on his table before the branch lose customers
