I don't want to say much but I am a loyal clicks customer, however, I hardly shop at Jabulani Mall ( to be frank this was my second or third time at this clicks) I went there today and for some reason I was treated with so much disrespect by three of their employees. Their judgment attitude towards me started when I entered the store, why? Is it because I look young? Is it because I didn't grab any basket? I don't know, I wasn't the only one there, there were other customers with grocery bags etc...but for some reasons I was treated differently. The inequality, the bad attitude was sickening and unnecessary (I couldn't get all that I wanted), I was so offended. I am not sure if I will ever step foot in that store specifically. P. S. I am sick and tired of discrimination at such stores. Stop employing people who lack knowledge on customer service! Customer service is the main element in retail. If a store is having issues with shop lifting or whatever, anyone who enters the store is/can be a suspect including the employees, therefore, don't make your customers feel uncomfortable while shopping. It's pathetic.

The nurse there is horrible, had the nerve to tell me she had earphones on when I was knocking at the door and therefore couldn’t hear me. I called ahead to let her know I was on my way and she locked herself in the clinic and only came out once she had knocked off. Didn’t even bother to apologize or show remorse, traveling with a toddler is a challenge on its own and to be turned back by a careless nurse is infuriating. She suggested we schedule an appointment for the next day as if cars function on water and traveling doesn’t have a cost attached to it. As if I don’t have a job I can just be available for her as she pleases. Never going there again

I've been standing on the que outside Jabulani Mallfor over an hour and 30minutes now, the sun is blazing hot but the queues are not moving. What the hell is wrong with clicks??? 2 other store have been fetching their customers but not clicks, the que is now approaching the taxi rank. Your service is pathetic

You will never go wrong with any clicks stores. They always organized even if you visit the smallest clicks store in Soweto, you'll love the way cashiers are working with passionate spirit. This one in Jabulani is always full but you never get delayed at the tills. I love ❤️ this store.

This is my first bad review ever, why is it that it says you open at 8AM when it clearly isn't the real opening time. We've been standing outside since 8AM for the past 45 minutes and the store is still not open. We are running late for work

I went to Clicks Jabulani mall on their shelves for Berocca the price is R89.90 and theres a promotion for oh so havenly for buy 3 for the price of two but i was over charged non of the mentioned products were discounted.
